I talked with the technician over phone, and he told me it'll about $800 to replace my timing belt and water pump kit on my Honda. To save money, I told him that I bought all of my parts he then told me that he couldn't do it. I would've saved myself 400 and something dollars. I spent only $178 for my complete kit on my car including the cylinders and he was trying to charge me 360+ in parts, and whatever the tax may be bringing the total to $800!! When I asked the young lady why is this always a problem the young man came from behind a vehicle and said "what did she say" his demeanor and tone appeared aggressive. I was able to tighten with my bare hands. This let me know, technician did not even properly tighten the oil filter. Jiffy Lube please properly trained your technicians to do a better job at oil change.

I decided to give them a shot after such an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at their other shop. I am car illiterate and they're super patient with me. They've caught and thoroughly explained improper past fixes and what kinds of issues I have. They are proactive in communication, are friendly, and the ability to get an uber ride to and from the shop on their dime is incredible. They've also given me a loaner to use when they've had my car for extended periods. My last shop (European Service Center ) felt like I was picking up a part time job just to get any communication and my car would sometimes be there days on end without getting worked on. I feel like E1 is super respectful of my time, cares about my business, is very professional, and keeps me informed without me asking- it's so refreshing and appreciated. They are not the cheapest but also not wildly expensive either; their pricing is on par with my last shop and things are actually done right. I recognize that things don't always go perfectly and care a lot about how a company reacts to makes things right. I had a slight issue with my struts repair after about 9 months after the fix and they stood behind their work no problem and fixed it promptly (they have a 3 year warranty on work done).
