Like it or not, we know when it comes to car maintenance, it's assumed women don't know much & can be taken advantage of. I'm a lil different. I love cars & know a thing or 2. Got an oil change at 6330 West Rd location and noticed oil leak on my driveway. Checked under neath the car and found oil is leaking at the oil filter. Oil filter was loose. I was able to tighten with my bare hands. This let me know, technician did not even properly tighten the oil filter. Very friendly staff (Tommy) and management (Mwey). I came here for an inspection on my Tahoe. They changed my oil instead first by accident. They apologized for their mistake and comped the oil change. I still needed new windshield wiper blades and my inspection so I got it all through Jifft Lube. I definitely recommend them for their customer service and service friendly attitude. No one is perfect and being in the service business isn't easy but they all had friendly smiles the entire time I was there. read more

Took my car here for an oil change. They broke one screw on the skid plate and didn't put two other screws back. Never told me about it. I found out when I took my car to another place for an oil change. Now I have to take the care to a full service repair. What a rip-off! Don't go here. read more

I have always been impressed with this location. The service is always very friendly and very quick. The technicians always walk inside the store and point out the fresh coffee and the TV waiting area and always bring me out to the vehicle to discuss air filters and any other recommended work. Bad customer service in the way of employees talking down to each other along with cussing, not vacuuming customers vehicles, not cleaning the windows. One customer came back discovering there oil cap was missing. I drive a company vehicle and dont have to pay out of pocket however, had to ask them to do the windows and vacuum. In addition had to watch them to insure everything was complete and safe before I left. I have been here many times before through the years but this new manager and crew need to be changed out. read more

They are not able to do a tire rotation on a standard F150... they said it was too big. The service is pretty quick though other than that.

I just left from here upset. They took about an hour and a half to even get my car in for an oil change. All the crew members were just talking about one vehicle for about 20 minutes which was ridiculous! Then to top it off another car had just gotten there and they were already getting it in to do their oil change and mine was still there just waiting. My boyfriend went out to ask what was going on and this rude nasty lady or man not sure really but was just rude saying that they were not doing service to the car that just pulled in they were just taking information down. The wait was honestly ridiculous and all the employees there just looked like they did not want to be there. Word of advice if you do not like working at your current job please find another that will make you happy because that negative energy can be easily transmitted. I have been to this location twice for the basic oil change and the customer service is consistently exceptional. They show me where to pull my car as soon as I drive into the parking lot so there's no confusion. Then they show me to the waiting room which is very clean. Although I'm not waiting long before they call me out to my car where they go though all the checks they're doing on my car with me. They tell me I might be interested in changing my air filter and show it to me but with a quick "no thank you" they move on with no pressure sales! Beware of this location !!!! Items will probably 'walk out' of your car. I took my car there and the mechanic "forgot" to put my engine cover back on the car. I took off. No check engine lights, no noises. Car ran fine. Two weeks later I open my hood and the engine cover is not there. I go back. They look at me like I am speaking Chinese. The "manager" did not believe me and looked up my history, 1.5 yrs EARLIER in California, to verify that I was not lying. He said that he would call me back in 3 days, of course the piece never did. Corporate was just as useless, like a deaf lifeguard. These clowns have ignored me for over a month. RUN AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. They'd probably steal dirty diapers if you don't pay attention. My son took my vehicle in for an inspection. Needed a new bulb which I was ok with but they gave him the bulb claiming they tried to take the light off and couldn't. He gets home and the bulb was the wrong size which they charged $9.99 (so over charged) for and then when we looked at the light it was chipped. My light was not chipped prior to him bringing my vehicle in. The mechanic could have been descent enough to let him know he chipped the light trying to get it off instead of saying he didn't want to break it which he did. read more
