We paid the fees, got the truck home, and it still wasn't repaired. They tried to put in cheap parts in our brand new truck. Then they charged us another $1,100 for a tail light . They took advantage of us and should have done the quote right the first time. To top it all off the main service guy STOLE personal belongings from our vehicle. We found out because when we went back to his office OUR belongings were on his desk. Shame on him. The management here is awful and can't be trusted. Hargey the owner needs to get his team and company back in line to provide better customer service.

They did nothing I asked them to do, and instead did a whole bunch of work that didn't need to be done, and of course said I had an oil leak (which I did not). They sent me a text saying that they didn't replace my tires or do an alignment. But when I called, they swore up and down they did an alignment - which they didn't, I had to take it somewhere else to get it aligned. They quoted me $540, then when I came to pick up my car, they tried to charge me almost $800, they couldn't find my keys, and could barely remember which car was mine. They didn't disclose the work they would be doing before they did it, and charged me for it anyways. Now I'm having to take it somewhere else to ACTUALLY get it serviced. A total scam, plus they were rude. Their story kept changing as well, so they were definitely lying to me.

The Honda dealership was going to charge me over $200 for the service, so I chose to try Cillis because they were part of the Costco Auto program. It was my first time there and I did not have my credit card with me. I called to get a price for the service and asked if I could pay with Apple Pay. They said yes. The car was done within the 30 minutes I was told. When I went to pay, I was handed my key. I asked about paying the bill and I was told there was no charge. I had to ask again to make sure. I went home with a working headlight and a big smile. I would call that a Christmas miracle. Thank you very much to Kevin and the staff at Cillis Car Care. It was a great first experience and could not have come at a better time. They were not aware, but I recently had a heart attack and am recovering from a triple bypass. The coolant leak is from an auxiliary radiator. I drive a CTS-V, so its not your basic cooling system. They were honest with me and said they have never changed that system on a V and wouldn't feel comfortable doing so. They could have easily just winged it just to get my money. But, they were honest about it and didn't even charge me for diagnosing the issue since they couldn't work on it. Definitely taking my other cars here when they need something.

They are honest and, in my opinion, absolutely number one. They have always been more than fair in pricing, but even more than that, they have always been straightforward with my vehicles have never pressured me to do anything that I didn't feel was necessary. They've always been good to give me a plan for what might need attention down the road, but never tried to sell me on service I didn't need. Never once have I ever felt like I've been taken advantage of. That goes the same for my wife. I have a classic 1997 Ford F150 and about four years ago I got some brake-work done by another mechanic in town. When I got the vehicle back, the brakes were worse than before! After going back multiple times to make it right, I finally washed my hands and walked away. I went to TWO other recommended mechanics after that to tried to get the situation correctly diagnosed and resolved. Both places said nothing was wrong even after a test drive with me in the vehicle each time. I started to think that it was just the fact that my truck was older.
