Customer Service and vehicle repair were outstanding after an accident put my car in their garage. Beyond the excellent care they gave my vehicle (so well done that people who share my apt house garage, took time to compliment how great it looked... beyond that was the care given to me as I battled the insurance company on their behalf. The entire time State Farm was stringing out their approvals and payments, they kept focused on MY timing needs. Their customer is TRULY their first concern. I found this shop by pure luck after running over something on the Beltway this morning on my way to work. No major damage but the dust plate was dragging on the ground. I picked a random shop that was close to my job and that's how I found them. It's a shop next to a gas station. It's family owned. I was referred here by someone they told me to take my car here they do great work. I was Looking for a shop but I was a little nervous because I've always taken my car to the Maserati dealership. I decided to give it a try and I'm so happy I did these guys do great work they are honest, fast and know what they're talking about. Customer service is 5 star I have never had a bad experience and I have taken my car here 3 times. I got a service done on the car and my ac was staying on cold and not switching to heat. I needed new breaks. The prices are way better then the dealership. Overall I will always bring my car because of price but mostly because of customer service and trust. read more

My car started to act up so i took it to Master Auto Care. I drive a Jeep Cherokee and at time it is hard to trust people with my car. When it comes to taking care of an issue or pricing, etc. They figured out that problem and told me right away. They reassured that they could fix the problem in no time. Came to Master Auto Care today and the service was phenomenal. Great atmosphere at the shop and it's all family owned. Great mechanics and hospitality here. Had to get a starter replaced for my 2015 Hyundai Sport and I showed up around 4pm and they were able to get me out the same day in less than 2 hours including the diagnostic test having to be done. The price was very reasonable and I appreciate the honesty from the service manager. If you're looking for a shop that works on European models and American models please come here. read more
