The cover was destroyed but we were able to jury rig her so she was drivable. After several delays and my rather grumpy bf not being happy about things, I got her back today. I had had them replace the cylinder. They had mentioned bent bolts and broken tabs. I figured it was how it was held in. So imagine my shock to find the entire steering column recovered. I brought the truck to Ray Blackburn expecting to need an alternator and/or a battery. The guy behind the desk didn't waste my time or my money. He explained that the GMC Sierras automatically turn off the alternator when the battery is fully charged. I appreciate their honesty and great service. I recommended the shop to my sister. Her Toyota Sequoia failed state inspection. Ray Blackburn correctly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. I would go to the shop again.

I have the video attached, you tell me if it looks or even sounds like they are seeding the brake pads. Ive lost total trust in him. If not for that video, I would've never known he and his mechanic drove my car so hard. I can only imagine what they didnt record. My stomach turned when I saw the video.
