Super fast but get ready for 140 an hour for labor. Oh and there are some "fees" that get thrown in.

My car splash shield (the bottom plastic part that covers the underside of your car) was falling off and scraping along the floor. I was on a road trip back to California from Louisiana and HAD to have it removed. Only problem was someone needed to get underneath and unscrew the one side hanging on. I stopped at Premier Auto Service and the mechanic was SO nice, gladly took it off for me. If I lived in the area I would most definitely had been going back. 10/10 would recommend. read more

This place was quick - called at noon, was able to get in to have my truck's coolant leak looked at about an hour later. Dropped my truck off, had an estimate (leaking coolant pump) in about 45 minutes. Owner called and explained the required pump replacement and the recommended thermostat replacement. Repair took about 3 hours, and I was able to pick my vehicle up at closing time at 6pm. No more coolant spot in the driveway, so I'm happy. read more

James offered great customer service and was easy to work with. Unlike many other shops he didn't doubt my assessment of the car and deny me a quote on the phone. This place is honest, efficient, knowledgeable, and dependable. Never have had an issue with these guys. Most recently they beat a large chain service place by $200 on a replacement of a taillight module. read more

I came here to get my AC fixed after having the exact same problem done at another place about a year earlier. I went in on a Saturday before I was heading out of town and although he politely told me they were booked up for the day he would be happy to get to it on Monday. I brought it in with the expectation they would be busy on the weekend anyway, so that was no problem. Monday morning first thing I got a call telling me they found the problem and how much it would be to fix it. If they found anything else he would call me again before doing additional work otherwise it would be good to pick up by the end of the day. Thankfully they didn't find anything else. Fast reasonable service with none of the BS pushed on you by the chain places. I will be doing business with them in the future. read more

12/27/22 Took vehicle in for coolant leak, radiator hose at radiator, got a text for quote saying "valve cover gasket leaking oil" $1,360.51, called them and told them it was a coolant leak and had no oil leaking, got another revised quote for "Intercooler leaking" $2,097.43 (intercooler roughly $980 at Ford dealer which their quote had it at approx. $1,400 +, rest in labor), I proceeded to tell them it was an O-ring leaking and said I would go pick up my vehicle. Arrived and was charged $100 diagnosis fee, went to the Ford dealer about a half mile away, got two $11 O-rings, installed one and leak fixed. Noticed immediately while doing the repair myself that the grill support had been cracked which was not that way prior when I checked the vehicle fluids the evening before. As I understand the business was taken over by someone other than the person I have dealing with for the years prior, will not be recommending them to anyone. read more

Was greeted very poorly. Man at the counter abruptly told me to come back the next day and that my cost would first start at $85 or so for diagnostics (even though I know exactly what's wrong and what I need fixed). Didn't ask for any of my information, didn't offer a card, an appointment....nothing at all. Just blurted out a diagnostic cost and told me to come back the next day. read more

I came in thinking something was seriously wrong with my car. I was new in town, unable to get a rental, and didn't know what I was going to do. I didn't even know a single person in this city who could have helped me out. The guys at Premier Auto took the time to stop everything and look at my car to at least tell me if it was safe to drive. They ended up fixing it for me right then and there since it was just something simple and didn't charge me for a thing even after I took up their time to drive it around and hoist it up to look underneath. They could have charged me for the diagnostics and the work they did even if it was a small job, but instead, I was told Merry Christmas and sent on my way. I am so grateful to them for helping me out because I really needed my car that weekend and after a long move, I was sure it was something bad. I can't recommend them enough. read more

Had a flat and I happened to pull in because it was the first thing I could find off the road on my way home. I asked the charge for my tire to be changed to the spare. The owner said no charge, I'll take care of it for you. This is great customer service-I'll definitely come back here if I ever have any car issues! read more

The owner always remembers me every time I come here. The service is great. At Premier Auto, if I have any concerns they are addressed and inspected, they always notify me BEFORE making any of the repairs. Owner is always helping me out by giving an honest opinion on every repair...If it doesn't need to be fixed at the moment, or available cheaper parts options.. He's given me a breakdown on what's necessary and what can be put off. I've been going for two years and I'm never pressured either way. The service is quick and most importantly, they actually get the job done right. I know nothing about cars and have had horrible experiences at just about every auto maintenance shop I've ever been to prior to coming here, for many reasons.. But at Premier Auto I always get quick and reliable service, and they've actually done a lot of little misc. repairs and parts for me free of charge too. read more
