With only 85k original miles the coolant light came on & we were not expecting two quotes for a new water pump, one right over $2,800, the other right under $2,000! I had spoken with Eric at YHS back in June to get an opinion on windshield molding and found him to be kind and very knowledgeable, with 30 years experience with BMW vehicles. Took the car to him on Thursday and by Friday morning we were told the water pump was fine, it was a water pump hose that went as far back as the engine block~ $850.00! I can't tell you how pleased we are to have found an honest, knowledgeable person and establishment for all future needs for our new (older) Beemer! A HUGE thank you!

They provided an honest quote, I never felt pressured or as if I was being lied to. I was able to get in the same and the work was completed before end of the day the next day. I went in because my ac wasn't blowing cold. They didn't immediately say the worst but instead attempted to correct the issues starting with the least expensive fix. All the work I had done came with a warranty. And to top it all off, they provided me with a no cost rental car. Everything was excellent and I absolutely will return here if I ever need it.

Sergio answered the phone and told me yes he would be waiting for it to arrive and would have a diagnosis for me the next morning. True to his word he called me- told me parts that needed to be replaced, gave me a price that was extremely fair and said they would have it ready the next day. I had told him the car was in an accident last year and I was still dealing with the lawyer so I'm not trying to spend a bunch of money fixing up everything brand new on a vehicle I don't plan to keep. Sergio was understanding of that and stated exactly what needed to do to get it safe & drivable. In the past, I've gone another places where they do less work and take almost a week. The next day they contacted me about an hour before they closed, so I let them know I would have to wait until the next morning to come get it. I like that every time I called I spoke to Sergio. It kept communication very clear and consistent. when I picked up my car, he was very nice and got me rolling really quickly quickly. I drove to the gas station and I noticed a noise I drove back to him, they put it on the riser for me. he showed me what was making the noise and that it is from normal wear and tear similar to the parts we just replaced on the other side. He said we can get to it when I'm ready because he knows I didn't want to keep spending a bunch of money on the car. He assured my safety driving and was very honest about what I would still need to get done on the car. I feel very confident in the work that they did and I've been driving my car now for three days with no issues on the side that they repaired. It also comes with a one-year warranty of parts and labor. As a woman walking into a shop alone, I don't feel ripped off. I feel like they were being very honest, and I spoke to people in the automotive business who assured me I got a damn good price!

He did a great job, was very nice, and the price was perfect. He made a new customer and I'll refer him to anyone. Review update: Jay came out and replaced the coil overs and rear brakes on my car. He didn't finish and said he would be back. A month ago. A month of me calling and texting with no response. Meanwhile I have front coil overs that were never adjust properly and a loud clunk from one of them. I would assume at this point he is just ghosting next because he doesn't want to finish the job that I paid him for. Unless I hear back from him with a good explanation of why he couldn't use the phone for a month, I'll leave this review up as a warning for others. Second update: Miraculously the day after I posted the previous update, Jay contacted me. The months worth of text messages and calls weren't enough I guess. He said he was sick and would let me know when he would be able to come by. It's coming up on a month since that message and still no contact from him. Not even after I asked if he couldn't finish the work to just tell me. It's a shame that it got to this point, he seemed reputable at first. But now I'm stuck with a half assed job that I need to take somewhere else to get finished. Bottom line, stay away from this one. 30DEC19: And now he has the nerve to downvote my review here with his personal account. Nice try Mr. Jahol Rice.
