Why!? I'm highly upset by this since I use this car for business and needed this taken care of but they chose to try and sabotage me because I'm a girl!! Yep it's the one in Stafford!!! He helped me figure out that it could be a recall on my truck and after contacting Ford and the dealership was able to have the over $3000 worth of work done for free. Therefore even as a cost of not getting the job he was very honest and helpful. If I have any other problems with my three vehicles I will definitely go back to the shop. I've trusted this auto repair shop for years with all of our family's cars, but this last visit was…read morethe worst experience we've ever had. My mom brought her car in because it was hesitating to accelerate past 50 mph. After paying $189 for a diagnostic service, the mechanic first said the engine had failed and even gave her a quote for a full engine replacement. Later, the story changed -- first to a catalytic converter issue and then again to something else. When she picked up the car, it was in worse condition than before. It wouldn't go over 10 mph, and they admitted they already knew it was running that way but still let her drive it into traffic without warning her. The only reason they looked at the car again was because it came back in such bad shape. They were combative when we asked questions, and the engine cover wasn't even secured afterward. This used to be a shop we trusted, but the lack of accountability, inconsistent diagnostics, and disregard for safety were unacceptable. If you're looking for honest mechanics and reliable diagnostics, I would strongly suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere.

Did they break and fail to reinstall my shifter boot...YES! Did they break my cell phone holder...YES! Did they send me down the road without the hood latched...YES! Did they forget to tighten the positive battery cable, leaving me stranded with a dead battery...YES! Did they reinstall my radiator using ONLY 2 bolts, causing it to shift and damage my radiator hose, which now has a leak, and has to be replaced...YES! Did they break my radiator overflow container and lose the cap...YES! If you have a JEEP, or any other vehicle...DO NOT let McDaniel Auto Care work on or service your vehicle!!!
