Really great experience. Submitted a quote, received a fast response, and scheduled them for the same day. Quoted price was the same that I paid for the service. Husband/wife team came out, did a fantastic job, and made a really good impression. Will definitely use them again and above all, appreciate the transparency which seems to be a rarity these days. read more

Always happy with Outlaw Detailing's service. Andre and Stephanie do a great job on the detailing and Kevin is good to work on the scheduling. read more

Ken responded after hours and had an appointment set up with me for the next afternoon. Andre and a helper arrived on time and ready to work. He was friendly and answered all the questions I had. I detail the inside and only needed the exterior cleaned but asked if he could wipe down the door jams and he said yes. I have a black 2025 Tahoe so not only is it difficult to clean, the hot July sun dries out the water quickly and it's a large vehicle. They were finished in a little over an hour. I'm sorry I forgot to snap a pic since I wanted to get her in the garage quick because she looks great! Since I plan to have the Outlaw team come back, I'll be sure to take one next time. read more

Uncommunicative. I had to reach out to them to get an update. They were over 4 hours late.

It all started with Ken's outstanding customer service, took care of requests I needed before the service was done. Booked the service at the house on my schedule. Timmy and Gabby did an excellent job detailing my vehicles. They removed the water spots from my Jeep Gladiator and detailed the interior too, getting out even the most stubborn stains. The Gladiator looks like new. They also detailed my Jeep Wagoneer inside and out, even though I didn't pay for the premium service of the Gladiator, it came out looking great. Both vehicles are shiny and the service was absolutely worth what I paid. I'm very happy and pleased with the results. Thank you, Ken, Timmy and Gabby! read more

Pretty decent job by outlaw Headlight restoration services for the flat rate $65 plus $10 tip. May go back in a few weeks so see if more can be done. Driver side headlight bulb blew out after services but should be an easy fix and replacement. Overall great work, efficient, mobile service is convenient and nice people. read more

Ah! I'm so late posting this review but the Outlaw Detailing team was AMAZING! Great, easy experience booking our interior cleaning job. The husband and wife team that showed up to execute our clean was INCREDIBLE!!! The level of thoroughness, care, and attention to detail that they put in to removing all pet hair from our interior and making everything look positively brand new was pretty pretty pretty great. Best of all, they were the sweetest, kindest folks as well. Will definitely continue to use and recommend Outlaw Detailing! read more

One kid + 100,000 miles = @#$% Outlaw detailing + Andre = brand new car. I was truly amazed at the highest quality work. It has been a long time since I have seen this level of quality work. Thank you!!! No hesitation...5 stars all the way. read more

Outlaw's top duo came out and did a more thoughtful, thorough, and impressive detailing job on our two cars than I ever could've expected. No aspect left untouched, and the vehicles look better than when we got them. Highly recommend, no other bid we got came close to the value we got from Outlaw Detailing. Thank you! read more

Well this project took awhile! I contacted Ken several months ago about a detail on the inside of my truck and he was ever so patient! I finally had the time and texted him to check his availability and was shocked when he said one of his techs could be here in 30 minutes. Well Johnny showed up with everything to do the job and he did an excellent job considering the condition it was in after 4 moves in as many months. He was very efficient, thorough and very pleasant. You can't beat the price either, as the other Mobile detail companies that replied quoted a starting price of $149! And Ken's charged me $100 for my truck, prices will vary by vehicle. I will definitely use them again. read more

I realized mid-morning that I was to pick up my 83-year-old father the next day and that my car looked like someone was living in it. Outlaw Detailing to the rescue! Truth be told, I used the handy Yelp tool to get the word out to detailers that I needed service ASAP, and Outlaw responded immediately and put me on the same-day list. I requested a 3 p.m. (Saturday) appointment and not only did they oblige me, but they also told me that they could come earlier if I wanted. I took the earlier appointment, and I fell asleep when Tim knocked on the door. The owner rang me twice to let me know they were at my home and, come to find out, Tim had waited on me for 30 minutes! I felt like such a jerk! I apologized, offered him a beer and apologized again ... and again. He offered so much grace! It was hot and miserable, and he continued smiling. How awesome is that? As for the car, it looks better than the day I bought it. The interior is spic and span; the exterior is shiny and new. The price for interior/exterior/wax is quite reasonable. In fact, it might be the lowest price around. Still, they treated me like I was spending a million bucks, and my father will think that I'm living the lessons that he drilled into me many years ago about cleanliness being next to godliness. ;-) Thank you, Outlaw Detailing! read more

Second time receiving service, speaks for their quality of service. I requested interior & exterior service for my BMW X3 & paid a fair price, worth it. The technician is consistent in his detailed work & goes out of his way, for example, to try and get annoying stains out, showing care for work. Always on time. Ken does a great job communicating quickly to get scheduled & ensure all needs are met. Also-- It's nice they come to the house & are done within a reasonable time. Will continue to use them & recommend them highly for anyone who values these things! Thanks Outlaw! read more

Honestly, great overall. Pricing was beyond reasonable. They targeted the area I specified and overall nailed it with the detailing of the whole interior. Payment was easy, they walked me through the detailing I was most concerned about to ensure my satisfaction. Easiest "looks great" I've expressed in a while. None of my interior has excess cleaning residue, nothing looks rushed, and no missed sections. Booking and scheduling was convenient and all communication was efficient and prompt. read more

Phenomenal job by the team! Ken, the owner, was nothing short of professional and accommodating. He was very open with pricing, invoicing and adjusting to my needs to make sure I was left satisfied all around with the interior detail. The team of technicians was amazing. They were efficient, fast and friendly. They let me know I was in good hands, and promised to leave the car feeling like new. I had been busy with work and trying to book to find time to have this service done wasnt easy on my end. I was able to book last second Saturday morning and with the hour the team was here. The dirt, grime, stains, pet hair, and smells from the previous owner are all gone. They kept their promise and the car looks transformed to what it was before. At the end of the service they still took a moment to ensure I had no lingering questions, concerns or services I may still need. This team definitely went above and beyond and cant thank them enough. read more
