After that I've used their detailing services for all of my cars once a month. Needless to say, I've spent a lot of money here, and resulted in them getting many new customers. They're part of a Katy business group, and I'll be reporting my most recent experience to the members. The last few appointments have been lackluster and the quality of their work has gone way down. The final straw was my most recent appointment, which resulted in a paint chip to my front bumper. When I reported this, I was not even offered a refund. Beware, this service is not what it used to be.

Faris (the owner?) greeted me with a cordial wave before I even parked the car. He was very friendly and assessed my car's exterior and interior before suggesting which package. When I asked for an engine bay wash, he deliberated for a little and initially offered just to blow off the dust for free but after seeing some caked-on dirt under the hood, we decided to go for it. Love how he didn't just jump to it when I asked about it. :) I loved the clean and comfortable waiting area! Most people waited in the chairs and benches outside to enjoy the cooler weather, but there were seats with tables inside to pull out a laptop and get some work done. WiFi was great too. There were drinks, water, and coffee. Sitting at the window, I could see the cars and teams in action... and they were really hustling! There was definitely a system-- cars directed towards specific areas for different washes, and each team member focused on a specific duty. Everyone seemed like they were working hard. And Faris would walk around to check on each car, scribble some code on the windows to mark the progress, and ensure everything went smoothly. Teamwork at its finest-- very neat! And the actual car wash result? Pretty much spotless! My car was so shiny and the wheels were the cleanest they've been in a long time. There was still a small bit of wiping swirl noticeable on the inside and when I drove off, some water hiding near the side mirrors slid off onto the sides. But no biggie-- I just wiped that off whenever I got out of the car. Payment by card only (although I did see a tip box for cash so maybe I'll use that next time!). Probably not the cheapest wash out there but for how smooth and comfortable the experience is, how friendly the team was, and how clean my car turned out, I'll be back! I stopped by on a Thursday close to 6 p.m. The reason Eagle Hand Car Wash is top of the line is simple---they clean your car better than almost any other car wash out there. This is because everything is done by hand. You're not going through an automated car wash where your car comes out kind of clean. Here, they wash and dry the exterior of your car by hand. They also vacuum the interior (including your trunk) and wipe down all surfaces including your steering wheel, dash, door handles, etc. Since they do such an exhaustive job, it's going to take longer than your typical car wash. And they're more expensive than your average car wash. A basic wash for a small car is $26. All in all, it's worth it. The interior wait area isn't too impressive but that's not why I visit. It's all about how fresh my car looks afterwards.

We dropped off my car, went down the street to have breakfast and came back to a beautifully hand washed and hand dried car. The inside was all wiped down, they used leather care cleaning for my interior and shined up the tires. They even wiped out the coin holder on the door of my car (which is always dirty). We left my husbands truck since my car was done so well. $30 and I feel like it was detailed! Great job!
