Old school car wash, well maintained. Takes cash or credit cards, easy to find and get to.

Great Job...Fast Service! Would gladly use again.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the best car washes around. I brought my truck her because I had bad water spots on it. I had it washed a few other places and they could not get them out. I bright my truck here and did the ceramic coating and it looks just like it did when I drove off the dealership parking lot. read more

They are small shop with hard working people. Don't be surprised by not having a great atmosphere but you get a very good cleaning and at a great price. They did a very good job on my car, Andy came back after the cleaning and took a feedback on the work. I would Definitely recommend this business read more

I would highly recommend this business. The cleaning and detailing were done perfectly. Setting up the appointment was done by a very polite and friendly lady. Great job! read more

My car wash was great, but when I get home I notice that a huge chunk of paint is missing on my drivers side back bumper. This was most definitely not there before. read more

I came here around 230 on a Sunday afternoon. The line was short when I pulled up but when I went in to the waiting room it was full. I ended up waiting about 45 m for my car. My car wasn't very dirty (brand new car and had it less than a month) but there was some lint and crumbs in my cup holder and I was shocked that they didn't clean it. Also left a lot of fingerprints on my navigation screen. I paid $30 + tip. The outside looked clean but based on the job in the inside I don't plan on coming back. read more

The quality at Sparkl's car wash is much better than the chain retailers or quick lube car wash places. The pricing is not cheap, but it is fair as they do a good job. read more

I loved my experience here. You pull up to the business and the signage is hard to see at first because you round a curve and then the sign pops out from behind the bushes. I got a full service wash cause I felt lazy this day, but desperately needed my car cleaned. I decided to get the value wash which included windows, dash, wheels, vacuum and wash, But, it felt like they went the whole 9 yards on this job. My floor mats were spotless and I have the non carpet ones which means they scrubbed a little my wheels were super shiny and my car was wiped down inside front to back. I have a puppy i ride with in a kennel in the very back and all her hair was gone! :) YAY! The service was great. I liked the people I talked to here and found the waiting building to be convenient, clean, and there were even chairs outside to enjoy the beautiful day. I will be coming back here often I guarantee it. read more

Great quality car wash. There's a ladies special on Wednesday for 10% off. Detailed clean inside and out for an affordable price. Takes about 20-25 min. read more

Awesome service, prompt quality work is hard to find. Employees are diligent and respectful. Military discount offered here.

It was a great experience, they did a wonderful job on my jeep. It was clean and sparkling. The price was great also and great customer service. I will definitely go back. read more

Always amaze me at the level of detail for each wash. Hard to find this quality for the price point.

Amazing service. I've never had my car get cleaned as good as sparkles car wash left my car. Amazing!!!

I took my SUV to this car wash and they speed up so fast to get the cars out they miss areas inside the car to be vacuumed, fender walls, smudgy areas. If you want your car to be detailed it will cost more than $35 to get a decent car cleaned from this place. Also, phone number on receipt is incorrect phony number had to google the correct number. read more

Crappy wash and crappy service. Tipped $20 in hopes of a little effort would be put in but you can still see bird droppings on the outside and dust on the inside dash. Might as well clean the car yourself than go here read more

Absolutely wonderful job. I came in this morning and they were able to start on my car right away. The gentleman who helped me pick which detail service to get was very kind. Thank you everyone who cleaned my very gross car. Their prices are very reasonable for the amount of work that they put into your car. My 10 year old car now looks nearly brand new. Such amazing work! read more

My new go to place in Katy. Service is great and they do a good job with the vehicles.

The prices are reasonable, but my passenger side speaker has been scratchy ever since I went there.

I called the number on their website to ask a couple of questions but got their voicemail. No problem, I figured they were out working on cars. I drove to their location looking to get my car hand washed, went to the hand wash section, and pulled up to their stalls. There were no employees greeting customers. Several employees in blue shirts glanced at me as they walked by to go into the office, but no one approached me. After a few minutes of being ignored, I drove away. I will update this review if I have a chance to go by there again. read more

I had a similar experience initially as the gentleman who had to struggle to get the employees' attention, however once I did it was a great experience. The inside of my car was like new, and the outside cleaned very well too, all for $35 read more

Outstanding customer service. Great prices. A RARE find, the staff here knows the RIGHT way to maintain a car and can tell you what best practices are for preventive maintenance of your paint. The only place for miles around thats in the sweet spot between KNOWLEDGE, customer service and affordability. They really know their stuff. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Just picked up my Pilot yesterday and it looks just like the day I bought it. read more

YOUR CAR WILL LOOK WORSE AFTER YOU LEAVE. Took my car in for a basic detail. They said the detail would be $22 for the basic or $32 for the superior. I chose the surperior wash for $10 more. Halfway through, the receptionist told me that it's going to be an additional $10 because it was more work than they thought it would be. (No big deal) Near the end of the wash, the service people pointed out that they chipped paint off the hood. There's about a 2 inch spot of paint now missing from my hood. They blamed it on a faulty paint job (2011 jeep grand cherokee that has been washed many times without paint chipping). At the end of the experience, I was still charged for the "superior wash". The shop refused to give me a discount, was unwilling to compensate for the damage to my car. Now to have my hood repainted and then find a new place to detail the car afterwards. I strongly recommend staying away from Sparkles Classic Hand Car Wash on Kingsland Blvd in Katy. read more

Prices are excellent. The car was detailed inside and out like new. Much better attention to detail than other car wash places who charge much more money. The business is very small, but they are big in customer service and being friendly. read more

Out of all the car washes I've visited, this one does the best job. They are very kind and courteous. My car certainly sparkles and I have not had a complaint. It's in a good location and well-priced. I definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family. read more

I got an interior detail done here. My car had a window busted out for a couple of weeks, so I had them use the ozone machine to get the mildew smell out. The car looked fantastic when I picked it up, inside and out. And it still smells clean after about a month now. I will definitely return for another detail whenever I need it. read more

Had my Camaro washed inside and out with their full service wash. They did a great job!

One of the better car washes in the area. The folks are polite and do a great job! Highly recommend.

Great service, just takes a little too long but the best in Katy so far. It's worth the wait, they take their time and do a great job.

I came as soon as Sparkles opened on a Saturday to beat the rush. I was preparing to sell my car and wanted a good cleaning before having it appraised. My car was pretty clean to begin with but after the deluxe wash from Sparkles, it looked as close to new as a six year old car could look! They were thorough and quick - would definitely recommend. It's a fantastic value. read more

The people here did a GREAT job on my car. It was very dirty inside and out, but they left it looking brand new! Their waiting room was air conditioned and had several amenities (tv, snacks, car gadgets). I would go back again! read more
