I came here around 230 on a Sunday afternoon. The line was short when I pulled up but when I went in to the waiting room it was full. I ended up waiting about 45 m for my car. My car wasn't very dirty (brand new car and had it less than a month) but there was some lint and crumbs in my cup holder and I was shocked that they didn't clean it. Also left a lot of fingerprints on my navigation screen. I paid $30 + tip. The outside looked clean but based on the job in the inside I don't plan on coming back. read more

I loved my experience here. You pull up to the business and the signage is hard to see at first because you round a curve and then the sign pops out from behind the bushes. I got a full service wash cause I felt lazy this day, but desperately needed my car cleaned. I decided to get the value wash which included windows, dash, wheels, vacuum and wash, But, it felt like they went the whole 9 yards on this job. My floor mats were spotless and I have the non carpet ones which means they scrubbed a little my wheels were super shiny and my car was wiped down inside front to back. I have a puppy i ride with in a kennel in the very back and all her hair was gone! :) YAY! The service was great. I liked the people I talked to here and found the waiting building to be convenient, clean, and there were even chairs outside to enjoy the beautiful day. I took my SUV to this car wash and they speed up so fast to get the cars out they miss areas inside the car to be vacuumed, fender walls, smudgy areas. If you want your car to be detailed it will cost more than $35 to get a decent car cleaned from this place. Also, phone number on receipt is incorrect phony number had to google the correct number. read more

The prices are reasonable, but my passenger side speaker has been scratchy ever since I went there.

I called the number on their website to ask a couple of questions but got their voicemail. No problem, I figured they were out working on cars. I drove to their location looking to get my car hand washed, went to the hand wash section, and pulled up to their stalls. There were no employees greeting customers. Several employees in blue shirts glanced at me as they walked by to go into the office, but no one approached me. After a few minutes of being ignored, I drove away. Outstanding customer service. Great prices. A RARE find, the staff here knows the RIGHT way to maintain a car and can tell you what best practices are for preventive maintenance of your paint. I got an interior detail done here. My car had a window busted out for a couple of weeks, so I had them use the ozone machine to get the mildew smell out. The car looked fantastic when I picked it up, inside and out. And it still smells clean after about a month now. I will definitely return for another detail whenever I need it. read more

YOUR CAR WILL LOOK WORSE AFTER YOU LEAVE. Took my car in for a basic detail. They said the detail would be $22 for the basic or $32 for the superior. I chose the surperior wash for $10 more. Halfway through, the receptionist told me that it's going to be an additional $10 because it was more work than they thought it would be. (No big deal) Near the end of the wash, the service people pointed out that they chipped paint off the hood. There's about a 2 inch spot of paint now missing from my hood. They blamed it on a faulty paint job (2011 jeep grand cherokee that has been washed many times without paint chipping). At the end of the experience, I was still charged for the "superior wash". The shop refused to give me a discount, was unwilling to compensate for the damage to my car. Now to have my hood repainted and then find a new place to detail the car afterwards. I strongly recommend staying away from Sparkles Classic Hand Car Wash on Kingsland Blvd in Katy. read more
