The home goods is also pretty well stocked, and the regular gas station drink/candy/snack section is very well organized and has a TON of options. Every single gas pump was taken; we had to park the car pretty far out in the lot. And inside was full of people. But wow! What an experience. I had seen videos of Buc-ee's but nothing can prepare you for being there in person. It is huge! And there is literally anything you could ever dream of. From houseware, to decor, to clothing, to camping supplies, to pool noodles, to grills, to animal toys, travel items, to literal cow hides! I was walking around just shocked. And then you get to the food area. Tons of flavors of beef jerky, candy, and popcorn. It goes on and on. It is definitely an experience. We left with a few items and no food since we had just eaten, but a time was had! Every employee we ran into was friendly and helpful. You could spend a ton of time in there and still miss something. So glad I got to finally experience a Buc-ee's!

There is an attendant to check you in. They try to get you to pay for a monthly membership but it's not what I had in mind. I got a basic wash as my vehicle wasn't that dirty. They offer 3 different levels. It's a drive thru type with a blow dry at the end. There isn't anyone to wipe your vehicle off afterwards so that's your job lol. It was a pretty good wash, got my vehicle pretty clean. There was minima l wiping needed. The also offer a free vacuum if you buy a wash. I may use them again in the future.

This morning, I was greeted with a wave and a big smile from a young lady wearing glasses and nose ring, as she directed me into the wash. After a little spray down, she waved and smiled at me, again. When I pulled around for the vacuums and towels, Avery (another go-getter, kind employee) offered me some towels and even assisted in wiping down the car and even vacuumed a bit. I got sent off with a wave and a smile from Avery, too. There are plenty of places to spend your money, but I like spending it where I get great service. When I get people who work outside smiling at me in the Texas summer, I know they are working hard.

I have been trying to resolve this issue for about two months, but I have received no response or follow-up communication. While I appreciate the quality of their work and the kindness of the staff, the lack of communication and billing issue is very disappointing. As of today, I still have not been contacted. My account has now been canceled. I am giving one star -- one star for the cleaning quality and friendliness, but the overall experience regarding billing and communication has been frustrating.

Something must be wrong with their ink or printer, because some of the letters are not printed out clearly. I needed it to apply for an auto loan, and even the bank rejected it, told me to get a better copy. So my son went back there and asked for a better print out--they refused to do it. It was my son's fault in the first place to just take the super bad print out in the first place, but wow. I told my son to prove it's him asking for it, show insurance paper and id, so they don't suspect anything. But nope. They would not give out a clearer copy.
