I was impressed that the attendants were always near and easy to find. Even if you don't want to shop, the aisles are full of trinkets and actual items that are both gift worthy and practical. And the food! I really love the breakfast tacos and the tater tots. The items were fresh and they kept refilling them as they ran out- which seems impossible with the sheer number of people grabbing them. The standout for me however, was the milk chocolate peanut butter buc-ee logo chocolate bar. It was pure joy! The absolute best thing I had eaten in ages when it comes to chocolate. I always leave satisfied, but after this morning, I wanted to leave some kind words for the pleasing customer service. The staff is always friendly. This morning, I was greeted with a wave and a big smile from a young lady wearing glasses and nose ring, as she directed me into the wash. After a little spray down, she waved and smiled at me, again. When I pulled around for the vacuums and towels, Avery (another go-getter, kind employee) offered me some towels and even assisted in wiping down the car and even vacuumed a bit. I got sent off with a wave and a smile from Avery, too. There are plenty of places to spend your money, but I like spending it where I get great service. When I get people who work outside smiling at me in the Texas summer, I know they are working hard.

However, I canceled my car wash membership about seven months ago when they switched to a new system and increased their rates. At that time, they asked for my card to continue service, and I declined because I did not want to proceed at the higher rate. I assumed my account was canceled. Unfortunately, I did not check my bank account for several months, and I later discovered that I had been charged the higher membership rate the entire time -- even though I did not use the service. I have been trying to resolve this issue for about two months, but I have received no response or follow-up communication. While I appreciate the quality of their work and the kindness of the staff, the lack of communication and billing issue is very disappointing. As of today, I still have not been contacted. My account has now been canceled. I am giving one star -- one star for the cleaning quality and friendliness, but the overall experience regarding billing and communication has been frustrating.
