We have a monthly car wash plan and always get a clean car! The wet towels they provide for detailing helps with finishing touches, inside and out. I always leave satisfied, but after this morning, I wanted to leave some kind words for the pleasing customer service. The staff is always friendly. This morning, I was greeted with a wave and a big smile from a young lady wearing glasses and nose ring, as she directed me into the wash. After a little spray down, she waved and smiled at me, again. When I pulled around for the vacuums and towels, Avery (another go-getter, kind employee) offered me some towels and even assisted in wiping down the car and even vacuumed a bit. I got sent off with a wave and a smile from Avery, too. There are plenty of places to spend your money, but I like spending it where I get great service. Great car wash for both interior and exterior cleaning. They do a thorough job, and the staff is always very kind and friendly. However, I canceled my car wash membership about seven months ago when they switched to a new system and increased their rates. At that time, they asked for my card to continue service, and I declined because I did not want to proceed at the higher rate. I assumed my account was canceled. Unfortunately, I did not check my bank account for several months, and I later discovered that I had been charged the higher membership rate the entire time -- even though I did not use the service. I have been trying to resolve this issue for about two months, but I have received no response or follow-up communication. While I appreciate the quality of their work and the kindness of the staff, the lack of communication and billing issue is very disappointing. As of today, I still have not been contacted. My account has now been canceled. I am giving one star -- one star for the cleaning quality and friendliness, but the overall experience regarding billing and communication has been frustrating. read more

I've been using this car wash for sometime now. This business has recently updated their system and prices. At first all was good but the system keeps kicking out my debit card. Re- enrolling would give me the higher price! How do I go to a car wash one day and the next my card was deleted from file? That's b.s what a way to get someone to pay the new prices! The worst part is there's no one there to actually assist. Just left me waiting at the gate for over 12 minutes. So disappointed I can't utilize a service I'm paying for. So, came to get a car wash, never mind the new chick that couldn't direct flies to a pile of dog shit, my car got scratched. Nothing else on my car is scratched in that manner. I have used this car wash several times. It has been a good experience each time. Nothing has ever been broken and my car gets cleaned fairly well for this type of car wash. Unprofessional. Don't even bother with this place. I have been a member for over a year and wash my car about 2-4 times a week. This car wash damaged my car and after filing an incident report they said "someone will get back with you in 3-7 business days" It took them over a month to get back in contact with me after consistently reaching out to customer service and their claims department to be told by Benny that works in claims "nothing we can do" and proceeded to argue with me about the damage on my car. I had minor damage that cost me $150 which adds up to 5 months of my membership costs. You would think a million dollar company would just bite a $150 charge and continue to have a paying customer... there are better car washes with kinder people out there! read more

I mean they have an attendant standing at the main entrance of the mobile car wash guiding you along the tracks. Then they spray your vehicle with this pre-wash bug remover or bug wash. Then the machine pulls you threw very slow and carefully while your vehicle is now getting the best spot free wash. I mean lets be honest here my husbands vehicle needed a bath lol. It's very convenient, easy to get threw, and I'm a girl so if I can do it all my girls can too. I was a bit worried though in the beginning I thought I was going to screw up but I didn't whoop whoop! But common they wash your vehicle for $6, $8 and $10 depends on what options you prefer to have on your wash. I always get the base one though. vacume is free, they charge you nothing. so when I have time go there first clean my car nicely and vacume it. then wax inside my car. I get my own wax with me it's not free there. I don't know if even they offer such thing. then drive through to their washers and get out. it totally worth it. read more

My car's exterior is already clean, save for an early New Year's gift some birds left after partying last night. After scrubbing these spots with a towel and some hot water and soap, they still didn't come off. So I thought I'd give the professionals a try. I paid for the 2nd tier car wash ($9+tax). I thought the automatic equipment that's used has a fairly high speed/horsepower so should easily remove the avian waste. Well, I was wrong. Not only did it not remove the waste at all (which was fresh & not hardened/dried), I still have some non-birdie spots on my vehicle that didn't come off. Went through the wash today and noticed that there were still bug spots and lots of other small spots. so I checked in with a customer service guy and after checking my car he asked me to get back in the wash line and that he would punch in the code for another wash for me. So, I went back in the line and waited for almost 5minutes before someone attended. The assistant manager Randy walked out and told me he cannot give me another wash because it is not their policy. He told me if I want another wash I have to pay for it, as if I f*ing didn't know that already. I then told him to educate his staff on their policy so that customers' time isn't the wasted. To be honest I didn't mind all this too much as another wash would cost me $6, spending which will not decrease my wealth or make me poor but his attitude was way OFF for an assistant manager at a car wash. Not acceptable by any standards. Randy told me his manager's name is Marcus Marcus - you lost two customers today forever (me and my wife) just because of a 1 min conversation. The carwash is great until something happens to your vehicle. My car had no damage going in, however half way through we noticed a piece on the hood was loose. We started honking our horn but the conveyer belt kept going. When we got the blowers the piece on my hood came off. We watched the video with the manager Lorana which showed our vehicle having no damage when entering the wash.Note-- the piece on my vehicle is not an after market part. The cameras at the facility also do not show the entire wash nor do they have audio. We then spoke to Jose, the regional manager who agreed to pay for half of the damage or nothing at all. He made this statememt before we even told him a cost for repairs. He apparently is too busy to deal with any customers and his lack of customer service shows. I then requested a call from the director of operations, Al, and 9 business days later, I am still waiting. 9 days ago I also met with Lorana and she said she was going to speak to Jose again and get back with us. Again we are still waiting.....we have had our unlimited wash now for 3 years and it's sad to see this is how we are treated when something happens. Note: incident occurred on 6/30/19. I bought a monthly pass for our 2 cars and really like this place. However, this one has a bit of a funky smell when you enter the wash. Normally it only lasts a minute or so but today it lasted all through the was. I'm not really overly sensitive to things like this but it was even a bit much for me. First time here, first car wash I went to in Katy. Very easy process with options as cheap as $6. You just have to follow the arrows and pay for the car wash option of your choosing. An attendant offered to help me, but I didn't realize how easy the process was. Once the car wash is paid for, you'll meet another attendant who will guide your car on to the tracks, where you will put your car in neutral while it is sprayed with pre-wash. I am seeing some negative reviews about management which surprises me. I go about once a week (or every other week) for a basic car wash - then I towel dry my SUV myself and vacuum it really well (we have 3 kids and a large dog) - The value can't be beat especially since sometimes I'm there for 45 minutes vacuuming every inch of my car. And management recognizes me since I'm there so much and they always come by to ask how my day is going. There is a man I see almost every single time I'm there. If I had to guess, I'd say he was the manager. He is smiling every time I see him. And he comes over to chat regularly. Very very nice person. I can't image that he'd be rude to anyone. read more

Pretty good car wash, even on the "basic wash" level. I like that it is MUCH faster than waiting for your turn at the HEB car wash around the corner. The only reason my review is 4 stars instead of 5 is because I witnessed a woman complaining that the car wash knocked the spare tire cover shell off of her suv and broke it. While I understand that things like this may not be covered by the car wash, the manager seemed to be pretty curt with her, instead of apologizing (or at least empathizing with her situation). He simply seemed annoyed by her, although she seemed to be polite, and told her that the car wash was not responsible and said there's nothing he could do and basically told her to go away. On June 9th 2017 I pulled out of the car wash to the vacuum area & before I could open my door there was an employee who approached my vehicle & told me to turn my music down. However my radio was barely on. Volume was on 10 to be exact. But being non confrontational person I am I did it anyways. But the guy next to me blasting country music & the guy never said a word to him. He actually complemented him on his rims. So I turned my radio back on because I honestly think the guy came up to me because I was black & was listening to rap music. 21 Savage to be exact. So once my radio was back on he kept staring at me & even threatened to call the cops if I didn't comply with "his orders" smh but nobody in the car wash was even bothered by my music or even looked at me because one again you could barely hear it. He stood there next to my car the whole time I was there till I was finished. I felt extremely racially profiled. I've been to this car wash 5 times & this is a first. No other employees have ever said anything nor has a customer. I'll still come here because I like the place but I just wanted it to be known that this happened. Thank you. read more
