Customer service only made me give a 5 star. Ms. Angel really step up her game when she saw that my truck bed still had soapy residue from the car wash. She took initiative to go above and beyond and got a hose and sprayed it down for me, when I can guarantee, most employee would have just told me to wipe it off with a rag. But if I was to rate the machine I would give it a 3 star. The left side water pressure is weak and does wash off the blue soap completely. read more

I pay for the "lucky ducky $29.99 to avoid swirl marks in my paint, since the wax in the higher package prevents that from happening.... 2 out of every 5 times I come, I have to stop them and correct the wash. Too many time my car has been ran through with the wrong wash. I pay extra for my paint to not have swirls. To have my tires shined and wheels cleaned. I hate the response of , "well just wait in line again and we can redo it!" No the damage is already done and I shouldn't have to re-enter the back of the line that I already waited in for a mistake I didn't do. This is the only issue I have with this place, outside of that, vacuums work decent, there hours of operation are great to make it convenient to stop in. I don't meant to nag, but there need to be a better system to get what you pay for at the facility. read more

She finally responds but acts like she doesn't remember all of the damages that were reported and is very nonchalant about my case and is not trying to get the issue fixed. They don't care. As I was reading more reviews now and i see a few othe customers have similar issues and concerns about all of their broken equipment. They never fix anything and thats probably why some cars are being damaged. Almost 4 months and still no real resolution. Just take it to some guy name Pongo. What the h&ll. Terrible, terrible, horrible! The business seldom operates optimal. It's always broke down, the rollers, the tracks, etc. I have a subscription of monthly subscription and I can't use it effectively because something is always broke at this car wash. I have to go to another quick quack down the road to get the soap off my car because the system broke down. This is happening often. read more

If I could put zero stars I WOULD. The employees were goofing around when I was being directed onto the track that pulls your car thru the wash and somehow my wheel fell off the track. Like how in the "explicit" does that happen. I didn't even know that could happen and I'm sure my inside rim is damaged now because of the scraping noise I heard. Also over half of the wash doesn't work so you're basically getting water, soap and a rinse no real washing or scrubbing going on. All this soap was still on my car when we got to the air blowers and they are so weak the soap is still on my car. It's hard to see in the picture but there it is. Very bad quality of the actual wash, dirt still all around my vehicle and the worst part are the water stains because the blowers are the worst part. They perform very poor and don't get nearly enough water off the vehicle. Save your money and make the drive out to the Buccees on I-10 for a great quality car wash! read more

Be careful running your car through this car wash. This past weekend the family and I car wash at this location. As I proceeded to dry my car off still at the location, I noticed a bunch of scratches, and also the hood of my car being chipped. This never happened on the "good" wash, but it did on the "better" wash. Prior before going through the machine, they did have to hit the emergency button. I should have taken that hint. read more

The wash here is good. This review is on the quality and character of the Manager and employees. As I drove into an OPEN lane and expected someone to come sign me in, instead an employee (I can't remember his full name but it started with an E) came to me an berated me for driving into a closed lane. I explained that there were no signs nor anything blocking the lane. He told me I was at fault and he didn't need to have anything there. I asked for the manager and he told me he was the manager. I was Bewildered that this manager is treating a customer like garbage. I also noticed how he paid more attention to a off duty female employee hanging around with him, and showing off his abuse of authority.
