I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Cypress Pride Car Wash. I paid $50 for detailing and an additional $40 specifically for vomit cleaning, expecting a thorough and complete service. That expectation was not met. After pickup, there was still visible vomit residue left in multiple areas of my vehicle, including the sun visor area. When I returned to address the issue, I was met with a defensive response from Gabby, who stated that sun visors are not included in their cleaning process and claimed she had informed my husband of this beforehand. That is not accurate based on his interaction. He explained the situation at the entrance, was handed a ticket, and directed inside to pay--without any disclaimer or explanation that parts of the affected area would be excluded from cleaning. If there are exclusions to a paid service--especially a $40 specialized cleaning fee--they must be clearly disclosed before payment is taken. There is nothing on your website or service description that states sun visors or any interior surfaces affected would be excluded from vomit cleaning. More concerning is that the service itself was not performed thoroughly even beyond the visor. The presence of remaining residue shows a lack of attention to detail and raises serious concerns about the consistency of the work being done. I had to take time off work to return and physically point out what should have already been properly addressed. At this point, I am requesting that a manager contact me directly to resolve this matter. I expect either a proper re-cleaning of the vehicle or a discussion of appropriate compensation, as the service paid for was not delivered as advertised or expected. I hope management treats this seriously and responds promptly. read more

My car was a bit of a mess. The Barker Cypress location took it in and did a great job of cleaning the exterior and interior. I was amazed how nice the tires and rims looked. Maybe the best part is I didn't have to cross 290 to get here, a quick jaunt down Cypress North Houston and a quick right at Barker Cypress. read more

Got an oil change here and they caused damage to my car causing an oil leak. They tried to claim the leak was from the transmission. I took my car to a repair facility and they stated the oil leak was coming from the oil filter housing gasket and that it was recently replaced. The only way it would've been replaced was them trying to cover up their work because I have not had work done on that part of the car since I have owned it and the repair facility that inspected the car is the only facility that has worked on the car in the past 6 years. Spoke with the manager and he refused to look at or fix the issue and told me I need to sue so I will. read more

Let's get into it! Love this location! Great place to get your car serviced and detailed. They offer hand wash or car wash drive through. They will even hand dry your vehicle after it's been washed. I've come here previously I for a state inspection and a full detail and wash. I went on a Saturday in the middle of the day and was in and out in less than an hour and a half. Seating on the inside is ample. Your kiddos can even watch the cars go through the was on the inside. There is also seating outside. Make sure you bring some extra cash to tip the folks who dry the cars. They work in direct heat all day. Plus they will also use your rags if you provide them. All I love this place and come often after day trips to Austin. They always get all the bugs and gunk off so it doesn't destroy my paint! read more

UPDATE: the owner privately to admit fault bc of poor communication skills but yet I spoke to 4 separate individuals. He also blamed the heat for poor cleanings and then basically said to send him someone to work if I have someone. That is not resolving the issue at hand or trying to make anything right! It's Houston, it's hot and there are many many businesses who work in the heat and perform amazing work and customer service. Shame on that owner for only making excuses for poor business practice and trying to blame bad reviews for not being able to pay property taxes at the end of the year!! Don't go here if you want your car detailed!! I looked at the website before I went so I knew which package I wanted! They pull you in right up to the vacuums and discuss with you and I told the guy I wanted an oil change that comes with the basic car wash but wanted to upgrade my wash package to the bigger package that includes cleaning the interior console, seats etc. and the told me the same one I thought was the biggest (again, they pull you up straight to the vacuums which are right under the signs), so I paid and waited! I got my car back and the interior clearly was not wiped down so I asked the guys and they kept saying no they dust and then condition the leather. I tried talking to a manager about why they would condition the interior leather without cleaning it prior. They don't speak great English and just kept telling me that stuff was in another package. The actual mechanical car wash did a great job. The mats and vacuum cleaning was great! The interior wipe down (Deluxe Car Wash $35) was crap. I don't have a big fat cat Escalade requiring lots of labor, but a tiny 2 seat Miata. Everybody working hard only to have it wiped away by the last person wiping down the car. Ha!! That would explain why 2 weeks earlier, while getting some tires next door at Discount Tires, I say a customer helping the the workers wipe down his truck! read more

I have been getting my cars washed here for several years and never a problem. They are always very thorough and have excellent customer service. Stopped in for a vehicle inspection without an appointment and the service attendant was very pleasant and told me the wait was not very long. He was right I was in and out in no time. These guys always deliver on service quality and customer service. I also get my oil changes there because of convenience and I know they are going to do an excellent job. Their prices are very competitive for what you get. Sure if you look hard you may be able to find cheaper but is it better quality? Doubt it. HORRIBLE...Just came from getting gas on West Road/Barker Cypress and noticed jelly on my steering, don't judge! So I headed to a car wash to get my truck right. I'm used to waiting for a detailed car wash but this wait was abnormally long. After over a long 45 minutes of waiting, we go out and get into our truck and noticed our tank of gas is at 3/4 full! WTH, mind you, we just filled it up. We also noticed that the jelly that was on the steering wheel was still there. Even more strange, when we were sitting in the waiting room my hubby noticed that when they pulled the truck around from the washing area, his gas tank door was wide open and he was wondering why in the world would my gas door be open after coming from the car washer area. All we could think of is this place is SUCKING YOUR GAS OUT OF YOUR TANK WHILE BEING WASHED...Just shady if they are and that is stealing. My hubby went back in and complained because he knew they were stealing. They were only gonna offer him $20 due to the issue and had the audacity to ask him, "What do u think I should give u"? He demanded a full refund and they gave it back to him. Just sad, how many other people were victims of this. One of the worst carwash's I have been to in the area. I was charged 34.99 + 1.50 for it being a truck. For 36.50 I expect the truck to be clean when they are finished. That was not the case. Dog hair was all over the vehicle. It did not even look like they tried to vacuum it. I Had them vacuum it a second time, yet still did a poor job. With the works package, the outside should of been detailed, but they seemed to have only put on tire shine and forgot the rest. I came here a few years ago, but it seems like they changed names to get rid of all their bad reviews. This place still sucks! Well, how do you rate a car wash? My car came out cleaner than when it went in. However, their attention to detail after it came thru the wash was top notch. They got in my SUV and wiped all the windows inside. Wiped every groove in the tire rims. Dried the windows perfectly with no streaking. Wiped all the dust on the dash and panel. Been here multiple times and they've always cleaned my car well, even when I just get the wheel deal. BUT in this heat, I wish the owners would put up tents for the employees who are wiping the cars down outside. Would be inexpensive and offer some shade to the hard working employees, especially when they do many cars back to back in the sun. My car smelled like barbecue afterwards because they have an open grill underneath where they have cars open to vacuum them, etc. I was provided a refund for my wash after calling and speaking with the manager but he still downplayed the fact that my car ended up smelling like a grill by saying that the smell would go away in several hours. I do not recommend taking nice cars here. I never leave reviews but really don't want this to happen to someone else. Have used for years for yearly inspections for multiple cars as they are generally efficient. After CO-VID began, no safety precautions implemented at the inspection station. No masks, no gloves, no steering wheel covers, no seat covers, nothing. When asked, the worker said "we are out of these." So, I handled plugging in their equipment to avoid any contact with the vehicle best I could. On the most recent visit, the worker ended the inspection thinking I was interfering as I literally stood and watched to ensure he was not touching things he should not (again, no mask, no gloves, just business as usual). Finally had to track down the manager and he finished the inspection under my observation after I called out his worker on all of this. I was contacted by the manager about my previous negative experience. I was able to get a Super Clean Car Wash to make up for it and they did a great job. Now my car is clean and smells fresh, the wheels are shiny and they got all the dust and dog hair out and vacuumed the carpets very well. I was only waiting for about an hour in the area with the TV. It was very cool inside and there was only 2 other customers at the time because I came early, everyone had on masks. I would recommend Groupon for basic wash discounts and checking the actual website for the "packages" they have on getting cars detailed. Sorry, I took no pictures of my car but it does look and smell brand new, came with complimentary car fragrance, I have light leather seats, so they were wiped and conditioned, and my black carpet is now free of dirt, crumbs, and dog hair. read more

The absolute worst place to have a service done unless you want to destroy your vehicle. These people single handedly destroyed my 2011 F350 Diesel. I had service done at this facility and left on a trip for work in my 6.7L Diesel and it seized up on me in Sonora, TX. due to low oil. I was stranded on the side of the road and my truck had to be towed to Odessa, TX. Upon the technician seeing the damage and measuring the amount of oil in the motor they concluded the result was the truck being 4 qts low of oil. The damage is costing me $24,000 and Cypress Pride will not return calls, emails, or can I find anyone to talk to when visited. The Operations Manager, Luis Rojas, will not return any correspondence what so ever. It is resulting in attorneys having to get involved, lots of money out of my pocket, and work being missed. Please neighbors do not let this happen to you! If I could give them a zero I would. Treating people like this is uncalled for when especially when a business is required to have insurance for this reason and sometimes mistakes happen. Just make it right!!! read more
