I recently reactivated my membership with Quick Quack Car Wash to give the company another chance, and I'm already regretting it. After going through this location's wash, my windshield wiper was completely ripped off my brand new 2025 vehicle. When I pulled into the drying area, I immediately noticed it was missing and had to flag down an employee for help. The worker went back into the wash tunnel and was able to retrieve my missing wiper blade, which clearly showed the damage happened inside the car wash. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the employee attempted to snap the broken piece back onto my vehicle even though it was visibly cracked and damaged beyond repair. I was then assisted with filing a damage claim, only for the claim to later be denied despite having documented proof that the damage occurred at this location. Very disappointing experience, especially considering this is a brand new vehicle and I trusted this company enough to reactivate my membership. read more

The factory-installed OEM running board on the driver's side of my 2024 Dodge Ram was completely ripped off during the wash cycle. After retrieving the board from the car wash track an employee took an incident report. A couple days later their ruling was that they were not responsible for the damage (a nearly $4000 repair) to my "unsecured item". I would urge caution for others, in sharing my situation I have already heard of two other stories of similar damages with denied claims at this same location. This is a direct quote from the owner's response to a different review: 'As our signage at the entrance of the car wash states, "We are only responsible for items that are factory-installed, secured, undamaged, and on vehicles that are less than five years old." ' I fall into this category on all counts and still the claim was denied. I don't like to post bad reviews, but these unethical business practices need to be shared. read more

I have the highest level, ceramic so I pay a decent amount each month for a membership. The quality of wash is not what it should be for that amount. Every time I still have soap on the back and the front does not get clean like it should. At my old car wash, they would scrub the front and back first. I have to dry every time and last time there wasn't a spot available so I had to park over to the side and walk over to get a rag. For the amount I am paying, I expect more. They are opening a new place by my house soon so I will probably switch. read more

Memberships are a scam. (( DONT )) sign up for them. I recently left a review and I was so disappointed once si got home, so I had to get back and update my review. Although I'm happy with the way my car looked, I'm disappointed When I saw an email about the membership I signed up for today. The guy who offered me the membership, and the promotion lied to me. He said they had a promotion for $10.31 for any of the 3 memberships. I asked him if after the initial payment I would have to pay the $31.99 and he said NO. It will be $10.31 all the time with the promotion. I accepted and got the membership under the understanding that I was getting a deal. I get home and check my email to find out that I was lied to. This is a scam. You get charged a $5 fee for canceling a membership and you only have a certain amount of days to do so. I think it's BS that not only was I lied to. Brought my husbands car again. The vacuum area is the best around. Just like my last review I heard the "bump" sound again. Not as loud this time. I "think" it might be the big roller brushes but not sure. Or maybe the little guide things under your tires. ‍ After leaving the tunnel I went to the vacuum area and looked at the car; no damage except my license plate on the front was bent to hell and back. The frame that "was" around it was hanging in pieces. One more thing I am going to add is: every time I go it is different. Let me explain. 1st time -the cashier sprayed the front of the car and I did not receive one of free car wipes. 2nd time- no spray on my car but got one free car wipe. 3rd time-was asked if I wanted a free towel and a free car wipe and no spray on the front. Just wondering-what are you suppose to get EVERY TIME you come. I do like the vacuum area. It is very well maintained. Not a fan of all the loud music others play while cleaning their cars; it's like a music play off contest. But anyway.... I'm still undecided about this car wash after 3 visits with my husband's car. Still pondering the "bumps" & inconsistency of service. Maybe I will go to another quick quack and see what happens there. read more

I am happy with how clean my car looks after i drive thru. Definitely better than drive thrus at any gas station. So quality I would put at 4.5 stars. The only issue I had which was a bit of an issue especially after reading a very similar situation that I experienced, is a slight cause for concern. When I first came, the gentleman said that I could get the "Ceramic" grade member ship which typically costs $37.99 a month for the cost of the regular $22.99 a month and that it would be the same price every month. Basically, getting ceramic for the regular price. I said sure, sounds good.... well... the next month I was billed $37.99. I ended up calling customer service and he was very kind and refunded me the difference. I explained the "deal" that was presented to me and he sounded very surprised and that is not how they do things. So just be mindful if you are asked to get a "free upgrade" because most likely that is not the case. Check your invoice receipts as well. read more

This place used to be the best for a quick wash with quality extras (vacuum and air hose) The employees didn't seem to interested especially the person who guides you into the car wash. Not that it's a problem or even hard for that matter but I was already on the track before he even came outside. Do car washes not tape down rear windshield wipers anymore? I thought that was a precautionary measure. The prewash they spray beforehand was nothing more than a light mist. The most disappointing part of today though is seen in the photos. Do people steal vacuum hoses? They were either missing, laying on the ground or not working very well. Same goes for the air hoses. The one that I found in tact had a hole in the hose so it didn't even work. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. It's too nice of a place to be in this shape. read more

I switched from Whitewater near 290 and Mason because I had the express membership and the gate never opens, causing several other cars who arrived after me to go before me while the employee takes awhile to manually enter my membership every time. They blamed it on my 2020 windshield but my mom's 2020 works fine. Anyway, tried QQ out of frustration and was pleasantly surprised! They offered the highest monthly membership at half off today so $15/mo (Whitewater was $29.99 for highest). I didn't have to wait since there aren't gates with code readers. The wash included rain repellent (I don't think Whitewater did that), wax, and a 2nd soap to get grime off. Then the vacuums included two kinds for large passes and crevices and they have compressed air. They gave me a soft cloth and two wipes as well - appreciated even though I'm that OCD gal who has a bin the back full of car cleaning merch. My car now looks like it had a high dollar full service wash! As someone who loves going thru the car wash at least 1-2 times a week, this is the kind of experience I've hoped for! Thank you QQ! I specifically inquired about a touchless car wash due to having a very expensive wrap on my vehicle. The gentleman at sign up stated that was possible and assured me that my vehicle would not be touched by any of the machinery. Needless to say, that was NOT the case! I literally had to stop the wash while the front end of my car was touched by the machinery. Assistant manager, Ashley Barnett, was not only very rude, she and her staff were entirely unhelpful. They supposedly could not even process a refund on site. I would NOT recommend this car wash to anyone! read more

I see comments about the disinterested/deer in the headlights looks you get from the "team members", I was there on 6/8/20 and had to pull info out of the kid with the iPad. Didn't offer a sale, upsell, option, or even a "welcome".... I decided on the middle wash for $14.99. He again stared at me like he wasn't sure of next steps. I get my change back (paid cash, got no receipt). Pulled around to the wash and was expecting a guy to guide me. There was another guy came out, didnt spray the front of the car, didnt make eye contact one time (not one time), so I continued to roll forward while he was watching someone out in the parking lot. I kept rolling forward and he walked in to the office or wherever. still rolling... didnt look at me, didnt remind me to put it in neutral, have a nice day, get bent or anything. How hard is it to make eye contact for 5 seconds while you are guiding a 3 ton vehicle toward you? I chatted online and called CS toll free and got the same responses, so I guess they are tired of hearing about it. read more

Very awkward, hard to understand, charged the wrong wash and didn't receive it, ruined my tired as the wash did not move my vehicle properly, and unprofessional staff who seemed lost on how to properly run the facility. I get my vehicle washed on a regular (3 times a week) and decided to stop because it was late and I was in the area. Never again. I'm sure they're usually good on a regular basis, but my experience was awful. I'm not sure I have the confidence in this facility to come back although I've had several visits with other Quick Quacks and have never came across these problems. read more

Very inconsistent. Have been a monthly member since it opened. Initially was the best automatic car wash in the area by far. Past 6mos. or so has been a crap shoot. Either it's very good, polite/friendly people and they spray down before you enter or completely the opposite, no spray or half assed, and act like they don't really care to be there. read more

Understaffed and/or I engaged employees. On numerous occasions there has been a long line of cars (6+} waiting for check in. There are two lanes but they rarely if ever used. And when they are they still don't have an attendant for each line so it's pointless. Today there was one poor guy working both the checkin and the wash line. All the while there were two other female employees doing nothing to relieve the backup of customers. Also, when I joined quick quack the lure was you received a microfiber towel and dash wipe on each visit. Now we no longer receive the microfiber towels. If you are going to reduce our benefits you should reduce our monthly cost. read more

Every time I come here somethings wrong. Last time the vacuums were broken, the time before that two brushes didn't work inside the car wash. This time, on the day before Thanksgiving, they're replacing the oil in the car wash. 15 cars got turned away to go somewhere else I suppose. Do yourself a favor and go to the quick quack car wash on Morton Ranch. Never had an issue there, never had an issue at the Quik Quack in Tomball. On October 5, 2020, at around 4:45 P.M., I arrived at their business to patronize their automated car wash service for his 2016 Audi 2-door coupe. During the service process, I noticed banging sounds during the passage, that were out of the ordinary, as he has had his vehicle washed at this location on several prior occasions. Additionally, at the time of exit from the wash tunnel, the motion detector began to alarm. This kept my vehicle from disengaging from the rotary drive that keeps cars in line when moving through the auto-wash. Once I was able to disengage my vehicle, I pulled up to inspect it, and discovered chipped paint and swirling scratches on the bilateral sides of the vehicle. Subsequently, I approached management, who then completed the attached Customer Incident Report. I was also told that a Quick Quack representative would contact him to address the reported damage. However, since the incident, I have not been contacted by Quick Quack. I had a reasonable expectation that his vehicle would not incur damage upon use of your automated car wash. However, on the date in question, there were apparent mechanical issues with the automated system that resulted in observable damage to his Audi coupe. Mr. Perkins has obtained a damage estimate and the total damage estimate is $1,862.49. Since I've contacted their customer service line and gotten no response. I've forwarded it to my attorney and no response. Now, it isn't about the money and I will make them lose the money owed to me in business. I'm flooding social media and reporting them to the better business bureau to let others know the type of service that you can expect to your nice vehicle. read more

By far the worst experience I have ever had from any employee at any quick quack wash Cypress, TX Fry Road. Self proclaimed Assistant Manager by the name of Cain scolded my wife and I and was arguing with us that we drove around to the wash side as no one was at the front desk to serve us. We have both been monthly members of the best wash since this location has opened. My wife was upset after his tone and scolding of us and was trying to tell to him that he could easy check us in using his tablet from the wash side since no one was at the front desk. He refused to talk to her and only wanted to speak to me, even though she was not yelling and was just repeating "sir please check us in so we can go thru the wash." we ended up driving away as we could not believe that Quick Quack would employee someone that is so disrespectful and dismissive of females. I sure hope to hear from upper Management on this issue and treatment we received. Unacceptable!! read more
