There's still sand from the beach and gook in the cup holders, but overall, the outside looked shiny and there were no streaks on the windows, and they sprayed that stuff that makes your tires look shiny. So overall, I was pretty impressed, and they had a lot more interesting railway related things to check out while I waited, so it was a pretty pleasant experience!

Side view mirrors were not wiped well, front windshield had some spots on it from a neighboring wax job perhaps (only noticed these things when driving off and the sun hit just right). Inside was not super duper special clean- was more like the $36 job. Still had stuff in the carpets. Was expecting better with the cost. Value- not there. Don't get upsold like me. He got me good with the salesman pitch. Definitely not a premium experience with the premium price.

This review is for Carwash service at Bucc-Ee's. This location…read more Gas door lid of my vehicle was broken during the blower stage or last stage of the car wash at Buc-Ee's. I noticed that the blowers were too strong while in the vehicle. After that, my gas door lid flew outside the tunnel. I went to complain, and the attendant politely asked me if I wanted to fill a claim! I filled the claim, and days later, I got an email from Ariana Ramirez, " claim adjuster" for the company. After a few emails exchanged, she decided that even when she accepted that their equipment was at fault or miss adjusted! To Decline my claim. I have been in more than 3 different car wash companies, and none of them have had broken any part of my vehicle. The gas door lid has a lock that locks the lid and is part of the vehicle. The blower system at Buc-Ee's is really strong, and they claim that they have a sign that says they are not responsible if anything happens to your vehicle. Now I have to pay for the damages on my own!!! I just imagine how many claims they deny.

After going through this location's wash, my windshield wiper was completely ripped off my brand new 2025 vehicle. When I pulled into the drying area, I immediately noticed it was missing and had to flag down an employee for help. The worker went back into the wash tunnel and was able to retrieve my missing wiper blade, which clearly showed the damage happened inside the car wash. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the employee attempted to snap the broken piece back onto my vehicle even though it was visibly cracked and damaged beyond repair. I was then assisted with filing a damage claim, only for the claim to later be denied despite having documented proof that the damage occurred at this location. Very disappointing experience, especially considering this is a brand new vehicle and I trusted this company enough to reactivate my membership.
