Update on my review. Funny that the business decides to respond now. All I ever needed was a response from them. I did receive the email and I tried to reply and my emails would not go through. I just purchased this vehicle in MAY and did not take it to get washed anywhere else besides here. So the damage to my vehicle was from here and they are trying to deny it, I gave them time to make it right and they took my money because I paid while there was still an "investigation". I told them the foam was stuck in my fender and did not notice until I got home. Actually wasn't even me who noticed because I don't go to that side of my vehicle. I was told there was a piece of foam stuck in my car. Just take caution when using this business. I had been coming here for. Good while. About a year now. I had a membership on my vehicle and I had no issues. Purchased a new vehicle and had a membership on that one. I had a foam piece get stuck on my car and I didn't notice until I got home. No big deal right. Next time I go my car gets DAMAGED. A piece of my back fender was pulled back. It's not too big of damage but i just bought this car! So I file an incident report. I get told I'll get a call back. NOTHING. I go to the store a few days later. I speak to a manager. He says he will call me back a few days later okay cool. NOTHING. I go again to the car wash another few days later and he's not there. I get a number from an employee and I call the customer service 1-800 number. I speak to someone I file yet another incident report and get told I'll get contacted by a regional manager. Okay cool. NOTHING. Mind you I am being charged and I'm not even using the car wash because my car is DAMAGED. I called the customer service phone number again to cancel my membership since there is no option online to cancel. I also filed another report over the same issue. It has been 6 weeks since the initial incident and not once have I been contacted about the issue. Mind you I've been coming here for a while with no issues because I've been paying my membership. But as soon as I need help with damage to my car their service is not good. read more

DO NOT USE THIS WASH! Rate it a zero if I could. Brand new car goes into their car wash and comes out with a CHUNK taken out of the wheel and Griffin said it's my fault that that happened. Quackity quack this place is whack! Nice and new. EDM light show going through the car wash. Staffed. I saw vacuums + compressed air. Im not a fan of the location, its behind the lowes on hwy 6 which is not really easy to get to but its also not that hard. Its just an odd location. This is an okay car wash. Paid for the "Good" wash, and my car came out with soap still ALL over my back window, side view mirrors, and dirty spots still on my windows/car. Went to the vacuums, and the first one I pulled up to use on the right side of my car wasn't even working, so I had to wait for the person to the left of my car to finish using theirs as all the other vacuum spots were filled. Decided to bring up the unwashed soap on my window/mirrors to the attendants and they offered to let me take my car through again. It was better the second time, but my car was still not fully clean of soap nor was it dried. I think to fix these issues, they could slow down the process and let cars rinse and dry off more. read more

Checked out the new car wash today for the first time. Not happy at all- I won't be back. My car did NOT come out clean, major spots on the front and both sides that were not even touched. No one there to dry your car, and the blowers did a sub par job. After getting the top wash we had to pull around and dry our own car. The only thing that looked nice were the tires. I went home and hand washed my car. I will not be coming back to this location for a wash. Save your money!! read more

Great customer service. They will talk to you about getting the membership, but they aren't pushy about it. I didn't get it because there aren't any locations near my house, but it actually really is a good value. You get free vacuuming when you purchase a wash. The operation hours before and after vivid/19 has been in consistent, even when the Open sign is lit up. After signing up for a promotion to a month program, I determined it was not a valuable to me. When trying to cancel I could not get a response. Their customer service is horrible taking a week or more to respond to every interaction. Beware!!! On 7/20, a Sunday night car wash at Quick Quack resulted in $500 worth of damages to my Shark Fin antenna. Quick Quack's sign claims they will pay for the damages. I submitted an estimate but I have not heard back from them. I will update my review when everything is resolved. The towels are a hit or miss. More often miss than hit. Who pays $31.99 for a car wash desiring to air dry with spots?? Not I!! It was annoying that Lupe was smirking while I was explaining to her that when I was driving in, I was told that towels were just coming out of the wash. Had I known that was a lie, I wouldn't have proceeded with washing my vehicle. I would rather some dust on the vehicle and bugs on the windshield than unsightly spots from bumper to bumper. Perhaps Quick Quack should try the token program used by my new monthly car wash business, Blue Wave. I bought 5 tokens, when I pull up, I get my 5 larger, thicker dark blue towels (their towels don't leave neon orange lint on Black Beauty) and leave spot free. I guess I owe you a "thank you", because if it weren't for the shoddy service and inattentive staff at Quick Quack, I wouldn't have needed to catch the Blue Wave. read more

Quick quack is my favorite place to bring my car. I used to always go to the one on spring cypress but then they finally opened up one closer to me! I never have a bad experience when I come. Only leaving 1 star bcuz different reasonable packages BUT 1st off I came from another state and got a package under that license plate and told them I will have my new plates soon but they insisted it was OK (in in their system)... I'm fine. BUT every time I would go to get my car washed, I was never found and had to wait about 5 min or more to have them find me. They even put my new plates in their system smh. Today I went and the car ahead of me was taking forever, ok I get it but 2 other cars were in the other lane after I was there and they got to go forward before me! I was mad bcuz then AGAIN the guy couldn't find me in the system!!! I'm SO OVER Quick Quack here. The other state I was in had stickers for a pass lane and they would have a mirror for the cars to see their tires to make it easier to lock in the tire tracks. I have been to this car wash many times since they opened a year or so ago. At first it was "ok". The last few times however have not been good. Are they not using good soap anymore? My car is never clean when I leave. This was my last visit. I went back through and the guy told me "it looks like the brushes didn't even hit the front I'm going to send you through again for free". Came out dirty again. This time his answer was "Well if your car is real dirty it takes several times that's why we have the unlimited packages but you don't have one". I've gotten a car wash here since they opened. Out of my last 20 or so visits, I've noticed the sales ppl has become increasingly aggressive on their sales tactics. The worst part of the experience is the sales team. This is my experience from today March 30th at 6 PM. I pulled up. I said I don't have a lot of money. I want the $10 car wash. Then I added I like the car wash, but I don't like the "hard sell" the sales ppl give you. The guy begins to give me the hard sale. I even let him finish without saying anything, and then told him I just want that wash and then he proceeded to give me more reasons to upgrade. He's closing remarks to me why I should upgrade is because it's "going to rain tomorrow". The worst part is they will not take no for an answer. I get it they're trying to upgrade and upsell me. The problem is, I started my conversation by saying I don't like the hard sell. And I have x amount of money. I don't like them being so aggressive. They do this to my girlfriend too so it's not just me.This person basically talk themselves out of a sell. And this cost this company money. Anyway, I said no, got my debit card back and drove away without a car wash. They're too aggressive with trying to upgrade you on a car wash that you already know what you want. The gas station car wash on the corner is five dollars. this company just lost two customers because you will not listen to your customers. There are 6 to 7 other car washes in a 1 mile radius of this place. I would go elsewhere, no one likes a bully. read more
