Service is great so is the price! I would recommend this to anyone. I immediately signed up for a membership

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this car wash and, more importantly, with the way my vehicle damage claim has been handled. I brought my 2019 Lexus LS 500 F Sport to this location for a car wash on 07/18/2026, 2:00pm ~ 2:30pm One important point I want to clarify is that the "before" photograph(purple line on the pic, provide by car wash) I am referring to was NOT a photograph I took myself. The photograph was taken by the car wash inside the wash tunnel/CCTV system during the wash process, and the car wash provided that photograph to me after I reported the damage. Therefore, the company itself has photographic documentation showing the condition of my vehicle before it completed the wash. Immediately after the wash, I inspected my vehicle and discovered damage to the front bumper area(see pic / yellow line /red arrow) and front rim(drvier side). I immediately reported the damage to an employee, and the employee personally inspected the vehicle and took photographs of the damage at that time. When comparing the car wash's own "before" photograph with the photographs taken after the wash, there is a noticeable difference in the condition of the front bumper area. The damaged bumper area is directly in front of the front wheel. There is also a deep and significant scrape on the front wheel/rim in the same general area. Given the location and severity of the rim damage(see pic), I believe it is reasonable and necessary to investigate whether the same contact, equipment, or obstruction during the wash could have caused the corresponding bumper damage. I provided this evidence to the car wash and asked them to properly investigate the incident, including speaking with the employee who inspected and photographed my vehicle immediately after the wash. Unfortunately, instead of conducting a meaningful investigation, the company has continued to deny responsibility, stating that nothing in their wash could have caused the bumper damage. That response is extremely frustrating because the issue was reported immediately after the wash, the car wash itself has a photograph documenting the vehicle during the wash process, an employee photographed the damage immediately afterward, and I have a professional repair estimate totaling $1,627 for the wheel and front bumper repairs. I even offered a reasonable 50/50 settlement to resolve the matter without further escalation. I offered to pay 50% of the repair cost and asked the car wash to cover the remaining $813.50. Despite this reasonable proposal, they continue to deny responsibility. At this point, my concern is not only the repair cost. It is the lack of meaningful investigation and the way the company has handled a legitimate customer damage claim. I have retained the original photographs, including the photograph provided by the car wash, the post-wash damage photographs, the repair estimate, and all communications regarding this matter. I am sharing my experience so other customers can make an informed decision. If you use this car wash, I strongly recommend carefully documenting your vehicle before and immediately after the wash and inspecting the vehicle before leaving the property. I hope management will reconsider its position and conduct a proper investigation based on the actual evidence rather than simply denying responsibility. read more

Update on my review. Funny that the business decides to respond now. All I ever needed was a response from them. I did receive the email and I tried to reply and my emails would not go through. I just purchased this vehicle in MAY and did not take it to get washed anywhere else besides here. So the damage to my vehicle was from here and they are trying to deny it, I gave them time to make it right and they took my money because I paid while there was still an "investigation". I told them the foam was stuck in my fender and did not notice until I got home. Actually wasn't even me who noticed because I don't go to that side of my vehicle. I was told there was a piece of foam stuck in my car. Just take caution when using this business. I had been coming here for. Good while. About a year now. I had a membership on my vehicle and I had no issues. Purchased a new vehicle and had a membership on that one. I had a foam piece get stuck on my car and I didn't notice until I got home. No big deal right. Next time I go my car gets DAMAGED. A piece of my back fender was pulled back. It's not too big of damage but i just bought this car! So I file an incident report. I get told I'll get a call back. NOTHING. I go to the store a few days later. I speak to a manager. He says he will call me back a few days later okay cool. NOTHING. I go again to the car wash another few days later and he's not there. I get a number from an employee and I call the customer service 1-800 number. I speak to someone I file yet another incident report and get told I'll get contacted by a regional manager. Okay cool. NOTHING. Mind you I am being charged and I'm not even using the car wash because my car is DAMAGED. I called the customer service phone number again to cancel my membership since there is no option online to cancel. I also filed another report over the same issue. It has been 6 weeks since the initial incident and not once have I been contacted about the issue. Mind you I've been coming here for a while with no issues because I've been paying my membership. But as soon as I need help with damage to my car their service is not good. read more

DO NOT USE THIS WASH! Rate it a zero if I could. Brand new car goes into their car wash and comes out with a CHUNK taken out of the wheel and Griffin said it's my fault that that happened. At no point is this my fault as your terrible car wash that doesn't clean cars well, jumped my car like being hit and DAMAGED my car. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. read more

Niyi has great customer service! Incredibly kind and super helpful and quick, no pun intended.

My car is so shiny after washing, I put air in my tires, I clean the car inside with clean towels that they provide there, all in the same place. I love them, I recommend them 100% read more

I don't recommend this car wash. I purchased the new ceramic duck wash for my two cars for a month . There were so many times that the wheels weren't even shined.and there were three different occasions where I went to get my car washed and whoever checks you in only checks if you have a membership and not what type of membership you have so I got stuck with the regular wash a few times . I also tried canceling my membership before they charged me another month and they still charged me . Not coming back to another quick quack after I use up the month they charged me for read more

Quackity quack this place is whack! Nice and new. EDM light show going through the car wash. Staffed. I saw vacuums + compressed air. Im not a fan of the location, its behind the lowes on hwy 6 which is not really easy to get to but its also not that hard. Its just an odd location. Overall not much to say about it since its just a car wash. But since its new and they put a lot of money into the place ill leave them the review they deserve. read more

I went there today two times to attempt to get a car wash. The first encounter today I was told to come back in 15 minutes while they fix the problem. I decided to return an hour later and I was told it just broke down while I was waiting in line to get in to the car wash hub. This is not the first time their car wash wasn't functioning. I'll definitely not renew my ceramic duck membership or even return to this place. read more

Loved it! Will go back for membership!!!!!!! Pumpkin spice wash wash was on point!!!!

Great service. Solid vacuums. Great people affordable and convenient. Normally moves quickly on busy days.

Customer service is bad. All employees who takes payment aren't friendly. I would rather drive far to a different car wash. And my car came out dirty. Not going back. read more

This is an okay car wash. Paid for the "Good" wash, and my car came out with soap still ALL over my back window, side view mirrors, and dirty spots still on my windows/car. Went to the vacuums, and the first one I pulled up to use on the right side of my car wasn't even working, so I had to wait for the person to the left of my car to finish using theirs as all the other vacuum spots were filled. Decided to bring up the unwashed soap on my window/mirrors to the attendants and they offered to let me take my car through again. It was better the second time, but my car was still not fully clean of soap nor was it dried. I think to fix these issues, they could slow down the process and let cars rinse and dry off more. read more

Checked out the new car wash today for the first time. Not happy at all- I won't be back. My car did NOT come out clean, major spots on the front and both sides that were not even touched. No one there to dry your car, and the blowers did a sub par job. After getting the top wash we had to pull around and dry our own car. The only thing that looked nice were the tires. I went home and hand washed my car. I will not be coming back to this location for a wash. Save your money!! read more

Great customer service. They will talk to you about getting the membership, but they aren't pushy about it. I didn't get it because there aren't any locations near my house, but it actually really is a good value. You get free vacuuming when you purchase a wash. My car was cleaned to my satisfaction with no scratches. I'll definitely give them a whirl again when I'm on 529. read more

The operation hours before and after vivid/19 has been in consistent, even when the Open sign is lit up. After signing up for a promotion to a month program, I determined it was not a valuable to me. When trying to cancel I could not get a response. Their customer service is horrible taking a week or more to respond to every interaction. Do NOT use their subscription service they trap you. read more

Beware!!! On 7/20, a Sunday night car wash at Quick Quack resulted in $500 worth of damages to my Shark Fin antenna. Quick Quack's sign claims they will pay for the damages. Alexis was very nice and helpful! Loved her energy. I always come here for my carwashes.

The towels are a hit or miss. More often miss than hit. Who pays $31.99 for a car wash desiring to air dry with spots?? Not I!! It was annoying that Lupe was smirking while I was explaining to her that when I was driving in, I was told that towels were just coming out of the wash. Had I known that was a lie, I wouldn't have proceeded with washing my vehicle. I would rather some dust on the vehicle and bugs on the windshield than unsightly spots from bumper to bumper. Perhaps Quick Quack should try the token program used by my new monthly car wash business, Blue Wave. I bought 5 tokens, when I pull up, I get my 5 larger, thicker dark blue towels (their towels don't leave neon orange lint on Black Beauty) and leave spot free. I guess I owe you a "thank you", because if it weren't for the shoddy service and inattentive staff at Quick Quack, I wouldn't have needed to catch the Blue Wave. read more

The car wash was dirty, their was no clean towel. The trash can was full and needed to empty. The blower was broke and didn't work like I'm so disappointed in this car wash it has gone down bad since it has been open. Then it stopped 3 times while we was getting the car washed. read more

Quick quack is my favorite place to bring my car. I used to always go to the one on spring cypress but then they finally opened up one closer to me! I never have a bad experience when I come. Only leaving 1 star bcuz different reasonable packages BUT 1st off I came from another state and got a package under that license plate and told them I will have my new plates soon but they insisted it was OK (in in their system)... I'm fine. BUT every time I would go to get my car washed, I was never found and had to wait about 5 min or more to have them find me. They even put my new plates in their system smh. Today I went and the car ahead of me was taking forever, ok I get it but 2 other cars were in the other lane after I was there and they got to go forward before me! I was mad bcuz then AGAIN the guy couldn't find me in the system!!! I'm SO OVER Quick Quack here. The other state I was in had stickers for a pass lane and they would have a mirror for the cars to see their tires to make it easier to lock in the tire tracks. This will be my last month with them and I will be finding another place to get my car washed that is better organized and a faster, easier process to get a simple car wash SMH read more

I have been to this car wash many times since they opened a year or so ago. At first it was "ok". The last few times however have not been good. Are they not using good soap anymore? My car is never clean when I leave. This was my last visit. I went back through and the guy told me "it looks like the brushes didn't even hit the front I'm going to send you through again for free". Came out dirty again. This time his answer was "Well if your car is real dirty it takes several times that's why we have the unlimited packages but you don't have one". Also, why don't they just put $20 on their sign? They never offer your penny back . I always get the "$19.99" wash - but it doesn't matter - doesn't get it clean. read more

Customer service is always on point, La Quinta handles her business with an smile every time I visit. Brightens my day.

I have a membership and always get great service and wash. Jacobi the manager is awesome. Accidentally vacuumed up a valuable item and he shut the whole system down on my side to retrieve it. Equipment is usually working great...a few glitches occasionally but as much as it gets used it's to be expected. However they usually have it repaired quickly. read more

idk if it's just me and I've had a background in sales so I get it but I like really enjoy the crew here. who ever is hiring does great cause it's not just this crew. ive been coming off and on for 4 years and in those 4 years at some point I had a fiance who started coming too and his brother and we all agree they are always full of energy and they definitely try to up sale but in the fun and not too hard but doesn't take a quick no way. idk how to explain but they are always making us smile! Jacoby is always kind, courteous and helpful! Love this car wash! Switch from another near by car wash and couldn't be happier!

I've gotten a car wash here since they opened. Out of my last 20 or so visits, I've noticed the sales ppl has become increasingly aggressive on their sales tactics. The worst part of the experience is the sales team. This is my experience from today March 30th at 6 PM. I pulled up. I said I don't have a lot of money. I want the $10 car wash. Then I added I like the car wash, but I don't like the "hard sell" the sales ppl give you. The guy begins to give me the hard sale. I even let him finish without saying anything, and then told him I just want that wash and then he proceeded to give me more reasons to upgrade. He's closing remarks to me why I should upgrade is because it's "going to rain tomorrow". The worst part is they will not take no for an answer. I get it they're trying to upgrade and upsell me. The problem is, I started my conversation by saying I don't like the hard sell. And I have x amount of money. I don't like them being so aggressive. They do this to my girlfriend too so it's not just me.This person basically talk themselves out of a sell. And this cost this company money. Anyway, I said no, got my debit card back and drove away without a car wash. They're too aggressive with trying to upgrade you on a car wash that you already know what you want. The gas station car wash on the corner is five dollars. this company just lost two customers because you will not listen to your customers. There are 6 to 7 other car washes in a 1 mile radius of this place. I would go elsewhere, no one likes a bully. read more
