Unfortunately, lately they have been slacking on their job and it seems that some of the employees have an attitude when deficiencies are pointed out to them I've had my car for several months and I only have 1200 miles on it. I purchased it from a school dealership and they give me complementary car washes however today I'm taking a couple of friends out and even though my car was in the garage it accumulated dust so I figured I would have it washed it cleaned and vacuum so that my friends would have the best experience in this beautifully wonderful car. They do offer a great value for the price. I still want to say that the value you can't be there's no place else in town. You can get a hand car wise for what you can get it done and keep it clean.! Our go to car wash. They do a decent job cleaning the car. They offer different levels of service from basic to detail. Basic includes washing the outside, vacuum the inside and wiping down the dashboards. Price is reasonable. They offer a number of other services like applying armor all, leather cleaning, etc. They also offer a punchout card. 10 car washes gets you one free. Tuesdays and Sundays are double punches. Been coming here for over 10 years. Staff is friendly and efficient. There is an office with air condition while you wait. read more

They really do a phenomenal job, the prices are fair, and the owner is super friendly and a local. My car was super gross and They're located right across the street from HEB so I walked over, did my grocery shopping (HEB put my groceries in the walk in fridge), then drove over and picked them up! Also, there's some good bars & restaurants to hang out or eat around there like Porch Swing, Killens, Truth BBQ, Voodoo Donuts, and more, so you don't have to sit in the small lobby and they'll call you when it's ready. read more

This by far has been the worst Carwash experience I have gotten here in Houston. They are in a really populated area that gets a lot of traffic so you would assume that the quality of the car wash would be great but honestly, it's the worst. I've given them multiple tries and each time that I go my car continuously gets worse and worse, and even after telling them that the Carwash is not up to par, they will reluctantly try to fix the small details, but ultimately it's just a waste of time and money My car's outside is never fully washed, there's always some kind of water spots or dirt that they just don't get off. I don't know if they just don't care or if they're trying to push out too many cars at once but it's really disappointing that I keep going back because of convenience, but after yesterday's Carwash - I can no longer give them my money. read more

After going to get the basic wash.. it quite literally means do as little as possible. I went in there off a recommendation of a friend he goes there frequently.. nothing was wiped down on the interior. I understand getting a basic wash means it is not a detailed clean.. but it doesn't even look like the interior was wiped down at all. If you go don't get the basic and then for sure double check there work after they are finished. I was in a rush and wasn't paying attention. My mistake for that. read more

I've been looking and asking around for decent hand car wash places near me. I had a friend who told me about it years ago, so I decided to check them out since they were right across from Truth BBQ. I called the day before to verify pricing from their website. It's gone up since then, but a basic wash for a car is $20. I was told to get there 5-10 minutes before opening on a Saturday morning to get in line. I got there 5 minutes early and had to loop around Heights Blvd. to the other entrance cause the entrance off Washington was closed. They opened it later. Glad I got there early cause the line got longer after me. I waited about 15 minutes in the car before I pulled up in the line to the wash/vacuum area in the covered tent. They sprayed the lights and wet the car with a spray hose. This was my first time doing any kind of car wash like this, so I stayed in the car a bit before waiting in the outside area. Btw, there's also air conditioned seating where you pay. I took my keys with me, but the guy asked for them a bit later. I'm weary about other people driving my new car. The only other person was the sales guy at the dealership when I purchased. Also, there's a sign at the front near the pricing that says they're not liable for car damages or stolen items left in the vehicle. That's concerning. When I checked out, there was security footage of all the cars. I mean, there were other high end vehicles there, so it should be ok. There were so many people (at least 5) working on washing, vacuuming, and wiping it down. They were efficient and took about 25-30 minutes from start to finish minus my wait time in line. The owner asked if I had a loyalty card. I told him it was my first time, and he gave me 2 punches on the card. Your 9th wash is free. Thank you! I inspected their work. When I lowered the window cause I noticed a gnat was inside, there were water stains on the window. I wiped it off with a cloth when I got home. No biggie. There were maybe 3 tiny, dark spots left on the glass panoramic sunroof. Maybe it was difficult to reach or scrub out. I can probably step on the side of the car and try to get them out another time. Update: I went back today and they did wash my mats properly, which I really appreciate. Last time (Friday afternoon when it was super busy), I paid for a mat wash but they weren't really cleaned, so I left disappointed. I'm glad they made it right this time, and I'll keep coming back i just hope the service can be consistent even when it's busy. read more

This is my favorite car wash in Houston. I have been going here for many years and there is very very low turnover in the staff, the prices are fair and they always do a great job. They also have a really fair rewards program. My favorite thing about this car wash is the low staff turnover, because that means that the management is doing something right in how they treat their hardest workers. read more

Throughly dissatisfied with this business. I took my vehicle in for a basic wash. I asked the employee who took my keys if they wanted me to take my dog blankets out--he told me "no" they could move them. I get home and actually looked at the car. They barely got any of the fur gone, and did not move his blankets to vacuum underneath. The inside of the car was still dirty. Crumbs in the cupholder, fur on the dashboard. I spent $31 with a tip to go to Mister car was right after. Never returning, for how many employees this place has, I was surprised at the lack of detail to service. Mister car wash is about 500 ft up from this place & only charges $12 with 100% better quality. read more

GO HERE. Look no further! I could go on and on about the quality service and product, but you should no question check it out for yourself. I had the luxury detailing after taking a road trip to the mountains with my son and two dogs - my car REALLY needed the refresh! My car is about 8 years old and it has some wear and tear but after their service my car looks and smells brand new - phenomenal! Also, due to my own negligence, my car battery needs to be replaced and it died while it was being detailed, and the gentlemen and ladies that had cleaned my car were super SUPER helpful in getting my car started. Even while they were helping with the battery, another gentleman came over and touched up the cleaning of my wheels while we waited for the car to start. Despite my embarrassment over the battery, everyone was super nice, super helpful and super competent. Will definitely go here again and will recommend to everyone I know (and don't know lol). I don't think the car wash is THAT great, but there's not many close by so that's why I've chosen it in the past. They always take a really long time, waiting up to an hour when it's not busy, and longer if they are. Today I had reached my limit as I saw multiple cars get moved in front of mine in the line, and multiple cars who arrived after me, getting done before me. I waited an hour for a basic car wash which is unacceptable to me when the line is not very long. The workers work hard and this is no ding on them. The process is just very inefficient and no longer worth my time sitting here. read more

Keep it clean is my go to car wash for many years now! The front driveway is a little steep use caution for lowered cars. They do a great job inside and out of car. If they happen to miss a spot you can kindly ask them to wipe it without any issues. Also they have a reward card which is great to get a free wash. There is also a bar next door to grab a quick drink while you wait. read more

I got the basic $18 hand wash (which is a great price for a hand wash) and it includes interior cleaning. They cleaned the trunk and the rest of the interior. I am a new to Houston. I don't know where else I can go for an affordable and good value car wash other than at Keep It Clean. I have a Tesla Model Y with PPF wrapped so I can't go to the regular car wash machines as it'll damage the PPF so I was looking for hand wash. This place only charges me $24! Also, when I go during off peak, I don't have to wait more than 20 minutes. There's also a bathroom and wifi in the waiting room. read more

I used to love this place. I came regularly enough that I completed my punch cards a few times. Today I left feeling a bit disappointed. With allergy season coming up, I wanted to keep my car allergen free but unfortunately the door panels and vents were left dusty and they did not vacuum any of my compartments. I paid an extra $80 to get the mats shampooed - feels a bit pricey to me but I guess it is a sign to start price shopping for a different car wash place. read more

I brought my wife's car here while we were in the area. They were not backed up, but most of the staff was busy sitting and checking valuable information on their phones. I was never told the car was done, yet I was honked at while I sat outside. End result, I had to take the car home and re-wash the wheels, and areas of the vehicle missed. I had to wipe down the windows because they were not clean and re-apply the tire dressing due to it was briefly brushed on. I was also left with scratches along the door sill due to an employee standing on it to wipe the window. I feel misled and that my money was wasted. For $16, you get a full hand wash. It's around the same price of a machine wash at other places. I went on a Friday afternoon and there were just a few cars around. A legion of employees armed with hoses approached. I went in and was expecting to wait for 30 minutes. Nope it took less than 10 minutes. I'm sure part of their speed is that I came during an off time...but I would guess that each guy has their own role and multiple people worked on it at the same time. Not sure though - didn't wash them wash it. The car tires were squeaky clean. I had some week old bird poop which was washed off. They missed a few very minor smudges on the car (that the normal person would not notice) which I pointed out and they quickly cleaned. The dashboard was nice and dust free. Went in and paid and went my way within 15 minutes. Speedy, convenient, easy, and affordable. read more

Keep it Clean Carwash is definitely my go to carwash spot, I can't remember the guys name but when I do get it the next time I will update this review, he is really nice, he allows me to leave my car while they wash it there, because there is quite a wait for this spot, and I can just walk right next door to Front Porch Swing and have a nice bloody mary while I wait for my car to be done. I have a tiny car, a fiat, so he is also nice enough to give me two stamps on my punch card. I have no complaints as I always get the basic wash and surely if I am upset about a miss here and there well I could easily go wash my car myself and I appreciate the hard work of their employees and they are always so friendly there with smiles on their face in the Hot Houston Summers is not exactly easy to do! read more

Probably my favorite hand wash spot in the entire city. It's conveniently located, prices have managed to stay reasonable through the years, and most importantly, they do a great job on my car everytime. If the cars are lined up onto the street, you're looking at 45-mins to 1 hr wait. Best advice is to come at an off-time. You can walk to Sammy's or Hickory Hollow from here, if you decide to eat while you wait. read more

The basic car wash includes hand wash, vacuuming, micro fiber cloth drying, and a quick clean of the dash/interior for $18!!! Absolute steal. I also had my rubber mats washed. Only come here if you can afford to pay for your car idling with blasting AC and a door open in Houston's heat with above 90F temperatures and fuel prices above $4.50. With an empty bay, it took them almost an hour to clean up and we realized that they had AC blasting the entire time with a door open. On complaining, they came up with the flimsy excuse that they never turn cars off because people have keyless ignition and they don't leave their keys. Guess what, we do not have keyless ignition and our keys were in the ignition the entire time. First and last time, save your time and money and find a better place like Splash. read more

The outside of my car was already cleaned. I went more so for the inside and to get a good wipe down of my interior. They "washed & vacuumed" my car for 10 minutes at most. I get in my car and nothing was different AND to top it off I had a brand new bottle of car freshener that magically disappeared. I would not recommend this place to anyone. When I opened my trunk to put away my groceries, I discovered that one of the handles to flatten my second row seats in pieces in my trunk. I immediately drove back to the car wash to ask what happened. Of course, they denied breaking it, which was infuriating. I was told I could get a new handle for $5 at a Toyota dealership. I doubt it is only $5, but that is not the point!!!!! The point is that you broke something and wasn't honest enough to tell me before I drove off. Then, when I come back to the car wash, instead of accepting responsibility, you call me a liar. Please heed this warning and consider going to a different car wash. read more
