Here's my impression after my first visit. Overall, they did a pretty great job. For roughly the same price as a basic hand wash just down the street, they also treated my leather and did a lite detail all throughout. The hangup was the front end. It looks like they totally missed the whole grille, bumper, and headlights. Tons of bugs and gunk all over it. I'm gonna be generous and say three stars, and give them another shot. The price is right, and the other parts of the car looked great. But I'll be inspecting before I leave next time. read more

Great service! I brought my kid's minivan which has been hauling 3 grandkids and has seen plenty of spills, etc. I opted for the Red Carpet treatment which included wash, wax, vacuum and cleaning of all interior surfaces and tires. The van looks fantastic, like new inside! Don't be deceived by the pretty sparse appearance of the place, the young man who serviced the van did an awesome job and was very pleasant to deal with--we both laughed that this car definitely needed a deep cleaning and he did a great job! read more

I stopped by this place on a rainy day and Jose said he could help me with detailing my car after an incident I had with water getting in with rain and causing a musty smell. He got right on it right away. This was my first time getting my car detailed and I had never seen my car so clean. They did an excellent job.the area I was concerned about the water was dry and no longer musty! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because my car still feels wet almost 24 hours later for the areas they washed. Likely because it's Hella humid outside and leaving windows open won't help. Their pricing is fair. They did a good job. They were friendly, welcoming, and have a nice facility. Good area for you to wait. A big plus is that they have weekly or daily specials. I suggest you look at their pricing board in the pictures to see what service you want and see when they offer a discount for that service. One thing I did notice that kept them from 5 stars is that they are short staffed when I visited it was only 2 people. That affected the time it took them to give me my car back because they were switching back and forth between my car and other cars. This also caused them to rush alot which was noticable because I found some dirty spots that could have been easily cleaned. But nothing major. Overall I want to highlight that this is a nice place and I will definitely be back. read more

Went to get my boyfriends truck detailed with the clay bar treatment, which had minor scratches, and was charged $400 to realize the detail was worse. Burn marks and swirls were throughout the vehicle. My boyfriend tried to explain to the manager, Ronnie, about the work. He didn't even want to try to resolve the issue only argued and took keys from the truck so that we would pay. The amount charged was way overpriced for the extreme unprofessional work that was done. Ronnie did not want to fix the problem nor ask HOW to make things right. They didn't buff out the headlights nor did they clean the truck correctly. The building is not much to look at but I can appreciate that with how low their prices are compared to their competitors. I think they do a much better quality job than the guys down the street too. Well I just took my suv in for a detail and well it was pretty greasy had to clean it again myself and the price does say 100 for Monday and I was charged 120 so that's that!!!! Won't be coming back here I'll just leave it at that not great I can probably do a better job! read more

Showed up for a regular car wash, but ended up getting the #2 Executive Wash. Price was very reasonable and the car came out very nicely cleaned for the price paid. The leather conditioner smell made my car smell and feel brand new again...though it was still a little greasy when I picked it up (it needed a few more minutes to soak in). I got a specialty ceramic coating on my car (cquartz finest) which requires only handwashes. I looked up handwash places around my office and saw the handful of positive reviews for this place thought I would give it a shot. I was a bit skeptical pulling up as it is essentially a hole-in-the-wall make shift car wash place in this big gravel yard. For $15, they handwash the outside including clean the wheels, vacuum the inside and dust everything. Nothing is particularly fancy about what they do, but they do a thorough and quick job. Had to redo this review. Man where to begin. The wash is pretty good hand wash. The problem are the prices. Can be kind of pricey for what you get. Cash only. Also the biggest issue is how they clean the inside of the car. Gone twice since first review and its lack luster at best. They rush through it and inside isn't vacuumed well at all. Very disappointing. Great friendly staff though. I just hate driving my clean car through gravel and dirt when you are done. read more

I came here following a recommendation from my parents, who have been here multiple times. My Nissan Altima had not been used in almost a year and needed quite a lot of cleaning. They were up front about the cost (which was fair considering the state of my car), and even had an employee drive me home so I wouldn't have to wait three hours for them to do their thing. They had done such a good job that when I went back to pick up my car I barely recognized it - the outside was shiny and the interior was spotless (again, a difficult ask with the amount of dog hair and crap that had collected on surfaces). This is a late post due to my busy schedule. I went there to get the outside of my car and hand washed and I asked about how much would they charge just to shampoo and get stains out of my mats. It was $50. Just for mats it sounded too much but I agreed. They washed the outside but towards the bottom of the car it still had dirt although I showed them. I wish I had pictures for that. Mats are in no way clean and stains as it was before. If this was what they would do. I could have gotten similar thing done At those hand car wash ages by $18. So disappointed. Will never go back. Two stars just for him trusting me to go back to my bank and bring the money and give him coz after they started working I realized I didn't have cash. I wish they valued customer satisfaction more than money. First time I visited two years back they weren't like that. They did a fairly good job on my old car but this one!!!!!! One customer lost!!! This is a great little hidden gem!! $15 for a quick car wash!! I judge a car wash by how well they wash my rims. Most $40+ car washes leave my rims full of brake dust. Understandably, large volume has an influence on those other places; but, this place leaves them spotless!! For $15!! This place is busy but the patron of this establishment is the nicest guy! I was looking for a hand wash desperately, since it had been 2 months since I last got it done (thanks to the crap weather). I found some downtime at work and figured I would look into places around the work area. To my delight, I read the 5 reviews before me and figured I would try it out. Mind you, my car is just 6 months old and so I'm typically very reluctant to try new places or go to someone who's not genuine. The owner was nice and mentioned that this is a family owned shop. They did a great job, very fast and thorough. I got a wash and wax done for $40, though I could have done a wash for just $15. The guy also mentioned that I could come back tomorrow for a free, quick wash if the car gets dirty again between now and then. They did a THOROUGH job on my rims, better than most places typically do. They definitely did not half ass it. It seemed like they had a system going. Two people were washing my car doing the brunt of the work, then the owner came back afterwards for touchups to clean up that extra bit of dirt that may have been missed. They did a horrible job with my car wash especially the vacuuming. I was told to vacuum and wipe myself if I wasn't satisfied with the job. The worst part of the experience was that the owner/worker told me he didn't give a ***k if I was dissatisfied and told me that I can go vacuum my hair since it needs to be vacuumed. I really like to highlight when I feel a business is phenomenal! I have allowed my son to eat in my SUV, he has tracked dirt from playgrounds and sports like boys do. Today, I allowed my mother's dogs the my trunk area of my SUV and they peed (they won't be riding in my car ever again). So, needless to say, I needed someone right away to shampoo my carpets. I called this place up and he got me in right away. I sat inside and waited, they were very hospitable offering me water several times while I waited. Let's just say it was an unbelievable miracle what these people did in two and a half hours. My truck looks brand new inside! $100 for the carpet miracle they did and a full detail inside out.
