The standout for me however, was the milk chocolate peanut butter buc-ee logo chocolate bar. It was pure joy! The absolute best thing I had eaten in ages when it comes to chocolate. We came during breakfast and we only got to try the brisket taco, tater tots, and Dr Pepper slushie but the taco alone was phenomenal. They had fresh brisket that they cut and then made the tacos right in front of us. If you're able to grab one of the hot and freshly cut brisket tacos for breakfast they are so juicy and good!! The rest of the store is amazing too! Of course we couldn't leave without a couple of souvenirs like every flavor of the jerky, Buc-ee's plushie keychain, pen and magnet. When I pulled around for the vacuums and towels, Avery (another go-getter, kind employee) offered me some towels and even assisted in wiping down the car and even vacuumed a bit. I got sent off with a wave and a smile from Avery, too. There are plenty of places to spend your money, but I like spending it where I get great service. When I get people who work outside smiling at me in the Texas summer, I know they are working hard.

I have been trying to resolve this issue for about two months, but I have received no response or follow-up communication. While I appreciate the quality of their work and the kindness of the staff, the lack of communication and billing issue is very disappointing. As of today, I still have not been contacted. My account has now been canceled. I am giving one star -- one star for the cleaning quality and friendliness, but the overall experience regarding billing and communication has been frustrating.

I needed it to apply for an auto loan, and even the bank rejected it, told me to get a better copy. So my son went back there and asked for a better print out--they refused to do it. It was my son's fault in the first place to just take the super bad print out in the first place, but wow. I told my son to prove it's him asking for it, show insurance paper and id, so they don't suspect anything. But nope. They would not give out a clearer copy.
