This was my first visit as it was convenient to where I was at the time. I usually frequent a different car wash but they have not been up to par lately so I thought why not. There is an attendant to check you in. They try to get you to pay for a monthly membership but it's not what I had in mind. I got a basic wash as my vehicle wasn't that dirty. They offer 3 different levels. It's a drive thru type with a blow dry at the end. There isn't anyone to wipe your vehicle off afterwards so that's your job lol. It was a pretty good wash, got my vehicle pretty clean. There was minima l wiping needed. The also offer a free vacuum if you buy a wash. I may use them again in the future. read more

So after going here for months and having the subscription and great service, they ended up scratching the hood of my wife's car. So I filed an incident report and they called me and said there were "already scratches" on the hood...which is weird because there weren't. I would like to recommend EVERYONE who reads this to not frequent this establishment. I was paying them $45/month for both my and my wife's vehicles. They decided to run a messed up operation that caused damage to my vehicle and would not own up to it. If you go down the street (about half a mile) there is another car wash that I'm sure would honor their mess ups and take care of you! I will be taking my business there and i will make sure everyone I know does the same. read more

this car wash is mediocre at best.... I have the best car wash "lucky duck"... I was greeted well, but not even offered an interior wipe... which they normally do, My Experience at this car wash was super mediocre... felt like the car washes you get at run down gas station car wash... the car wash doesn't completely DRY the car not enough dryers in the car wash to get rid of all the small water spots.... so much water spots and soap is still around the car.... especially at the rear... Also barely any towels... HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED at this location... I wonder if all the Google reviews are FAKE or just OLD... They really need to maintain their car washes the brushes look really old...I guess I have to think maybe other quick quack car washes are better.... this car wash isn't as good as the other car washes around like bucee's or even Clear water express car wash near In N Out have been way better experience... The only thing this company has over majority of other unlimited washes is the fact they have many locations... read more

Look at this. I payed for the most expensive option.... I didn't have time so I decided to give this place a try... I did go back to complain and got another wash... That wash worked. It was not the same wash I got the first time though. Not sure if it was a mistake or if they were trying to cheat me. Keep an eye on your washes and don't be afraid to say something if you see your car still dirty or worse. read more

The customer service at this location is deplorable. They cannot seem to figure out how to take people in the order in which they arrive. I drove away twice in the last week without a wash because they put people in front of me that they saw arrive after me. They don't get the concept of first come, first served. They also don't seem to even like stepping out of the air conditioned office to check people in in the first place. I canceled my membership today because of the recurring poor service. read more

Very impressed with this car wash. From the customer service to the Cleanliness of my vehicle. I had dead animals parts sloshed along the top of my car (I have no idea, don't ask) and the young men were dedicated in helping me get off the remnants. They hosed my car down multiple times and I even went through the wash 3 times. Thank you quick quack for making my car sparkle. I don't think I've ever seen it this shiny!! I tried their Best Car Wash ($19.99 value) with Duck Shield for free as part of a promo on their grand opening. This Quick Quack is conveniently located and their staff are very attentive. Going through the wash, your kids will definitely love the soapy-colored light show as your vehicle is being cleaned. Another plus is their free (yes free!) 10-minute vaccum stations. Unlike other car wash spots where their paid "Fisher-Price" vacs barely have any suction, these work great and get the job done. For those who have their license plates screwed to their bumpers without a frame, be careful as their dry blower is so strong plate might get bent or pulled out without you noticing. A great tip is to bring a shammy or rag with you to finish drying up your vehicle since it's not completely dry once it comes out. Overall Quick Quack offers a quality and speedy car wash at reasonable prices. read more

went back again still during the promotion. this time my suv wasn't as dirty as before to see how it would do. it did a better job but still parts were dirty. i think it's cause the brushes could possibly get closer and more water pressure on the side to clean the dirt. there isn't a lot of blow air dryers so make sure to bring an extra towel to dry. read more

So as part of my Friday adventure after stopping at Thats my Dog i saw a familiar sign with the big yellow duck and stopped in for a quick "quick quack" wash. The guy at the pay office was really sweet and helpful and he got me through quick. Just like all the other quick quack washes in town this one looked very clean and the smell was really good. I just love going into that forest of of cleaning brushes and the lights just really make it a wonderful experience. There weren't any cars in the vacume area so I stopped this time and those vacumes are powerful it even pulled all the dog hair out of the carpet and backseat. The guy from the pay office came up to asked how I liked the wash that's good customer service. Found out later in my conversation that he was the manager of the place, nice guy. Recently saw that this place had just opened and was excited to give it a try. This place has no automatic payment machines this was all done by people walking back and forth from the inside to the outside taking payments back and forth which not only took to long but also made a long wait. Car washes here are not as cheap as others. I got the most expensive one but my car still came out dirty which was the whole reason to why I needed a car wash in the first place. Another thing they there vacuums where not good and some didn't really work at all. Will I come back again? Probably not. I've had better. read more

I love the car wash and the people! What I don't like is all of the chaos. They have three lines for cars when it's busy. They don't have one lane assigned for new memberships. New memberships take a while therefore if you're in the wrong line you could be there awhile. To make matters worse they are giving out free car washes for over a week. The place is so crowded it's impossible to get your car washed in a timely manner. Great car wash that needs some tweaks. read more

I rarely wash my car but last month I came to this place for a quick car wash. They talked me into paying $19.99 for an unlimited number of car washes for a whole month, which I agreed. The month went by and to my surprise, another charge of $19.99 is now posted in my credit card! I've never been told nor did I agree to a contract with them in which I would pay a monthly fee. It was clearly to my understanding that was a one-time charge. I now dispute that charge via my credit card but wanted to let everyone to be aware of this clever tactics! read more
