Every single gas pump was taken; we had to park the car pretty far out in the lot. And inside was full of people. But wow! What an experience. I had seen videos of Buc-ee's but nothing can prepare you for being there in person. It is huge! And there is literally anything you could ever dream of. From houseware, to decor, to clothing, to camping supplies, to pool noodles, to grills, to animal toys, travel items, to literal cow hides! I was walking around just shocked. And then you get to the food area. Tons of flavors of beef jerky, candy, and popcorn. It goes on and on. It is definitely an experience. We left with a few items and no food since we had just eaten, but a time was had! Every employee we ran into was friendly and helpful. You could spend a ton of time in there and still miss something. So glad I got to finally experience a Buc-ee's!

Yesterday I brought my Tesla in to get washed and the employees there wiped so hard on the lettering that they bent the decal off along with one of the letters. You can see the fibers from the cleaning mitts they used stuck under the lettering. The lead staff informed me and we both took pictures of the affected area. I suggested that I would just order the replacement letters from Amazon and just be refunded next time in at the shop. The lead staff told me that she would have the boss contact me. Moving forward, the boss calls me and instantly begins absolving the shop of any responsibility, saying first, "Oh the shop that wrapped your car did a faulty job so take it back to them." Then after I explained to her that they've washed this same car several times and this NEVER happened, she said, "Oh it's the sun that caused this to happen." As a business owner myself I pride myself on making things right versus absolving myself of any liability. The replacement lettering was $39 on Amazon, less than the price I pay for a wash, but instead of making it right they wanted to make excuses and sidestep the issue. Needless to say, they've lost out on a customer that spends over $500 monthly on car wash services for multiple cars. If you have a higher end vehicle or any vehicle that is wrapped don't go to this place. If anything happens they'll make an excuse to avoid paying anything out.

When I pulled around for the vacuums and towels, Avery (another go-getter, kind employee) offered me some towels and even assisted in wiping down the car and even vacuumed a bit. I got sent off with a wave and a smile from Avery, too. There are plenty of places to spend your money, but I like spending it where I get great service. When I get people who work outside smiling at me in the Texas summer, I know they are working hard.

I have been trying to resolve this issue for about two months, but I have received no response or follow-up communication. While I appreciate the quality of their work and the kindness of the staff, the lack of communication and billing issue is very disappointing. As of today, I still have not been contacted. My account has now been canceled. I am giving one star -- one star for the cleaning quality and friendliness, but the overall experience regarding billing and communication has been frustrating.
