Worst wash I have ever seen. Not only was the truck still full of mud but where they did attempt to wash it the paint is now damaged with scratches and swirls from the hard sponges they were using. I called to complain and the manager hung up. I have been coming here for a while but never again. The entire vehicle will now need to be wet sanded to correct the scratches. I read the reviews and decided to try this car wash since my usual one was close!! what a big mistake. First of all they are extremely slow I would maybe expect this on the weekend but not today. It took over 2 hours to get a car wash! I finally went outside to determine why: 1. Person drives your car up 2. two people hose it down and soap it up/rinse 3. two ladies dry the car, clean insides and tires (using a step stool which is unsafe in this wet are). 4. very very short staffed which makes them inefficient and effective 5. no WiFi and folks falling asleep in the waiting room which the thermostat was set on 80 degrees 6. at least tell customers when they drive up we are short staffed and it's going to take over 2 hours and give the option to leave I Definitely will not return and I will go back to my normal Kingsland Car Wash! read more

The last time I came they did a great job, but this experience will forever change who I allow to touch my truck. For $60, my entire truck inside and out came back dirty. Nothing was cleaned. Even the outside was not washed. It looked like they ran a water hose over it. The exterior was dirty, the interior was not wiped down, and my windshield was also not cleaned. To make things worse- SOMEONE SCRATCHED UP MY LEATHER SEAT!! There were multiple scratches on the seat and around it. I am positive this scratch was not there before. This man- the owner- tried to tell me my truck was dirty and scratched because of the sand. But they are detailers, right? So, aren't they professionals, and is this not part of their profession!? Sand on my weather tech mats would not keep my vehicle from being cleaned in the interior, on the exterior, or on my windshields. This man is completely dishonest and gaslighted me. He felt comfortable pocketing my money, and he didn't do anything he was paid to do. He explained there may be some sand in the corners, which I understand, but that was not in agreement that he take my money and not clean my truck. If he lied about cleaning my vehicle, and lied about why it was in poor condition- if he thought that was acceptable- why would I believe anything he says about the condition of the scratches in my seat? There are also stains all over my leather that are not coming out!!!! To get my money back, I will have dispute the claim through my bank. I drove up in my SUV and they gave me pricing. $25 for a Standard wash inside and out. $35 Supreme for inside and out but also doors, cup holders, and seat wipe downs. Awesome! Right? There wasn't a long wait time as there was just 1 person ahead of me already getting serviced and halfway through my wash, someone else came in. The waiting area was nice and clean. So. I got my car back and my tires look great. The wash was just ok. Vacuuming was good. The middle console (including cup holders and doors) and seats were not wiped down properly. I could see the streaks on them. Also, the drivers side mirror was not wiped down but the right one was. I asked the lady and confirmed I had paid for the Supreme wash service just to make sure that they didn't make a mistake thinking I paid for a Standard. She apologized but in 4mins I got my car back and well, she fixed the middle console to an extent. Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced at a car wash. The owner told me there was too much hair/dog smell. I'm giving this a two start rating for the simple fact that the employees that the owner employees work hard to probably get paid shit. They did a great job on the exterior clean of my pick up truck... however, they did not really clean the inside. They did a light vacuum and hat was it. I'm glad I only paid $25 for this half-ass clean. If I could give the owner- or whom I perceive to be the owner (I'll just call him "guy at front desk") didn't care about what I wanted. I asked a few questions about some spots on my upholstery to see if he had any product that could remove them. I prefaced it by saying, "if it costs extra, I will be happy to pay." He asked me where the sports were located. I told him. And then he came back in after what I thought was to tell me if he could do it.. but he didn't. This rating is due to poor customer service and business skills. It is family operated which I liked and the son really does understand customer service. The dad on the other hand will be the reason we no longer spend our money here. Since they've opened, we have been taking all of our vehicles here on a regular basis, including our huge work truck and my dads mini van. He always gets the most expensive one, and with our work truck, that's the only option. Today I went there. No different from last week with the same vehicle I've been taking since they have opened. And he says it's a large vehicle. I explained to him that it has never been and we have never been charged that since they opened, I even called my husband to verify because I thought maybe I was tripping, even though I was just there last week. I promise there aren't many females with green eyes and bright pink hair that are there every week unless traveling. The prices didn't increase, you just felt like you could charge me more for whatever reason. You're more than entitled to that. The $5 difference was no issue seeing as I actually had $40 cash in hand, the problem was me having to pay more for the same exact vehicle I always pay for, and without your service price increasing. I just wouldn't peg that as the smartest move since we have always spent our money with this car wash and have sent multiple people that way. As far as the wash is concerned, being completely honest, The car wash Is not bad but it's not good. You'll have to fix things yourself unless you make them. There were several times where my husband and or myself had to have them wipe things down correctly and properly clean the windows. They are usually always streaky and also tend to leave places that should be dry...wet. The person, possibly a manager was also very hard to understand. Being that my vehicle has wax and sealer, I asked so that the correct type of soap will be used that will not remove them. The staff detailing the vehicles do a great job, it's the person at the register that has a hostile attitude, is very rude, has no patience and has a language barrier.
