I took a chance on this place given the bad reviews previously. I live super close & needed a hand car wash. There's always a lot of people getting their car done so I figured it can't be that bad. 5/5 stars! They did a great job!! I even had a weird gunk on the foot mat. I didn't expect them to work to get it off considering the other reviews, but they totally did without me even asking. Will be back for sure. They got my business! read more

They do a great job every time, and even when it's packed, the line moves surprisingly fast. Definitely one of the more efficient car washes around. read more

I like the work the workers do on my vehicle but owner Asian man can be very rude! In today's world I'm learning to spend my dollars and go where my money is appreciated. Customer service needs to improve and not from the workers. Hopefully they are being paid fairly and respected ! read more

They don't pay attention to detail especially if you have chrome rims or any chrome they leave it dirty with water spots and they wipe down your interior with wet towels that they use to wipe the outside of your car with so it leaves your car smelling bad . read more

***BEWARE*CAUTION***USE THIS PLACE FOR EMERGENCIES ONLY, LIKE VOMIT, ETC*** I never get detailed car wash but we are having a baby and we wanted the car squeaky clean for our little one and are willing to splurge for the special occasion. What we asked for: *Interior detail *Basic wash Total:$212.00 What we got: *The main stains on the inside WERE removed BUT.... *Water and drip spots on the exterior *Streaks on the windows *Dirt from the outer wash got inside on to the upholstery *Sticky cup holders *Interior leather cleaners were not wiped properly leaving it all streaky *The car was literally cleaner when we turned it in than afterwards! Now for $210 the outside of the car should AT LEAST be as clean as a drive through car wash. And the inside cleaning should have been thorough! We brought all this up to the owner and they said, "You only paid for a basic wash" and that he's done this for years and DID admit that the inside wasn't done properly but did nothing to make it right. He should have either have his guys clean it up right or given me half my money back! I suppose if you have some seriously gross or ugly stains this place would do but just don't expect expert car-show level work, much less a decent car wash. Okay, gotta go to the car wash to clean up the mess. Drive safely y'all read more

Every time I come here I get great service, from the initial greeting where they take my keys until I get my car back. During this trip I got a wash and a wax for under $90!!! Great deal and it was fast! Definitely a great place to get your money's worth. read more

Worst wash I have ever seen. Not only was the truck still full of mud but where they did attempt to wash it the paint is now damaged with scratches and swirls from the hard sponges they were using. I called to complain and the manager hung up. I have been coming here for a while but never again. The entire vehicle will now need to be wet sanded to correct the scratches. Find another car wash if you are considering this place. read more

Good service. Try to avoid an hour before closing time as it gets busy and they may ask you to come back another day.

Excellent. Are you wash. Not from the area, but it took a little while on a Saturday afternoon

We paid $134.00 to get a terrible wash and wax. The outside had dirt still in all the crevices and on the rims. The inside looked barely wiped down. We told the owner and he said we need to pay more to get inside cleaned. Please stay away from this place! read more

Charged $15 extra for bug removal...was told it's the season. I already pay $47, so $62 for a car wash and vacuum. They do an okay job inside but nothing I can't do at home with the shop vac. It was convenient and with the bad business up-charge for bugs in my window...I can't recommend this place. Maybe when I don't a few bugs on my window and grill. read more

25 min hand car wash and they did a good job. Cost $32 for the supreme on my small sedan. Knocked off a star because they left a bunch of white residue in the back seats. read more

Don't waste your money. Tried them for the first time Friday, they didn't clean the car very good but decided to give them another try Saturday with my truck. Wrong decision. Went back home to spray some wax on it and couldn't because it wasn't clean, still had mud on the fender and bumper. I would have taken it back there except they were closed. Had to wash the truck again myself before waxing. Don't waste your hard earned money. read more

I read the reviews and decided to try this car wash since my usual one was close!! what a big mistake. First of all they are extremely slow I would maybe expect this on the weekend but not today. It took over 2 hours to get a car wash! I finally went outside to determine why: 1. Person drives your car up 2. two people hose it down and soap it up/rinse 3. two ladies dry the car, clean insides and tires (using a step stool which is unsafe in this wet are). 4. very very short staffed which makes them inefficient and effective 5. no WiFi and folks falling asleep in the waiting room which the thermostat was set on 80 degrees 6. at least tell customers when they drive up we are short staffed and it's going to take over 2 hours and give the option to leave I Definitely will not return and I will go back to my normal Kingsland Car Wash! read more

Took my Mercedes G65 AMG here and I am very please with how efficient their operation is. Very spacious for when they're extremely busy and big windows inside to see your vehicle being washed. I definitely appreciate great customer service and theee guys delivered that. I will be coming back here for future hand car washes! read more

Great price and they do a really good job. You won't be disappointed compared to commercial car wash places.

Have come to this location twice to get my car washed and each time it has been a good experience. Prices are fair and the owner has always been friendly and kind. Today after leaving I got home and realized I had left my purse there. I called the business and he ran immediately to go check where I had left it and picked it up to keep safe in his office. He even went back and looked at his cameras to make sure no one had messed with it! He has my trust and business for sure read more

**BE AWARE!!! SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES** PICTURES OF MY CAR IN THIS POST! THEY TOOK $60, BUT IM NOT SURE FOR WHAT!?!? THEY ALSO DESTROYED MY PROPERTY!!! If you have a brand new or nice vehicle, please think 2x before going here. I paid to have my Jeep Gladiator given a minor detail. The last time I came they did a great job, but this experience will forever change who I allow to touch my truck. For $60, my entire truck inside and out came back dirty. Nothing was cleaned. Even the outside was not washed. It looked like they ran a water hose over it. The exterior was dirty, the interior was not wiped down, and my windshield was also not cleaned. To make things worse- SOMEONE SCRATCHED UP MY LEATHER SEAT!! There were multiple scratches on the seat and around it. I am positive this scratch was not there before. This man- the owner- tried to tell me my truck was dirty and scratched because of the sand. But they are detailers, right? So, aren't they professionals, and is this not part of their profession!? Sand on my weather tech mats would not keep my vehicle from being cleaned in the interior, on the exterior, or on my windshields. This man is completely dishonest and gaslighted me. He felt comfortable pocketing my money, and he didn't do anything he was paid to do. He explained there may be some sand in the corners, which I understand, but that was not in agreement that he take my money and not clean my truck. If he lied about cleaning my vehicle, and lied about why it was in poor condition- if he thought that was acceptable- why would I believe anything he says about the condition of the scratches in my seat? There are also stains all over my leather that are not coming out!!!! To get my money back, I will have dispute the claim through my bank. I'm looking into what my extended warranty covers in regards to my leather seat, but may have to call my insurance company on him. Please be aware who you are trusting with your vehicle. Some of us have very nice trucks and SUVs, and really this man should not be touching luxury and upgraded off-road vehicles like this. He needs ti stick to used cars that are already in beat up condition. read more

Mason hand car wash is really equipped to wash my SRT Viper. I'm picky about where I take my viper to get washed because I get paranoid about scratching the paint. Great value for the work they do, can't always expect car washes to give the same level of care as hand wash and seeing the high prices of other places makes it unappealing, yet this place offers the same service at a much more affordable price read more

I went in due to all the good reviews on here. I was looking for a good place because it was my new car's 1st car wash since I purchased it. I drove up in my SUV and they gave me pricing. $25 for a Standard wash inside and out. $35 Supreme for inside and out but also doors, cup holders, and seat wipe downs. Awesome! Right? There wasn't a long wait time as there was just 1 person ahead of me already getting serviced and halfway through my wash, someone else came in. The waiting area was nice and clean. So. I got my car back and my tires look great. The wash was just ok. Vacuuming was good. The middle console (including cup holders and doors) and seats were not wiped down properly. I could see the streaks on them. Also, the drivers side mirror was not wiped down but the right one was. I asked the lady and confirmed I had paid for the Supreme wash service just to make sure that they didn't make a mistake thinking I paid for a Standard. She apologized but in 4mins I got my car back and well, she fixed the middle console to an extent. I just feel that they could've done a better job for the price and the fact that they weren't rushed either. I really wanted to like this place. read more

The worst service ever, I don't advise anyone to come here or give them any opportunity to take your money. The double standards here are blatant. I'm accustomed to bringing my car 2023 and being greeted with a smile and happiness. However, today I brought my work car and it was not stinking except for the dust inside it. He refused to serve me and told me that we don't waste our time here by cleaning a lot. I was surprised and I told him, but the sign above your shop says car wash . How can you refuse to serve me or you want to take money from me only for my new car? He did not apologize to me and closed his office door and told me to take your car and ignored me. I also want to point out that he is completely RUDE read more

Terrible service. Charged $15 for "bug removal" & after not getting all the bugs, claimed that they cannot get 100% of the bugs off. Would not give a refund. Very rude. Inconsiderate. Over charges for their service. Will not be coming back. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced at a car wash. The owner told me there was too much hair/dog smell. (I have a service dog) I had also been on a long road trip, so my car was unusually dirty. I said no worries it doesn't have to be perfect and if I need to pay extra I would. He then said they didn't have time to do my car, so I asked for my money back. He then had the AUDACITY to ask for the punch card back so I wouldn't get credit for the visit. I said no problem and tore it in half to hand it back. I literally went across the street to the next car wash they had ZERO issues with the fur and quoted me a better price and I only waited 20 min instead of the 1 hour quote from mason hand wash! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Awful owners! read more

I'm giving this a two start rating for the simple fact that the employees that the owner employees work hard to probably get paid shit. They did a great job on the exterior clean of my pick up truck... however, they did not really clean the inside. They did a light vacuum and hat was it. I'm glad I only paid $25 for this half-ass clean. If I could give the owner- or whom I perceive to be the owner (I'll just call him "guy at front desk") didn't care about what I wanted. I asked a few questions about some spots on my upholstery to see if he had any product that could remove them. I prefaced it by saying, "if it costs extra, I will be happy to pay." He asked me where the sports were located. I told him. And then he came back in after what I thought was to tell me if he could do it.. but he didn't. He came back into his office and sat down at his computer. When I got home I had to do a full detail of the interior myself because they didn't even tough the inside... despite the pricing packages he has advertised. This place is a scam and a waste of money. The guy at the front desk has a crappy attitude- very pretentious- and doesn't care. But he will absolutely be happy to swipe your card. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! read more

RACIST!!! I tried to wash my car and they said they can't do it and started washing everhome else's car that came.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBL. Owner of this establishment is even horrible than the wash! I wouldn't take a bike here to get washed! $15 extra for armor oil which wasn't even offered in the beginning! Very unprofessional and refused to give me a refund! STAY AWAYYYYY WISH I COUKD GIVE -1 stars read more

This rating is due to poor customer service and business skills. It is family operated which I liked and the son really does understand customer service. The dad on the other hand will be the reason we no longer spend our money here. Since they've opened, we have been taking all of our vehicles here on a regular basis, including our huge work truck and my dads mini van. He always gets the most expensive one, and with our work truck, that's the only option. Today I went there. No different from last week with the same vehicle I've been taking since they have opened. And he says it's a large vehicle. I explained to him that it has never been and we have never been charged that since they opened, I even called my husband to verify because I thought maybe I was tripping, even though I was just there last week. I promise there aren't many females with green eyes and bright pink hair that are there every week unless traveling. The prices didn't increase, you just felt like you could charge me more for whatever reason. You're more than entitled to that. The $5 difference was no issue seeing as I actually had $40 cash in hand, the problem was me having to pay more for the same exact vehicle I always pay for, and without your service price increasing. I just wouldn't peg that as the smartest move since we have always spent our money with this car wash and have sent multiple people that way. As far as the wash is concerned, being completely honest, The car wash Is not bad but it's not good. You'll have to fix things yourself unless you make them. There were several times where my husband and or myself had to have them wipe things down correctly and properly clean the windows. They are usually always streaky and also tend to leave places that should be dry...wet. I've had better car washes for less, we just didn't mind supporting a family who we thought valued their customers. We told the bad with the good but today gave me the chance to see, they weren't worth it. read more

I miss the previous owner as they were more understanding. New owner is not consistent with what I get charged based on the size of the vehicle. I drive a mid size truck (Tacoma/Ranger) and got charged for a large car this time. Last time I came and was charged for medium sized car. The owner's explanation didn't make any sense as to why a midsize truck is considered a large vehicle and a truck like a tundra would be considered extra large. read more

This was my 2nd time going and the first time I wasn't impressed at all because I felt the cleaning of the inside of my car wasn't good at all. So I decided to go back today from a few months ago and I must say for the $35 I paid for the supreme wash I am extremely satisfied my car looked as if it went to a detail shop. If I had gone across the street I would've paid $60 for the same kind of wash service. Hopefully they keep up the good work and I'll for sure be back! read more
