When I pulled around for the vacuums and towels, Avery (another go-getter, kind employee) offered me some towels and even assisted in wiping down the car and even vacuumed a bit. I got sent off with a wave and a smile from Avery, too. There are plenty of places to spend your money, but I like spending it where I get great service. When I get people who work outside smiling at me in the Texas summer, I know they are working hard.

My account has now been canceled. I am giving one star -- one star for the cleaning quality and friendliness, but the overall experience regarding billing and communication has been frustrating.
