The car wash took a while but maybe bc they were short handed due to Covid. Overall the wash was great. The manager was nice. I was in a rush and he offered me to go back so they could do their best which was great. Really great place overall, nice waiting area and bathrooms. read more

I appreciated that Perfect Hands Car Wash was able to squeeze me in last minute, but unfortunately, that's where the good stopped. As soon as I arrived, I was told I should just wait around instead of my wife picking me up because "it wouldn't take long." That immediately made me feel like they were going to rush the job, especially since the lady on the phone had told me to plan for an hour to an hour and a half due to the size of my truck (F250). The staff the whole time seemed rushed and almost bothered that I was even there, despite the fact they didn't close until 5 p.m. and my appointment was at 3:45 p.m. When they finished, they didn't do a walkthrough with me (even though I saw them do one with another customer just before me). Instead, they simply handed me my keys and walked back inside to charge me. The issues were obvious the moment I got into my truck. Dust was still all around my screen, streaks and marks everywhere. Mind you, I paid $88 for this wash. Within two minutes of driving, I stopped for diesel and noticed even more--my rims were only washed on the exterior, not the interior, so as soon as I drove, grime and dirt bled from the inside out. The side steps still had dirt on them, the back bumper where employees had stepped up was dirty, and the side doors still had buildup. This place came highly recommended by my brother-in-law, but I honestly don't see the quality. For what I paid ($78 plus a $10 tip), this was maybe a $30 job at best. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place at all. read more

They do a fantastic job; much better than the big chain washes. They don't just wash the car, they clean & focus on all the little details.

they go by appointments now and I schedule one and they left my car like brand new. I'm very happy with the way they left it. I'm sure coming back! read more

If you drive a large profile vehicle (Truck) this "Hand Wash" facility can accommodate it. Hand wash, and attention to detail is what you will get when you come into Perfect Hands location. Excellent customer service is provided. Price maybe a little on the high side, but it quality that you will be getting, along with saving you precious time of doing it yourself. Keep in mind, place can get a little busy and establishment is closed on Sudays. read more

my truck looked awesome with the "express detail" service. They were fairly thorough, used good products- only complaint is they left a few spots here and there I noticed when I really inspected it. 4 stars because they took longer than the promised time frame, but overall- great value! read more

I had the basic wash that cost 60$. I was pleased with the job done except they did not vacuum the back part of my Ford Escape. I guess I should have checked before I left . For this price I would expect a better job vacuuming. The workers were nice. They require appointments now but they were able to fit me in. I have used them before and they have always done a good job. So not sure what happened this time. read more

My first experience with Perfect Hands was fantastic!! My pickup hasn't looked this good since I drove it off the lot. The quote seemed expensive but it was worth every penny. They really care about how your vehicle looks when they are finished. read more

First, let me say, I rarely do reviews -- good or bad -- it is just not my thing but this company I believe deserves for others to know what they can do. I took my daughter's car here to try and get the interior cleaned. Honestly, we had already discussed the possibility of getting a new car because it was so stained from everything from crayon to red juices. Also, was loaded with pet hair. To my surprise, it just about all came out and looked almost new. Although I just got the interior done, they also hand washed the car and the looked great as well. Highly recommend. read more

I found this company via Yelp and thank you to all who have recommended it! I took my Tahoe today to be washed (inside and out) and am so happy with the results! It honestly looks better than it did when I bought it brand new. Sure it took longer than other places do but considering how many vehicles were ahead of me (at least 8) and the impeccable job they did, it was completely worth it. believe it took a little over 1.5 hrs total which I think is very reasonable. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back! Thank you! Great job! read more

The team at Perfect Hands Car Wash provided outstanding service. The work included a full exterior detail on our vehicle as well as a cleaning of the interior. Perfect Hands is great. I was recommended here by the guys at Integrity Automotive. They dropped me off at work after I left my car around 9:00, and had a complete interior detail finished by 2:30, including the exterior wash and tires. The car looks amazing. Spotless on the outside, spotless on the inside, sparkling tires, crystal clear glass. I like to keep my car clean, so it's hard to tell a huge difference, but I don't think it looked this good when I bought it used 7 years ago. They are professional and courteous, don't be thrown off by their age. This is a group of young people dedicated to doing a job right. read more

Great experience! They were fast considering they were kind of busy for a Tuesday morning, and efficient. My car was a MESS! Literally hadn't been washed in a few weeks...okay a few months (don't judge I've been busy lol) and they got my baby looking amazing and at a great price! I left a pretty nice tip because I was sincerely surprised. I also paid in cash so I was able to get a car freshener for free! I'd definitely recommend and come again. read more

Perfect Hands Car Wash - My car afterwards, great work for the price! - Auto Detailing Near Me - Richmond, Texas

May take a while depending on the time of day, but watching these guys hand wash your car you can tell that they really care about doing a good job. They dont just swipe the soap on and push it through, they wash every part of the car and make sure they get in the nooks and crannies, especially on the front grille and emblem. Not only do they hand wash but they hand dry, every drop! You dont leave until your car is completely dry. No ugly water marks! 5 star service! read more

Awesome place to go to for a wash! The price for a car is $16 and they do an amazing job. My car was spotless and my rims were shining! I left my car there and went down the road while they washed it... they got everything but the trunk but its because I wasn't there and they didn't want to over intrude. Best service I have had with a wash & detail shop or individual, and I've dealt with many. David was very helpful & friendly and so were the guys working on my truck. There have been times in the past where I felt bad about paying the agreed upon amount for what was done to my vehicle.. Often they missed very obvious things and it felt like they were just trying to knock as many vehicles out as possible. In this case, I'm happy to say the opposite was true. The quality of their work was considerably better than what I've (sadly) become accustomed too.. Actually, it exceeded what would have made me happy, and that is quite nice! All without having to say a word or needing to point out anything missed.. I'll be back regularly now.. Glad I found you guys! Thanks!! David F. read more

Overall they did a decent job. My issues where two fold. One they didn't tell me until I was ready to check out that my truck, even though it was a standard truck, fell into the large truck category. That cost an extra $10 I wasn't expecting. In fairness to them they honored the price this one time. Second issue was they didn't really wash my tonneau cover. It still had dirt all over it like they didn't even bother to scrub it. I had to come home and finish the cleaning myself. read more

Best & Most Thorough Detail Ever Received Bought a 2012 F-150 that was a dirty pigsty covered in grim. I contacted the owner David and explained I wanted a thorough overall detail and then for them to really focus on the interior to clean it like new. When I took the truck to Perfect Hands, David, Jose and the other guys were personable and spent a few minutes assessing the truck explaining the steps and procedures they'd take to begin the intervention the thing needed. The results were AMAZING, after almost 2 days of cleaning the truck is immaculate. The guys don't just wash cars but are skilled professionals that take pride their work. Perfect Hands is a business where they provide courteous honest services at a great price and deliver exceptional results. read more

Waited a long time for a good, not great job. I had heard great things about the place but apparently if you're not driving a car that they deem "worthy", they won't really put the muscle in it to do their best. They missed plenty of spots and the workers seemed to not understand the English language when corrected. Also no bathroom for such a long wait. read more

I thought they did a very good job. Not perfect, but close. They got very close to perfect because it looked like each member of the cleaning crew was actually looking at the part of the car he/she was working on; paying attention. Not rushing, even though a lot of us were waiting for our cars. I thought what was perfect was the balance between doing a great job and keeping the customers moving. They also accurately estimated the length of time I'd need to wait. They held up tehir part of the deal. This was my first time there and I will be back. read more

I've been washing my truck here, about once a month, since i found out this about business, soon after they opened. My last wash, December for the holidays, the price was 25 bucks, what it's always been. Today I drop it off a little after 10 a.m. and I'm told that the price is $30 and it'll be about two hours. I get a call at 1:45 telling me its ready, I go in to pay and I'm told the charge is $35. I go "you told me 30 this morning". he goes "i must have misspoken, sorry, but its $35". So i pay and leave. I can handle 1 price increase a year, but not two in the same day, a 40% increase over last month. I won't be returning, he should have told me "sorry, $30 today but $35 next time." On the bright side bucket washing is good for the heart. read more
