2nd car done with Manny! Superb job again, keep it up! Best price out in Houston and great quality work

After moving to Houston, I quickly realized that finding people who truly take pride in their work can be a challenge. Perhaps it's a generational shift, but after dealing with various contractors, lawn services, restaurants and repair shops, many businesses do the absolute minimum, just enough not get fired. However, Manny at NTouch Autotint & Accent is a breath of fresh air. He is a true professional who delivers high-quality work in a timely manner. While his excellent rating drew me in, but what really impressed me was how gracefully he handled the only two low reviews he's received which told me everything I needed to know about his character. My wife and I are thrilled with the work he performed on her vehicle. If you want someone you can trust with your car, someone who actually cares about the quality of their work, Manny is the person to call. Thank you, Manny--please keep up the exceptional work. You've earned a customer for life. read more

I called and made an appointment. He said he only takes cash or zelle which also did not bother me. I showed up five minutes before the time and walked to the door. I pulled on it and it was locked. I looked to see an "open" sign or light or anything and pulled again. I started to walk back to my car and the door opens and he looks at me and says "why did you pull on my door like that?". I said "I have an appointment". He said "you did not have to pull on my door like that". No "good morning" no "thank you for coming to get work done" just straight confrontation. I just flashed a peace sign and said "have a good day man". I own my own company and I can tell you how I treat my customers matters. I dont know if he did not want to do the work or what but I am just left scratching my head. maybe I am an isolated incident but just so you know. read more

I couldn't be more impressed! Manny exceeded all my expectations from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and provided great advice on the best options for my car. I took my vehicle to Manny at NTouch because I saw such outstanding reviews not just on yelp but on google as well, which told me that this was not a coincidence but just the top notch type of service provided by this business. I took my vehicle this week, and Manny was kind and knowledgeable. He explained the different options for the ceramic tint. What was even better was his price beat every other place I contacted. The quality of the work was outstanding and looked better than any tint job I have ever had on my past vehicles. I will never take my vehicle s anywhere else. He is definitely highly recommended for a reason. In addition, he was clear with his time estimate and delivered as promised. He also provided clear after care instructions and told me how to care for the tint based on the current temperature and weather conditions. read more

The tint service I received was professional and Mr Manny showed a vast knowledge of his skills. The product he used was impressive as well. I was in a car accident. I later learned the windows were expected to shatter all over me. Instead, the tint kept the glass contained and prevented glass injury. Thank you Manny for always stepping up and putting pride in all services rendered. read more

I found this spot on Yelp because I wanted my windows tinted after buying my first car that God blessed me with. The owner was polite and I liked that he was from Louisiana. He gave me a good price for the tint and he gave me all the details that I needed to know about tint since it was my first time getting tint on my car. It took approximately 2-3 hours so I had dropped it off. He did an awesome job!!!! I told my aunt so she can get her windows tinted. I recommend this place to anyone that wants there windows tinted. THIS IS AN HONEST BUSINESSMAN RIGHT HERE!!! Where do I begin. I am so glad we found this place searching here on Yelp. Well my boyfriend needed tint on his car. The heat was just unbearable for me. Well I got in touch with the owner who is a very cool and honest businessman. So let me start my long story... So we made an appointment for a Thursday morning. I brought the car over. He started on it, but had to stop. He stated that he really does not do cars bought at CarMax and showed me why. Well, the car obviously had previous tint on it, but the dealership removes tint. They did a PISS POOR job. He showed me the scratches on his windows. They were deep scratches. You could tell someone was scraping something off the windows. He taught me a lot about how the Jaguars have a protective coating on their windows and CarMax damaged it. He values his work and told me that the tint would not come out right. We could see where it was already starting to bubble because of the deep scratches. Well we talked for some minutes and he left the tint on the back small windows. We discussed waiting over the weekend to see how the tint stays. So we rescheduled for the following Monday, but for me to drop it off and leave it so he can thoroughly work on finishing removing the left over residue CarMax left behind. Well come Monday, the smaller windows were fine and we proceeded as planned. He kept in constant communication with us throughout the process of me first bringing the car to him. The final results were wonderful. My boyfriend was very pleased with the results. I have already referred a few people and bookmarked this place under my car care section. read more

Manny was really responsive when I messaged him. I let him know what I wanted on the two vehicles we had. He delivered exactly what we asked for. Man, what a lucky break. I was so close to paying $165 just to have my new front windshield tinted then I called Manny. Asked how much his front windshield tints run and he said $65. I was a bit resistant cause I assumed maybe that meant I'd be getting sub-par work done only to find out he's the only master film technician in the whole state of Texas. Can't believe these other companies are up-charging for work like this and to be honest I'm upset I went anywhere else in the past. DO NOT WASTE your time or energy calling or going anywhere else. Come see Manny and support a genuine business prepared to pass on his discounted rates to customers. Trust me, I don't trust my baby to just anyone. See pics for redewb read more

I had a small but messy job but it wasn't too small for nTouch Auto. He had just done all the windows of a fresh off the lot Mercedes but treated my 2006 truck just the same. The proprietor is dedicated to his craft. Your windows will be in great hands at this shop. He was a like a plastic surgeon for my truck. The window looks great now. He was more than fair with his price. The combination of quality, service, price, and positive vibes - makes nTouch unbeatable. You can't touch this! read more

I needed to get my Toyota Avalon tinted and started by asking yelp for quotes. Manny replied to me within 10 minutes with a great price! When I called him he got me in with in right away. I needed to have the original tint removed from my JDM 1993 Toyota Supra as it was faded and old. I reached out to Manny (who by the way answered my question through Yelp within 5 mins on a Saturday night!) All I can say is Manny is a class act and took care of my car like it was his own! He removed the old tint and even had to hand cut the new tint as this model Toyota didn't come up in the system for computer cut. I would recommend Ntouch to anyone needing a quality tint job at a fair price! read more

Manny is the best!! Got my entire jeep done, windshield included. Glad I came here and I'd recommend this place to anyone

Manny is top notch! He is very detailed and proud of his work. He makes sure that the job is done right, and I can appreciate that very much. I bought a brand new car from a dealership who had tinted my windows and the job was awful. There were bubbles all throughout the windows... The dealership is supposed to be professional. But believe me, they are not. Manny fixed everything and made it look twice as nice. I would highly recommend his services to anyone. I can't believe how much better my car looks. If you want your windows tinted you have to come here. His prices are extremely reasonable and way better than anyone else out there. read more

Contacted Manny for tint at 7pm. Was responded to within 4 mins. And in 14 hours at 930am the next day he had me scheduled and as I pull up he is already waiting. True to his word. True to his price. He even helped find the best way to pay for it without coming out of pocket heavy. Attention to detail is superior, oh and instead of telling you I'll remember your face and that being that for warranty. He texts you a receipt and promises you to take care of you once you receive the receipt. Received it within seconds. Awesome dude. 1 car down. Got my dads moms and brothers whip next.
