I started to walk back to my car and the door opens and he looks at me and says "why did you pull on my door like that?". I said "I have an appointment". He said "you did not have to pull on my door like that". No "good morning" no "thank you for coming to get work done" just straight confrontation. I just flashed a peace sign and said "have a good day man". I own my own company and I can tell you how I treat my customers matters.
