One of our doors was incredibly scratched and we had no idea until the new, darker tint was applied. I was certain that these were not scratches in the glass and that there had to be some issue with the installation because nothing ever touched our door that high. Brian came out to show how there were indeed about 100 scratches. He came once to show my assistant manager and then again to show me. Really appreciate his time, understanding, and patience with me!

The rude interaction at the front desk was enough for me to turn around and take my business elsewhere, they never even got the chance to earn it. It's great to be active online, but that energy would be better spent training your front desk staff to treat customers with basic respect from the moment they walk in. I fully expect a reply to this accusing me of having some agenda or conspiracy against their business, which will only prove the point further. An honest review of a poor experience is not an attack. Unfortunately, a rock bounced up and cracked Snoopy's eye, the windshield. Like most people, I have all the usual stickers, toll tags, and insurance devices attached to my windshield. I started looking around for quotes to replace the windshield and tint the two front side windows. Most of the quotes came back ridiculously high. Not A+ Auto Glass & Window Tinting! I was able to come in the same day and wait while they did the work. Yes, it took about two and a half hours, but I needed the nap anyway! The receptionist was friendly and professional. She showed me the different tint levels, took my keys, and they got to work. They transferred all my stickers, toll tags, and devices to the new windshield, tinted both front windows, and everything came out clean! All of that for only $291! $291! Everybody else wanted nearly double, and apparently my underwear too! I didn't even need to ask about a military discount because the price was already more than fair. I paid cash and saved another $10 by avoiding the card fee. Great price, great service, and quality work. I've got this place saved on speed dial! Thanks for taking care of Snoopy!
