I'm highly upset! ( This is a long review but Its worth reading before considering going to them!) They advertised on Facebook I looked at the pictures and messaged them. He gave me a quote of $110 I asked was that total he said yes! I then realized that we had a light factory tint on the window asked how much with tint and removal quoted $199 total. I came back a few days later (ad says they offer mobile service) I make appointment ask to come to us? Red flag #1 he doesn't have car his truck is being repaired. Ok we'll come to you. I asked how much is it just to remove tint. He becomes sarcastic and says he quoted it previously. I informed him I was asking because I paid for the services through Groupon. So I just need to know how much it is to remove tint? He says call him. I call him he then stated he believes the car has 7 or 9 windows so the Groupon would not cover all the windows he says don't worry about it he will work it out! So we get there and we discuss the tint. He says we do not have to remove the previous tint because it is so light and in place he could actually just go over it and it would be cheaper. We agreed 5% tint he offered it with warranty and says it's just a little more for better quality. It would in total $135.00! He stated it would be ready around 4 or so. We entrust him with the car and go eat. He calls says it's ready we get back there he ask for the Groupon. I show him the Groupon totaled $109.00 He scans voucher and then says I owe him another $100??? How ? He comes up with the story tint is more expensive brand and we had 2 extra windows.. so I asked how much does it cost per window? He beats around the bush says his wife has the information. I'm still asking how he quoted $135.00 and it went up to $209.00 he says Groupon changed the price without telling them and that he can show me. But he never came back with anything to show me?? He then pulls up our messages which clearly shows our communication and first quote of $110.00 total and $199 if tinting and removing tint! He goes on then says he's sorry I can pay what I want to pay him. I just paid him the extra $100 because he obviously needed it, to try an scam a female! This ruined my Christmas gift for my loved one and took more money out of my pocket! I tried to support a small business and entrepreneur but it backfired! He stated he could give me a receipt but then when I said yes he said I would have to pay an extra $25.00 FOR A RECEIPT! YES PAY FOR A RECEIPT!!! Or he can text me one so he sends me a picture of a peace of paper with a write up in sharpie!! Horrible! Please take your car to a professional establishment where you can get an accurate quote! read more

I've been noticing a lot of bubbles in my back window with many things trapped underneath my tint like pieces of dust and towel lint and towel fibers. It's been 1 month and 3 days since my windows were tinted at the time of this updated review now and I've also noticed bubbles in the other side windows as well..... Yes this tint job is fast and cheap but honestly I think that is what the problem is. But only that this tint job was done in a garage outside with the door open exposing the tint and windows to all the outside elements that the wind is blowing around causing it to get stuck to the windows and tint. Another thing that I noticed was that my interior wasn't cleaned after he was done. All my door panels and seats needed to be wiped down and cleaned from all the streaks, runs, and water spots..... And why is the brake light cut out so poorly? I don't like leaving a review like this because the guy was very nice and very friendly and very fast but at the end of the day I'm a paying customer and I do deserve customer satisfaction and good quality work to be done to my vehicles in general. read more
