The stellar customer service made this place a true winner. The staff was always willing to answer questions. I stopped in many times before purchasing in order to gauge if they were just having good customer service days. At all times I found that they were always willing to be pleasant and engaging. What I truly liked about this place is that they gave recommendations based on your needs and not on sales and commissions. The unthinkable happened when I was actually talked down from purchasing a higher priced item. They felt as though the extra bells and whistles on the higher priced model did nothing for functionality on the lower priced model from the same manufacturer. Had Tint done at C.J. the front windows were not cut correctly. There was a gap on each side of the glass. I took it back and explained that the car is much hotter than before with the other tint I had. Wanted to upgrade me to ceramic tint. But wanted full retail to change it. No credit for what I had spent the day before. I explained that I spent a few hundred the day before and was getting no credit for what I had already spent since the tint was cut wrong. They were going to have to strip and replace the tint anyways. Then the guy said ok $20.00 off. That is ridiculous. The labor of install , the cost of the tint that is on it , the labor to strip the windows is covered 100% but wanted to charge retail to do a material change only. Never again will I recommend this place or use them. read more

Provided my own amp and subs so the installation went well and priced just a little above others in the area. One of the speakers stopped working so figured it was loose wiring. Called them the next day to get them to check it real quick and let me know but they were busy with three trucks and to call back tomorrow. Second day, called and was told they were real busy with three trucks and this weekend so to call back Monday, would get me in for sure. Third day (Monday), called and had to explain everything again so they said they were really busy with some trucks so to call back tomorrow but 5:15p would be a good time. Today, left work a few minutes early for the fourth time and they sounded real eager for the business but when I explained who I was again I got,... Guess? "oh psshhh...we're real busy with three trucks but for sure tomorrow at 5:15p" Im done, was just asking for 10 min of your time and I gave over an hour of mine just trying to get to you and reach out. If they aren't making money with your visit, you are at the bottom of the list. Hope nothing stops working by the time you get home. Went to CJs to get a quick sub replacement for my stock one. They gave me a great price but I took away a star because they didn't use the brand I was told they would use. I was told they'd used db driver sub but because the sub was the wrong size they used a Rockford instead of going and getting what I was told they just used another brand which I felt was a lesser brand. read more

Had some issues with my head unit in my 2011 Silverado. Originally took it the 529 location but Israel was too booked up to take a look at it for me. He immediately called his brother Jorge at the North Fry location and he was able to get me in. In & out in about 30-40 minutes with fixed wiring, my amps weren't tuned right and my rear speakers were all set up for bass instead of mids-highs. I took a New Nissan Sentra S to place LED Headlights. 10.3.2017 What I expect: Vendor check compatibility with my car Vendor installs and check everything (including alignment). What happens: After 45 minutes vendor tells me the LED lights they have are not compatible with my car. Vendor orders the lights I go back two days after that day Lights get installed THEN I turn on the lights. One points to the top of a tree. Other points about 8 feet from the car. I was told that they just installed the lights (interesting). So checking installation is optional. Uhmm... NEXT DAY For some reason I turn on the High Beam... so funny they are still halogen. A long time ago even myself I did some kind of maintenance on my car but nowadays I have no time and no clue if technology has improved so one pair covers both low and high beams different so you need and extra pair of lights for the High Beam. BUT THEY NEVER TOLD ME. This weekend I was going to replace stock speakers. I do not trust them. I still have to resolve the problem with the lights. I cannot return the lights to them. Very satisfied with our tint job, customer service is clearly their priority. I randomly called looking for tint pricing nearby and they were one of the few places that even answered, but then I was impressed by their knowledge, enthusiasm, availability and pricing, so I went. I realise other places may have been busy but any proper business should at least take a call to have legitimacy, don't you think? Yes the price was the lowest around Katy/cypress for the polarised tint I wanted, but we all know that small, local businesses have the best integrity/service. They were also able to do it right away whereas the other place we tried had only one technician on duty and it was going to take all day. We were in and out of here in under an hour, and they were busy!! At least one other vehicle was getting a system and they had many walk-ins and phone calls while we were there and only one man front of house, yet they were able to cope just fine not only answering all my detailed questions but helping all those people and getting things done. These guys work hard and deserve good business. Look forward to doing an install of my old system from my truck into our new car soon. And probably an alarm. Will be back for sure. read more

This place is terrible. I've had everything done to my car from this shop ( I keep going back like a dummy) I should have learned my lesson whenever my subwoofer in the back caught on fire while I'm driving. I literally had to put out a burning part of the subwoofer out myself. I took my tail lights to get smoked, the overspray messed up my paint and when I took it back so they could fix my paint they didn't. This shop is so bad that their computer system didn't even have me on their database after 2 + years of loyalty !!! I had an aftermarket radio installed and they couldn't even finish the job and left it without Am/Fm radio , like are you serious. Then they try to sell a separate part and says "oh it's because you're missing this " " that'll be another 85$ ". The last experience that ultimately made me think this place is garbage, is I took my subwoofer to get checked because it wasn't producing sound. Some guy that worked there looked at it and tried telling me " oh, it works dude you just don't know how to work your radio " at this point I'm like are you serious ? He said that at the very beginning and ultimately after SOMEONE ELSE looked at it they said that the amp messed up both my amp and speaker. Then the same guy who tried getting smart with me straight charged me 20$, on a car that he didn't even do anything for. Terrible service. Terrible people. Terrible customer loyalty. One way or another this place will find a way to upcharge and do stuff all messed up. read more
