Had my window broken into and then repaired by AB. Setting up the appointment was not too hard. The man came to me, fixed the window and said not to roll it down for 3 days because some glue. 3 days pass and I roll it down and the mechanism doesn't work. I contact them and the first question I get is why didn't I try it before he left? Welll! Cuz I was told to wait 3 days. They then gave me multiple different days they promised to come resolve it and never did. Finally spoke to what I think was the owner who reviewed all the failed agreed appointments and then just ghosted me. Updated 12/22 So apparently my initial request to reach out to them and make them aware. My rain sensor wasn't working. They responded to a different person not exactly sure how that happens but they were quick to reach out to me once I posted a negative review. Someone came out and potentially fixed my rain sensor. I have been on the road for the last couple days not having to use it so I do not know for sure if that actually works or not. What I did not appreciate was the gentleman making the repair attempting to bully me into updating my review right then. I very clearly let them know that after a couple days I would update my review that wasn't good enough for him and he continued to insist that I do it at that time which I refused. For the initial glass replacement I found them to be very responsive to my messages and scheduling, they came to my place of work. I had to pay extra because I have a rain sensor not a big deal (I thought). A month or so after my repair we finally had rain and my rain sensor doesn't work any more. I messaged them and sent them video with evidence it doesn't work. No response. I took my car to the mechanic and ask them to take a look at it the sensor needs to be replaced and that is $$$$ that I shouldn't have to be paying. DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR QUALITY OF WORK!!!! We had this company come out and replace our windshield in our truck. When the guy got here there was 2 small holes in the metal above the windshield in the middle at the top. He said it would not be warranteed because of this. I am okay with that part, but as you can see from the pictures, he didn't install the glass correctly and now my truck leaks in the top left and right corners of the windshield. I called and they will not warranty their work.
