Had my window broken into and then repaired by AB. Setting up the appointment was not too hard. The man came to me, fixed the window and said not to roll it down for 3 days because some glue. 3 days pass and I roll it down and the mechanism doesn't work. I contact them and the first question I get is why didn't I try it before he left? Welll! Cuz I was told to wait 3 days. They then gave me multiple different days they promised to come resolve it and never did. Finally spoke to what I think was the owner who reviewed all the failed agreed appointments and then just ghosted me. So yeah; my window got fixed but I lost a major functionality of my vehicle that will probably cost more to have a 3rd party fix than if AB had come and fixed back as promised. read more

After a night out someone decided to bust me and my best friend window to steal nothing valuable. However this company responded very quickly with a very affordable flat rate price. Not only did David come to my location, he also vacuumed out the glass in the front and back seats! They receive payment by cash, card or Zelle. If a card is use they will charge a fee. The technician definitely called and informed me he was on the way, to my residence. When D hot here he placed my car in the shade and went to work. He was fast, professional but hard to understand him. Would have given 5, but the technical cut into the dash and plastic covering by the windshield. Updated 12/22 So apparently my initial request to reach out to them and make them aware. My rain sensor wasn't working. They responded to a different person not exactly sure how that happens but they were quick to reach out to me once I posted a negative review. Someone came out and potentially fixed my rain sensor. I have been on the road for the last couple days not having to use it so I do not know for sure if that actually works or not. What I did not appreciate was the gentleman making the repair attempting to bully me into updating my review right then. I very clearly let them know that after a couple days I would update my review that wasn't good enough for him and he continued to insist that I do it at that time which I refused. For the initial glass replacement I found them to be very responsive to my messages and scheduling, they came to my place of work. I had to pay extra because I have a rain sensor not a big deal (I thought). A month or so after my repair we finally had rain and my rain sensor doesn't work any more. I messaged them and sent them video with evidence it doesn't work. No response. I took my car to the mechanic and ask them to take a look at it the sensor needs to be replaced and that is $$$$ that I shouldn't have to be paying. Extremely disappointed in lack of professionalism and not fixing problems they created. read more

DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR QUALITY OF WORK!!!! We had this company come out and replace our windshield in our truck. When the guy got here there was 2 small holes in the metal above the windshield in the middle at the top. He said it would not be warranteed because of this. I am okay with that part, but as you can see from the pictures, he didn't install the glass correctly and now my truck leaks in the top left and right corners of the windshield. I called and they will not warranty their work. The windshield does not leak from where he patched the 2 spots, this is from where he did not install it correctly and you can see where the rain is coming in. read more

Pros: Maryam was very prompt in responding to my quote request. David arrived on time, called when he was outside and was very kind and professional. Also the price was the best that I found after comparing at least half a dozen other businesses and the windshield itself was done very well and all the sensors and heads up display were calibrated accurately. Cons: Unfortunately, my car was not left in acceptable condition. I noticed the next day when I got into the car dirty smudges on the interior upholstery by the windshield and quite a few scratches on the hood of the car! Mind you, I literally just got this vehicle a couple months prior and it was in pristine condition (with the exception of the cracked windshield of course.) I am so disappointed and upset. I hope I can get the scratches and stains out myself. When you pay for professional repairs the last thing you expect is to be left with other damages when they're done. "You get what you pay for" keeps running through my head... My advice: 1. If you go with AB, be sure to monitor the work being done so you can prevent the same damages. 2. Pull out cash because I was unaware that the price quoted was the "cash" price. It was $40 more (taxes) to use my card and I don't typically carry $500 in cash. 3. Remember to remove anything hanging from your rear view mirror. I forgot my work badge was hanging and instead of taking it down, it got trapped in the wire when he replaced the glass and I had to cut it off. read more

A rock flew off a truck and cracked my windshield a few months ago, and I've been putting off getting it replaced. Called AB Auto Glass yesterday and got an appointment same-day. They had to later reschedule for this morning, which worked fine for me. Gave me an arrival window of 10am-12pm, came at 11, and finished in exactly 1 hour. They even reheated the adhesives on my decal stickers and put them back on for me before they left.
