Leo was extremely helpful! Most windshield repair companies are closed on Sundays, so after doing some searching, I stumbled across Xpress Windshield Repair and called the number on the website.. I was so impressed when Leo answered right away and was super responsive! He was able to have a tech come to my office the next morning at 9am to fix my windshield. The technician did a fantastic job, and was done within an hour or so. My truck was recently broken into after leaving it overnight in the Montrose area. The window was completely smashed and needed to be replaced. I called Xpress Windshield Repair and they were able to fit me into their schedule for a same day at-home mobile repair. The guy that came to repair my window showed up a little after 7PM, it was pretty dark outside but the repair guy was equipped with headgear that provided lighting. The entire repair process took maybe a little over an hour. It was pretty quick and I'd say it was all reasonably priced given that they do come to YOUR home to have the services done. Overall I was satisfied with the services and would use them again if need be. Let's just hope I don't need to. Ha! read more

I called and was told due to weather they could be out the next day between 10am and 12pm. They were there right on time, fixed my windshield and did a great job! They were $150.00 cheaper than Safe Light, and they actually answer their phone! After reading the 10 or so "5 Star" reviews, I decided to give this company a try. Phone call was returned quickly, but after hearing what I said about the chip and crack, they just told me "a replacement is needed" and gave me a quote of 255 + tax. I said I will consider it, and the guy just rudely hung up on me. I went to a different company, and they went through insurance to fix it for me for 20 bucks, and gave me 1 year warranty. Car broken into on Saturday night at 1130pm and window fully repaired by 1130am the next morning. That is what I call remarkably quick service. The great thing is that is not the only great thing about this company. The craftsmanship of the work was top notch. Leo did a great job ensuring every single piece of broken glass was removed from the door panel, car seat, floor board, seat tracks, and ensured no glass was rubbing while the new window moved up and down. I had a pretty substantial crack across my windshield that needed a windshield replacement instead of just a repair, bummer. So my fiancé did some research on different companies and reached out to 3 different ones. One didn't respond at all, another said they'd call the next morning and never did, and finally these guys. Not only did they respond rather quickly via Yelp AND with a phone call, but they were extremely flexible in scheduling and were able to come out to our house to replace my windshield. They were extremely accommodating with the appointment, and his install guy was prompt and did fine work. They were also VERY reasonable. I typically prefer supporting smaller local businesses, but just for kicks I priced out the same replacement through Safelite as well as a couple other bigger shops... the difference in price was STAGGERING. I guess those catchy commercials and abundance of non-producing managers those other places have to support must be pretty expensive... I didn't feel like subsidizing some huge company's bloated overhead, so I went with Xpress. I did wait a while to post my review, just to make sure there were no issues with the install, and after a few weeks and a couple good rains, I'm pleased to say everything is perfect. read more

I called at 9:30am to get a quote, by 10:45am the service guy was at my door to replace it!!! They were very polite, professional, cleaned up after they were done. The price is about the same everywhere else, maybe $20 less than the other 2 quotes I got. The difference is on their customer service and how fast they were able to come and replace it. Just had my windshield replaced (they come to you) and I am extremely happy! It was HALF the cost of another company and no extra charge to replace it at my home! When I called to get a quote and set up an appointment, they came out the very next morning. Dave (the gentleman who replaced my windshield) sent me a text to let me know he was on his way. As soon as he showed up he said he would need only 30 minutes and I think it actually took him 20! He was nice, polite, and fast! My windshield looks great! Very friendly and professional. He not just very throughly vacuum away all the broken glass but also vacuum the driver side floor although there was no broken glass there but he probably saw I haven't vacuum the floor for years judging by how dirty it is. He also coordinated with me so I don't have to unnecessarily wait for him to show up. I will definitely use them again. read more

They seem like a nice group of guys but the service I got was not worth what I paid and the job is still not finished after full payment was given. My suggestion is you go elsewhere to get better service. I gave Xpress Windshield two windshield jobs : a truck that had a cracked windshield and a 2-door coupe that just needed the OEM windshield removed AND re-installed a week later. The truck windshield was replaced but there new wear/tear and scuff marks on the dashboard that were a result of the replacement - not the end of the world but I'm sure a different company would have taken better care. The major issue I have with the service is that the full amount has been paid for both vehicles from the first day. A month later, the 2-door coupe is STILL sitting and waiting for these guys to come back and finish the installation. I have called multiple times and scheduled for them to finish the work they have been paid for but I have been left waiting and wasting hours upon hours EVERY SINGLE time. On top of everything, I was charged full-price for the removal and re-installation of the 2-door coupe windshield (I am re-using my windshield so there is no new windshield to purchase). The agreement was that the added cost would cover the service of having them come back and re-install. In summary, I have spent over $340 for service that I am not happy with and the job is not even finished - I suggest you seek a different company that will treat you better. read more
