Windshield replacement was in stock, next day at home service provided. Was on time and efficient (despite the 100 degree heat). The new windshield seems to be fine though it hasn't rained yet. I felt the price was also good, did a bit of comparison shopping beforehand. read more

This place never returned my call. A recorder picks up and says leave your information. I did and waited and waited and waited

Spoke too soon .. blame it on the rain..but when it came to correcting the problem this place is an epic fail. From one communication to the next. Windshield leaked and 2nd repair and not satisfied with any steps for correcting the problem read more

Sloani received my call for a windshield replacement and was able to schedule me immediately. Their shop is in transition but their technician, Ernest is excellent. He also provides mobile service. They had the replacement for my 13 year old Lexus SUV and the installation was on time and high quality. Excellent Value!!! I recommend them. read more

Called for a quote and said I was going to called around to get other quotes. Got a called back from someone from their shop saying I told them I was coming in 10 minutes and I told him that was not what I said. Called me an asshole and hung up. I called back to tell them that was unprofessional and he keeps calling back to harass me. I asked who I spoke to and he said come to the shop and find out in a threatening way. Very unprofessional service and threatening their customers is not how do business. read more

Called them on Black Friday (wish there was a deal or sale) to repair my back window. Had the pleasure of meeting Paul at my house and he was super polite, friendly and customer service forward. He managed to get my back window looking like the break in never happened. Total cost without going through insurance was $236. I originally contacted them thinking I could use the yelp deal of buy $40 and receive $55 in credit towards balance, however that only applies for front windshield not any other window. In my opinion is misleading because had I not asked prior I would have bought that deal and upon payment find out it was applicable. Overall the fact that I didn't have to drive my car to any location and they came to me made up for it! I recommend using Paul. read more

Just called and the customer service is horrible. Too many other shops around for horrible customer service.

Very responsive! Mobile service was fantastic. Sean sent me a quote, verified windshield in stock, set up mobile service at my convenience. Tech did a great job on the install. In and out within an hour. Very pleased! read more

I was very pleased with my windshield service. They were very communicative about the price and how long it would take to complete. I paid an extra fee for them to come to my house, but it was worth it. read more

My truck was broken into and rear door window smashed. I requested a quote on Yelp and A+ Auto responded very quickly with a very reasonable quote. Their shop is located at 1213 Shepherd in Heights. They took me in right away and were finished in less than 2 hours. The workmanship and window are great. They vacuumed up all the broken glass. I'm highly satisfied and recommend this place. read more

They were responsive to messages via Yelp - gave a great price. Showed up to my house when they said they would, and were fast and efficient. Would call them again, although I hope I don't have to replace my windshield again anytime soon! read more

These guys are straight up forward with service and work performed. Glass install went flawlessly. read more

Unfortunately, car broken into, and rear passenger window needed replacing. Insurance sucks so I hit these guys up. Sean gave quote and said Manuel would be out between the hours of 1:30-3pm at my job. Manuel gets here at 1:50 and hands me back my keys at 2:50. He cleaned up all the glass and left my car looking as if nothing had happened. Very impressed with the quality and the affordable price. Thanks guys! read more

Had a crack in my windshield and another company told me I would need to wait two weeks. In the hot Houston sun that just was not going to work because the crack was spreading daily. I called A+ Auto Glass on Friday night and they were going to send someone the next day. I told them Monday would work better for my schedule so they put me first thing in the morning. Showed up on time and replaced the glass within 45 minutes. He was very professional and made sure the glass and wipers were perfect before leaving. Best customer service! 10/10 would recommend using this company! read more

My Benz was recently broken into and after calling around A+ Auto Glass was able to beat other prices as well as set up next day install. The glass installer was extremely careful and made sure all glass was removed from the door. A+ Auto Glass replaced my broken window with one made in EE/EU. Great work with great product! Will definitely recommend A+ Auto Glass. read more

I called about 12 different windshield replacement businesses. These guys were the most affordable and service/professionalism was not compromised! We had the mobile service and they came out the same day. Super convenient and the technician was very friendly! I now have a brand new front windshield! 100% would use them again! Recommending to all my family and friends! read more

The guys at A+ Auto Glass were awesome. They actually came to my house to replace my windshield! Instead of sitting in an auto shop waiting room, I got to hang out at my house while they worked. They made an appointment for only a couple hours after I called them and showed up when they said they would. So, same day service. AND, they accepted credit cards. I had two huge cracks in my windshield. Sean asked for a photo of the windshield so that he could bring the right replacement, which he did. They were efficient, and the job was done in good time. I'm not an expert, but the price seemed like a good one. I would highly recommend A+ Auto Glass. Hopefully I will never have to use them again, but if another one of those dang truck rocks gets me on 288, these will be the guys I call. read more

Very responsive and quick to help. I was told it was kind of quiet - less break-ins than normal. I had my rear side window broken into on a Monday night, called them up on Tuesday morning, and had it fixed up before it got dark that night. Prices quoted were reasonable for non-OEM glass and OEM would have been on par with others. They will come to you, which is a nice bonus if you don't want to go driving around. And they'll still take a credit card even while mobile. There's only a couple things that dropped stars on my review. First, they are a little deceptive with the Yelp voucher. There's no fine print anywhere on limitations, but when I asked, they told me it was for windshields only, so unfortunately, I wasn't able to use it. The second thing is they didn't vacuum out all the glass (to be fair, it was everywhere), but there were pretty large chunks in obvious spots that could have been picked up at the time. Otherwise, they are efficient and fast to get me back on the road again. read more

My windshield needed to be replaced. I called and they were able to get me on the schedule within 24 hours. I wanted them to come to my house They did a great job. Super professional. Higly recommend and will definitley use in the future. read more

Some f*cking douchebag(s) decided to break into 15 cars in my condo complex, and my car was one of them. A+'s price was great and they came to me which was awesome. Paul was my tech and he was methodical and also cracked a few jokes which helped me feel better. He vacuumed a lot of the glass pieces and was quick installing the new window. I knocked off 1 star because I was told that the tech would be there in 1 hour but nobody showed up for 2 hours. So, if you are in a time crunch, you might want to look elsewhere. I can only hope the criminals who did this get decapitated via glass plane, like in one of the Final Destination movies. Or get hit by a freight train or 16 wheeler. Or burn slowly in a horrible fire, etc. read more

The service here was great! They got me an appointment the same day I called, traveled to my house, and had my passenger door window replaced within 20 minutes. They cleaned out the glass that had been shattered and fallen into the door, vacuumed the leftover glass that had fallen in my car, and made sure the job was done well. They are a little more expensive than other competitive auto glass shops, but the service and amount of time it took for them to complete the job was worth the extra $40 read more

Hubby had a couple of issues with his front windshield and rear back glass. Not only did we call Sean this morning, but he just finished replacing both windows. It takes a LOT to impress my husband, but he came in and asked me to drop everything to give him an outstanding review. I am certain that we will be calling Sean for any other replacement needs. read more

The man who answered the phone was so nice to me! We were visiting Houston for an appointment at Shriners. Our Jeep got burglarized at our hotel. After dealing with shady business people, it was like a breath of fresh air when the man who replaced my window showed up. He cut no corners, vacuumed up every shard of glass, even at the bottom of the door. He triple checked himself. He apologized for the bad welcome to Houston. Use these guys! When the rear window of my car was broken into, I called A+ Auto Glass. Sean quickly got me a quote, which was substantially lower than what I got from the repair place that my insurance company had recommended-- and 1/4 of what the dealer wanted. He special-ordered the part and scheduled an at-home appointment for the next day. The other company had told me I would have to wait a full week for the service. Sean was prompt, professional, clean and super nice. He even was able to fix and reset an auto-retractable shade that was smashed, bent and damaged. Both window and shade now work perfectly. Although I very rarely write reviews, Sean has earned my loyalty. I could not recommend his company and his service more highly. read more

Had an emergency on a Saturday morning that resulted in my rear window getting busted. A+ gets 5 stars for: * being open on a Saturday and offering mobile service * available within a reasonable window of time * prompt with the time stated * honest technician and great customer service in person and on the phone * quality of work & time spent doing the job the right way (not to mention in the heat) Hopefully I won't need the services again, but would recommend A+ Auto Glass (and would use again if needed). read more

I had very bad experience yesterday . Someone broke into my car at my job in downtown area . I found this company on Yelp I made phone call and they were the chipset and closest I could get . Great price and service, delivered on time! Highly recommended.

I had my front car window shattered by vandalism, spoke to insurance company first and then called around to a few local shops. A+ auto has the best price, provided same day mobile installation, arrived to my home exactly when they said they would. The technician was nice and efficient , did an excellent job in well under an hour, cleaning out the broken glass and replacing the window. I hope no one else has to replace their window because of vandalism, but if you do, I highly recommend calling A+ auto in Houston on Almeda. read more

A+ Auto Glass was a great experience. This was by far the worst experience... My car's rear passenger side window was broken during a break in. I Googled mobile auto window repair and found this company; I talked with I believe the owner over the phone and arranged for someone to come to my house within an hour to replace the window. When the technician arrived he had a very unfriendly look on his face as I greeted him. I then showed him my car and explained what happened. As he went about repairing the window I left for 30 minutes to get cash to pay him with (the owner asked for cash). The technician notified me when I got back that he had been waiting an hour to let me know that the regulator was broken during the break in and needed replacing. I began asking (him) questions and he went into a violent verbal tantrum about how he didn't cause the damage, that it was my fault and that he was not going to finish the job. I immediately called the owner and explained how the technician was behaving. The owner said that I was wrong and that the technician was a very nice guy, etc. He said they would have to get the additional part but could install the window. I first asked if the window would slip and was told it was not; two minutes later I was told that they would not provide a receipt and that the window would probably slip... The technician was in a tantrum... He left my car with all of the inner door removed and left my house screeching his truck wheels in an angry outburst... I could not believe it. These guys are evil and crooks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON... read more

A+ took care of me around this issue--needed drivers side glass window replaced. In 1 day they got the oem part the dealer I called didn't have.
