Called them on Black Friday (wish there was a deal or sale) to repair my back window. Had the pleasure of meeting Paul at my house and he was super polite, friendly and customer service forward. He managed to get my back window looking like the break in never happened. Total cost without going through insurance was $236. I originally contacted them thinking I could use the yelp deal of buy $40 and receive $55 in credit towards balance, however that only applies for front windshield not any other window. In my opinion is misleading because had I not asked prior I would have bought that deal and upon payment find out it was applicable. They made an appointment for only a couple hours after I called them and showed up when they said they would. So, same day service. AND, they accepted credit cards. I had two huge cracks in my windshield. Sean asked for a photo of the windshield so that he could bring the right replacement, which he did. They were efficient, and the job was done in good time. Very responsive and quick to help. I was told it was kind of quiet - less break-ins than normal. I had my rear side window broken into on a Monday night, called them up on Tuesday morning, and had it fixed up before it got dark that night. Prices quoted were reasonable for non-OEM glass and OEM would have been on par with others. They will come to you, which is a nice bonus if you don't want to go driving around. And they'll still take a credit card even while mobile. There's only a couple things that dropped stars on my review. First, they are a little deceptive with the Yelp voucher. There's no fine print anywhere on limitations, but when I asked, they told me it was for windshields only, so unfortunately, I wasn't able to use it. The second thing is they didn't vacuum out all the glass (to be fair, it was everywhere), but there were pretty large chunks in obvious spots that could have been picked up at the time. Otherwise, they are efficient and fast to get me back on the road again. read more

Some f*cking douchebag(s) decided to break into 15 cars in my condo complex, and my car was one of them. A+'s price was great and they came to me which was awesome. Paul was my tech and he was methodical and also cracked a few jokes which helped me feel better. He vacuumed a lot of the glass pieces and was quick installing the new window. I knocked off 1 star because I was told that the tech would be there in 1 hour but nobody showed up for 2 hours. So, if you are in a time crunch, you might want to look elsewhere. I can only hope the criminals who did this get decapitated via glass plane, like in one of the Final Destination movies. Or get hit by a freight train or 16 wheeler. The service here was great! They got me an appointment the same day I called, traveled to my house, and had my passenger door window replaced within 20 minutes. They cleaned out the glass that had been shattered and fallen into the door, vacuumed the leftover glass that had fallen in my car, and made sure the job was done well. This was by far the worst experience... My car's rear passenger side window was broken during a break in. I Googled mobile auto window repair and found this company; I talked with I believe the owner over the phone and arranged for someone to come to my house within an hour to replace the window. When the technician arrived he had a very unfriendly look on his face as I greeted him. I then showed him my car and explained what happened. As he went about repairing the window I left for 30 minutes to get cash to pay him with (the owner asked for cash). The technician notified me when I got back that he had been waiting an hour to let me know that the regulator was broken during the break in and needed replacing. I began asking (him) questions and he went into a violent verbal tantrum about how he didn't cause the damage, that it was my fault and that he was not going to finish the job. I immediately called the owner and explained how the technician was behaving. The owner said that I was wrong and that the technician was a very nice guy, etc. He said they would have to get the additional part but could install the window. I first asked if the window would slip and was told it was not; two minutes later I was told that they would not provide a receipt and that the window would probably slip... The technician was in a tantrum... He left my car with all of the inner door removed and left my house screeching his truck wheels in an angry outburst... I could not believe it.
