She took the time to fully explain the process, and cost, all while NOT pressuring me into anything. She explained the differences of the glasses they used, in order to give me, the customer, options. I was extremely pleased with the demeanor in which she conducted herself. The customer service she displayed deserved to be recognized. I wish them the best! The 5 Star reviews definitely speak volumes for how they conduct themselves.

From the very beginning, Maryam was incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. She answered all of my questions and made scheduling an appointment for Monday quick and stress-free. Since I was at work, they were even willing to come to my job to replace the window before it started raining, which I truly appreciated. Throughout the entire process, both Maryam and Daryoush kept me updated, so I always knew what was going on. Daryoush did an outstanding job! He replaced my rear window with high-quality American Standard Safety Glass that includes the factory tint, and the installation was completed in about an hour. He was professional, efficient, and paid close attention to detail. After the installation, he carefully cleaned up all of the broken glass inside and around my vehicle, leaving everything spotless. It's hard to find companies that are honest, reliable, and genuinely care about their customers, but AB Auto Glass exceeded my expectations. The price was also reasonable. Their professionalism, communication, quality of work, and customer service were exceptional from start to finish. If you're looking for a trustworthy auto glass company, I absolutely recommend AB Auto Glass. Thank you again, Maryam and Daryoush for making a stressful situation so much easier!
