I really appreciated the customer service when I called to inquire about having my window repaired. The representative I spoke with (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) walked me through the entire process, confirmed they had my window in stock, and suggested I come in right when they opened at 8:00 a.m. Everyone I interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I explained that I had vacuumed up as much glass as I could with a shop vac, but some glass was still stuck on the seat rails underneath, preventing my seat from moving. dropped off an Audi to have the windshield replaced told them it had sensors. They failed to replace the glass with either manufacture glass or glass that you can calibrate. When we picked up the car, they told us they can't Calib. And told us to go to another place to get it calibrated the person they referenced can't do it. they did not have software. We ended up going to the dealer which cost us over $3000 to fix the mistakes because they broke the OBD and the water sensors and that was the reason why they weren't able to calibrate the car because they broke electronics on it and they won't own up to it. they won't credit us the wrong glass they installed, or the cost of the damages their tech caused. they were very rude when we told them about all of the problems we had getting their mistake repaired. stay away from this shop read more

10 years later, I thought I'd update my review and add a star because they really went out of their way to find a hard to find windshield for an aging car and get it back on the road without cracks at a very fair price. They were also nice enough to show me just how much rust there was under the old glass and what challenges there were with that but they did a great job and after what seems like endless rainy days we've had, there have not been any leaks at all. As I also found out, they not only do windshields but also window glass AND they can replace the regulator too if you have your own part so they kind of know what they're doing. read more

Yeah you can easily drop your car off and pick it up the next day it's pretty convenient. BUT When I picked my car up I had new damage on one of my rims (curb rash) that was previously not there. Not sure who was driving the cars around that day but they probably shouldn't be. No one told me of the incident I had to find out for myself. I immediately emailed the store about the incident with pictures and got no response or no accountability. Will not do business here again. read more

I had a great experience with Affordable. Unfortunately I needed them because one of cars was broken into. I called them and got an immediate quote which was better than most of their competitors. I didn't go in but was given the option of having mobile service for $69 more. That was fine with me. We made an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived early in the scheduled time and went right to work. It seemed like in less than a hour he was finished. DAMAGED MY CAR AND HAD NO REMORSE Took my car there to get the windshield replaced on Friday and they placed masking tape on the car to help secure the windshield. I took the tape off on Sunday night and it began to remove the paint from my car. I called the shop to tell them about it and ask if there was a way to remove it safely. Before I can finish my statement, the guy on the phone ask if my car was white. I said yes. He then stated that apparently white cars don't have enough primer and it is suspectible to peeling especially with the tape. I asked him if there was a way to remove the tape safely and he just repeated his spiel. So I told him "why didn't you guys have a disclaimer about the tape possibly taking off the paint??" He told me "we don't have to disclaim anything." I hung up. I am filing a report with the Better Business Bureau and seeing what else can possibly be done. Whatever happened to human decency??? It costs nothing to give a warning that this may happen to white cars. Now my car is ruined. read more

Got a chip on my windshield and came in to get it sealed so it wouldn't spread. It was a painless process. From an easy check-in to an hour wait in the moderately comfortable waiting room (complete with giant TV playing The View), my experience was fine. They told me I actually had two chips, one next to each other, so it was $45 altogether ($35 for the first chip and $10 for the second). I don't know if they take insurance but I wasn't about to bother with all that for $45. I was on the road again soon after. Thanks, guys! read more

I went back to AAG today after recording the leak in my replaced Windshield and posting to FB messenger. Someone, (name unknown) contacted the Owner (Bob) about my issue. Bob invited me to meet with him and set it up for me to come in to Repair or Replace the Windshield. I arrived mention Bob and was asked where the leak is, (he wouldn't look at the video). I can see the top seal had been removed, I hope replaced. I am hoping that fixes it with no wind noise. Not sure how long the warranty is incase it does and I have to return. At this point I will say it is hit or miss that a windshield will not leak after a repair. Bob was much more pleasant to talk to than his counter staff tho the conversation was a bit rushed. I had to get my driver side window replaced and this place gave me the best rate and did the job in about an hour. This is day one so I don't know how the tint will cure but I will report back in 5 days if there's any issues. The problem is that out of the 10 or so people working in the open floor plan office, most of them were not wearing masks. IN A PANDENIC, IN A COUNTY WHERE MASKS ARE MANDATORY. I was wearing my N95 but I was so anxious the entire time. The place is located on hillcroft and harwin so I was uncomfortable waiting outside and there's no sitting area out there anyway. I came here for a crack in my windshield, they explained to me that because the crack was smaller than a quarter size, it would cost $25 to plug. But because it had rained that night I needed to come again when the crack was dry for 48 hours. A few days following, the small crack turned into a huge crack on my windshield and I needed it to be replaces. They replaced it in 2 hours for around $130. Great experience, called AAG at 10am - they quoted me a price and told me to bring my vehicle in by 3pm. Upon arrival I checked my vehicle in and ventured out to grab food from a local eatery in the same shopping center. Two and a half hours later I returned with a full belly, my car was ready! I appreciated the fact that they matched the tint to the replace the window to the other windows in the vehicle, and they disposed of the glass and vacuumed my seats along with my daughter's car seat. Utterly disappointed in Affordable Auto Glass. This establishment is completely dishonest and has absolutely outrageous customer service. Please avoid Affordable Auto Glass at aIl costs! I got my windshield replaced here in November 2019 after a recommendation from a colleague at work. I called and communicated by email - it was clear that I had lane departure sensors in the windshield (emails from Affordable Auto Glass confirming this also). A few days after the replacement, a sensor warning light came up on my dashboard. I took it to the car maker's garage (as I didn't think it was associated with the windshield). They tried twice (at additional cost) to remedy the issue but said that windshield was poor quality and the curvature was wrong and it was blocking the sensors (essentially a safety hazard). I called Affordable Auto Glass to determine a resolution - the person I spoke to was extremely aggressive (borderline abusive), he got very heated and it was clear that this conversation was going nowhere. I called back and spoke to someone who appeared to be more professional (Hugo). Hugo reassured me that a more expensive windshield could be installed (if I paid the price difference) and this would rectify the sensor issue. Took the car in and got the windshield replaced and am left with the same issue. Hugo acted like this was what was agreed - the way he behaved was frankly unethical and appalling. I've had to rate this establishment 1/5 but it deserves 0 stars. Went in to have my car serviced after I had someone break in. My debit card went missing, and they did not clean the broken glass in the door frame like what was expressed on their listed services. When I called back to ask them why that specific part of service hadn't been performed they informed me that they "couldn't reach" the broken glass at the bottom & that if i wanted it looked at i could have it reserviced. My fathers been working in the auto service for 20+ years & told me that isn't true if the door panel is removed & vacuumed out as it should be during a glass replacement service there would be no glass left. Great, great, and Great!! I had my car broke into and needed to find a spot that could fix my car. Unfortunately they close at 3pm on Saturdays and closed on Sundays. It's so sad I had to leave my window open all weekend. The website allowed me too submit a quote and by 830am I had a quote for my vehicle for $144. In the quote the also stated they offer mobbing install for an additional $35 dollars. I could believe it. I called and they told me they don't have appointments that you can walk in preferably by 3pm. I arrived at about 1130ish and left my car. I was told it would take around 2 hours so I left. Exactly two hours and I got a call stating the car was ready. When I arrived I paid received and receipt and loved the way the car looked. Since I had a newer car I called another spot and was quoted 350 for the same window with out tint. Overall I would tell anyone to come it's affordable with great service. I'm telling everyone to come here. Just remember I if you get tint wait 3-5 days before rolling the window down. The tint was almost exact to my car.
