I unfortunately found myself in need for a replacement windshield after only having my car for 3 months. I originally was working with Safelite but they were being unresponsive. I came to yelp and decided to look into A Good Auto Glass. The customer service over the phone and in person was very efficient and friendly. My car is a new model so I was happy to know the shop was able to take me in and do the recalibration that Safelite said I would have to go to the dealer for. The location is in a trafficky area and is a house, so it is easy to miss. The waiting room is small and doesn't look that comfy and accommodating so I was happy Kevin was able to give me a ride home. My replacement had a small blemish but when I called, Kevin told me I could come back in. They were able to clean it up pretty quickly. read more

After A Good Auto Glass fitted a new windshield, we followed their aftercare instructions. The next week we drove the car to a city 200 miles away and it was fine, however on the return journey, there was a terrible noise, the panel above the windshield had lifted off slightly. We managed to push it back down but it happened again, so we had to drive slowly so arrived late. A Good Auto Glass recently fixed the windshield on my Genesis G70 sedan. Initially, my insurance had me go through Safelite, and that experience was TERRIBLE. Not only can you not talk to the local Safelite office directly (phone tag with a national automated system), but when I arrived, they had ordered the wrong glass. Safelite then told me it would take a minimum of two months to get the correct windshield. I called A Good Auto Glass and right away, an actual human being answers the phone. Within a few minutes, Kevin got everything set and was able to order my windshield in only a week. During the process, my insurance caused a few issues and Kevin was more than willing to get on the phone and help take care of things. Kevin replaced my windshield and did a recalibration of my ADAS system. Everything was done to the highest level of quality. I will never use Safelite again. A Good Auto Glass was a fantastic experience from start to finish. read more

I had my windshield and my drivers side vent window replaced. The quote was the cheapest of the several companies that I got prices from and they also have a discount coupon for new customers. Scheduling was a breeze because they answered the phone on the first call and offer onsite service. The install took a little longer then expected because there was a flaw on the windshield. Fortunately, it wasn't an inconvenience to me and I'm glad that they were honest enough to get another windshield from their warehouse and not install one that was defective. I was on the Gulf Freeway on my way to Texas City on business when I heard a loud explosion and didn't know what it was. Then I noticed a crack right at my inspection sticker. A car passing by me at high speed in the next lane had thrown a rock which cracked my windshield. I couldn't believe the loud noise it caused! My car was so lovely as I keep it in the garage and do my best to take care of it so I was upset that on a paved highway this rock hit my car. I checked around but have a high deductible on my insurance so repairs would have to be paid by me. The more I checked about crack repair the more I realized I would be forced to replace the whole windshield as the crack was too long and wide to be repaired. This company not only gave me a good price but also were able to come to my home to repair it the very next morning. Both men were very professional and even joked that I could pull up a chair and eat popcorn or peanuts while I watched them work! I had mentioned that my rear camera had a smudge on it but I didn't know where the camera was located. One of the men showed me the camera, then even cleaned it so the smudge is now gone! He explained the process and took the time to answer all of my questions which I appreciated as this was my first experience with such replacement and we all had some good laughs as they explained the process to me. I am 91 years old and they were both very nice and patient with my lack of knowledge as I watched them work. It took them less than 2 hours to do the job, and they cleaned the glass so my car now looks beautiful again! I would definitely recommend this company if you want a couple of professionals with 30 years experience who seem to enjoy their work and making sure their customers' needs are accommodated.
