I looked in the back seat and it looked like it was just tossed back there because the main lid was popped off and the lid you push down to put trash in was off as well with the spring . I took it back inside and the front desk guy helping me fixed it. But i was still frustrated what i wasn't notified it was broken even if it was an accident. I called again and a lady at the call center said it could take 24-48 hours for a manager to contact me so i decided to wait another 24 hours which would put me at 8/39. Still no response. She did call the location and they said i could bring my car back in to be vacuumed but i didn't want to take it back to them when i can do it myself. Disappointed in the lack of communication and a manager not reaching out. I also have dogs so if I would have had one in my car and they got glass in their paw pads, that would have been a whole other issue.
