I needed my front windshield replaced. I scheduled an appointment at their 59 and Beltway 8…read morelocation, and we had a couple back and forth calls to settle on the type of windshield I needed. They do a VIN look up to see what windshield you need, and apparently mine had various sensors and was quoted $300 whereas the basic windshield was $200. They were willing to install the cheaper windshield for me as my "sensors" were nonfunctional to my knowledge, but they warned that some cars will have a warning light on the dash if it isn't right. I am glad they were willing to be flexible, but I opted for the "right" windshield at $300. Day of my appointment, the gentleman working the front quoted me 1 hour 15 min wait time. He checked out my car about 15 min after my appointment time, and informed me that the glass they had included other various sensors that my car did not have. He informed me he could have the actual right windshield shipped over in 45 min and installed in 30 min, and it would be $250 total. Since I was not in a rush, I agreed, and everything was done in the exact time he quoted me. Overall, I was there 1.5 hours past my appointment time. There was bits of excess rubber/scraps from the adhesive on my dash and seats afterwards. I don't have the cleanest car right now, so it wasn't bothersome, but if it's something you care about then keep in mind. The light rain a few hours after the replacement did not leak through. I will update this review if I come across any issue with the replacement. They offer a 2 year warranty on air and water leaks from their replacement.

I wanted to send it to another location but the Richmond location didn't have any availability for a couple of days and this one supposedly did. Things pretty much went downhill from there. They didn't have the appointment time that they confirmed for us and were rude to my wife when she inquired why they gave her an appointment time and couldn't honor it. They ended up looking at the car the following day. The service should have been simple-- replace some of the wiring/covers around the steering wheel and reset the anti-theft device. Instead of doing that, they were looking at all other areas of the car trying to get some upsells beyond the insurance coverage. At one point, they called claiming the battery was dead and was long past replacement. We responded by telling them we had a receipt from AutoZone showing that it was purchased less than four months ago, and could get the serial number to prove the expiration date was years away. All of a sudden, that wasn't the issue. Something happened, most likely on their end, that fried the electrical. All of a sudden, we weren't getting any updates and the repair timeframe kept jumping further into the future. What was supposed to take about 8 days was now looking like a 6-8 week repair. They ended up having to tow the vehicle to the dealership, and the dealership couldn't fix what happened either, so a repair that should have cost a couple of thousand dollars suddenly became a totaled vehicle that needed replacing. I have no clue how much the insurance company paid them for the non-repairs, but I can guarantee you that it was too much.

I think their main shop is located elsewhere. I had a small crack on my windshield. The crack occurred in the morning and I was able to get an appointment in the afternoon. The process was super easy. Just drive up, fill a quick form, and someone takes your car about 50 feet up next to a small shack and works on the crack(s). A single small crack gets fixed relatively quick - maybe 15-30 minutes. The technician was friendly and professional. Customer service rep over the phone was also polite and professional. Since my insurance covered the cost 100 percent, I did not have to pull out my credit card or anything. I didn't have to pay my insurance or worry about my premium going up either. Maybe call your insurance to verify if the same applies to your plan. I was told that the company also does window tinting. I asked for a quote but never got one, but it's not a big deal.
