I recently had to replace the windshield on my BMW X5. I was told by a friend that his brother did a lot of work with A&Z Auto Glass and was really happy with them. Boy, did I find out why! I called A&Z and they called back with a quote in less than 5 minutes. It was for less than 1/2 as much as my normally reasonable neighborhood auto repair shop had quoted! When I called them back they said that I could come by in 2 hours and they'd be able to do it then. It took them less than 45 min. and they did a great job for the exact price quoted - No Surprises! They even cleaned up the shattered glass inside the vehicle from both the dashboard and floorboard! I highly recommend them! They're conveniently located at 11035 Southwest Fwy., very near the intersection with Beltway 8 South. S Delta Auto Glass did one of the worst jobs I've ever experienced on a vehicle. The workmanship was cheap, careless, and completely unacceptable. After already paying them, I had to take my car somewhere else to have the work redone correctly because they clearly did not care about the quality of their work or customer satisfaction. The Owner was extremely rude and unprofessional, and several of the workers were vulgar and disrespectful. Instead of taking responsibility, they acted like my concerns didn't matter at all. Do not trust this place with your vehicle. There are far too many reputable auto glass shops in Houston to waste your money here. Save yourself the frustration, the extra expense, and the headache. Everyone of my 6 vehicles have been service by them. Imagine having to pay a 500 deductible with insurance for a replacement windshield. Well I always opt for the 300.00 difference in cost. Reposting this from their main business page: I needed my front windshield replaced on a basic trim Mazda. I scheduled an appointment, and we had a couple back and forth calls to settle on the type of windshield I needed. They do a VIN look up to see what windshield you need, and apparently mine had various sensors and was quoted $300 whereas the basic windshield was $200. They were willing to install the cheaper windshield for me as my "sensors" were nonfunctional to my knowledge, but they warned that some cars will have a warning light on the dash if it isn't right. I am glad they were willing to be flexible, but I opted for the "right" windshield at $300. Day of my appointment, the gentleman working the front quoted me 1 hour 15 min wait time. He checked out my car about 15 min after my appointment time, and informed me that the glass they had included other various sensors that my car did not have. He informed me he could have the actual right windshield shipped over in 45 min and installed in 30 min, and it would be $250 total. Since I was not in a rush, I agreed, and everything was done in the exact time he quoted me. Overall, I was there 1.5 hours past my appointment time. There were bits of excess rubber/scraps from the adhesive on my dash and seats afterwards. I don't have the cleanest car right now, so it wasn't bothersome, but if it's something you care about then keep in mind. The light rain a few hours after the replacement did not leak through. I will update this review if I come across any issue with the replacement. They offer a 2 year warranty on air and water leaks from their replacement. read more

inexpensive when compared to others and work is fast and efficient. I did have a few problems but they went out of their way to fix them and even replaced the glass again. The Infiniti Dealer wanted to charge me $1400 for parts alone on a new windshield and gel rain sensor. S Delta Auto Glass replaced my windshield on my Infiniti QX 30 for $250 parts and labor. The glass is identical to the original and was installed professionally. Junior, at the beltway 8 and SW freeway location, was so kind and even took the time to show me how the rain sensor works and make sure that it was functioning perfectly. I am so thankful for S Delta Auto Glass for how quickly they help us! Our truck got broken into while we were in Houston for the livestock show. They were the ONLY place out of 30 that we called that could get us in. It was only $150 for a full window replacement compared to $800 that the dealership quoted us. Please do better research if you need any windows replacement, this establishment will not care for the quality of work they do and they don't care for your car. I went in for my 10am appointment was told it was going to take 1 hour or a little more since it was a tailgate glass, I gave my keys at 10:10am they were done with my car at 10:42am barely 30mins of work. They scratched my car and window from the inside out, horrible horrible horrible work they rush you so they can get the next car in. read more

My car was broken into and the back window was completely smashed to bits. There was Glass everywhere in the back seat. Even in my toddlers seat. All i could think of was how much it was gonna cost To be fixed and if was going to be done properly. So I gave these guys a call reluctantly. I needed my window fixed TODAY and I wasnt sure they would be able to take me. Well they did and it only took an hour. The work was very good. I have changed my windshield at this location because of low price ($200). However, it turn out to be a bad idea. The windshield is the aftermarket glass (second hand). And there is a 6 inch crack from the edge of the window after 3 week later. I go back and want to replace it since they have a 3 month warranty. However they did not agree the crack is covered by the warranty. So my experience is that cheap price means more troubles. read more
