Called Mr. Abraham at 11am! He said come at 12! Went at 12, fixed the window for a payment that was one third of what Safelite wanted. Done in 30 minutes and left for my work! That's service. Glass is wonderful! And service was prompt. Looking forward to continued business with this nice mom and pop store there for their customers!!! Also gave a 20% discount!!! Couldn't ask for any better!!! read more

Did a nice job with our vehicle for windshield replacement. Price was good and service was swift and no "fish tank" feel for the glass. Was able to get our sticky mounted stuff off the old windshield as well. The mobile service was definitely a huge plus vs going somewhere as it allowed us to continue working on things in the house. Noticed later that the rain-sensing function wasn't working. We coordinated a time and they had someone come back and check it out and get it taken care of promptly. The first part (installation) is typically easy for places. But the difference between good shops and bad shops is the willingness to follow through and correct minor things when hiccups happen. They did just that which leads me to be able to provide this recommendation. I appreciate it! Thank you guys! read more

repaired my window quickly, but they ripped the plastic that goes on the window. My window was extremely loud when I roll it down when I went to fix a problem they ended up tearing off the passenger side plastic. read more

My family an I evacuated to Baytown,Texas for Hurricane Ida, and my car got broken into at the hotel. We tried to find find a local place to repair the window that was responsible, but it seemed like once they asked for my information they were hesitant to help Ig assuming we'd try an ask for discounts or something. They quoted me almost 300.00. I was so upset. On a whim I found this place and gave them a call. I was praying they wouldn't try to rip us off, but to my surprise the gentleman that answered the phone told me the window was in stock an it could get done that day as well as redoing the tint on the window for a third of the other places. I was so excited and grateful for these helpful gentleman. Despite the tint being slightly off, I didn't even care. read more

100000% recommend Discount Mobile for glass fixing needs. We had something hit and shatter our sunroof on Saturday night. I asked for a quote on Sunday night. Abraham responded in less than 10 minutes (on a Sunday night!). He called me first thing Monday to say he was looking for the replacement glass. A few hours later he called back saying he couldn't get one until the next day. Tuesday again first thing Abraham called and said the glass was in and his guys would be at my house in an hour. By 1030am that day everything was sorted and our car was good to go. Speedy communication, reliable service, competitive price, service that comes to you. What more could I has asked for? read more

These guys were great! They were able to come out quickly and were efficient and friendly and did a great job.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE . Tyler the manager has zero communication skills . His brand new employee made my tiny rock spread and Tyler told him to not take responsibility . And he left . They should take full responsibility for there terrible work ! read more

My windshield was cracked by a rock thrown by the tires of an 18 wheeler. Discount answered my first phone call with an accurate estimate and came to my house and completed the repair the next day. First class repair and service all around read more

I used Yelp to receive bids and Discount Auto Glass responded within minutes. Not only were they the first to respond, but their price was the least expensive. (Other nearby companies took 2-3 days to respond. Why bother?) You can use the national chain and get good service and glass. But it might take a few days, and it'll cost you three times as much. The folks at Discount Mobile Auto Glass were courteous and professional. I hope I don't have to get glass installed after a shattered passenger window again (thank you Hwy 146), but if I do, I'll call these guys first. read more

After a rude awakening to police at my door informing me that my truck had been broken into overnight, I was not expecting to spend part of my day at Discount Mobile Auto Glass. As with any person who had just found out one of their windows had been smashed, I did not have a great outlook on the day ahead of me... However, Abraham and his employees turned that around for me. I requested a quote from this business almost an hour before their business day began and recieved a response almost immediately. The price was great, and based off of Yelp reviews and personal reccomendation from my father, I decided to make the 30 min drive to Pasadena. I was greeted almost immediately by the owner who knew exactly who I was and why I was there based off of the information I gave through the quote. They quickly took my keys, pulled my truck into the bay, and got to work. After about 30 minutes of work, they had finished removing the broken window and tinting/installing the new window. They even went above and beyond and vacuumed out all of the glass in my cabin! Service was affordable, quick, and satisfactory. What else could you ask for in an auto business? We are currently facing trying times. If my testimony wasn't compelling enough, please also consider that this is no national corporation. This is a small business ran by somebody in our community - they need our help in order to stay afloat. Thank You Discount Mobile Auto Glass, and if I ever find myself in a similar predicament (God forbid), then you know where I will be headed. read more

I called to get a quote on a 2014 F150. They had the windshield in stock so I could come in the next day. They were really nice, they saved all my window stickers for me, I did not even have to ask. I would definitely recommend them. read more
