-2019 bmw x3- I cant say enough good things about texpro. my windshield was cracked on a monday and I was honestly going straight to safelite since that's what I know (thanks advertising) but with a $700 estimate and no appointments for a week I decided to look local. After telling them my car I was quoted $315. they asked for pictures to verify the style of windshield since I have lane assist. we agree Saturday at noon only because that was the only time I was free, they were ready to come next day. They arrived promptly at noon and by the time I unlocked the doors they already had the coverings off. Wow! I am so glad I found Texpro! Unfortunately my car was broken into yesterday morning and my front driver side window was busted out. I got several quotes for replacement and all of them were 100-150 HIGHER than Texpro. I contacted Texpro very late at night and they were here early the next morning and had my window replaced within 30 minutes! I made a trip to NOLA to bury a couple of my loved ones. On the way back to HTown, a rock hit my front windshield and by the time I made it home the crack had spread. The next day I searched for a reputable yet affordable nearby business that could do the job as soon as possible. I read countless reviews about TexPro Auto Glass so I decided to give them a call and then I was in the area so I decided to see where they were located. My phone conversation with David was everything that I could hope for and when I visited the building, they were somewhat apprehensive and guarded. Finally someone came to my car and addressed me and once I explained that I had called earlier, I noticed the difference in demeanor. David was friendlier once he knew it was me that he had spoken to . He was thorough in his explanations and suggested that I let him know when I was ready to have the job done. I left there feeling optimistic especially once he quoted the price to me, lol. I called David, scheduled my appointment, took my vehicle in and he replaced my windshield. They* came on a Saturday to replace the window on my car. They probably took about 45 minutes to replace it and they did a very good job as far as I can tell. It looks very similar to the OEM window and they offer warranty if there are any leaks. Very clean with their work - no shattered glass anywhere inside. Would recommend. read more

I reached out through yelp yesterday for a quote for windshield replacement for my 2019 Chevy Equinox. Texpro gained my business back in November 2019 FOR THEIR PRICE AND THAT THEY WERE MOBILE. They came to my work to install the windshield. That exact night, my battery on my vehicle died. Aired on the side of caution, I convinced myself that it could be time to replace the battery. Fast forward a few days later, around Xmas 2019, I reached out to DAVID to find out why the inside of my windows were fogging up, when the car had been sitting for an amount of time (a day or so) or even just for an hour, depending on the weather. He blamed it on the humidity left in my car or residual from the ventilation. Hmmmm ok.... I trusted him, since this is what he does for a living. Fast forward, one year later (maybe later than I wanted to, but COVID slowed the world down), I reached out to DAVID again today, 12/28/20, expressing my concern, AGAIN, about the water on the inside of the windshield, and that I believed the sealant of the windshield could be an issue. DAVID, once again, blamed it on the inside ventilation of my car and humidity. Bear in mind, none of my other vehicles I own, three total, HAVE THIS ISSUE. I DID NOT EVER EXPRESS THAT I WANTED MY MONEY BACK, NOR DID I WANT A NEW WINDSHIELD. I SIMPLY WANTED DAVID TO COME AND CHECK THE WINDSHIELD AND IT'S SEALANT TO CONFIRM THERE IS NOT A PROBLEM. BUT DAVID CONTINUED TO BLAME IT ON MY CAR AND REFUSED TO BACK HIS PRODUCT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIS PRODUCT NOR HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! YES HIS PRICE MIGHT BE GOOD AND CONVENIENT, BUT IF IT IS HIS MESS UP, WHY HE CAN'T MAN UP TO FIX THE ISSUE. I KNOW I DON'T INSTALL WINDSHIELDS FOR A LIVING, BUT I KNOW THERE IS AN ONGOING ISSUE WITH THIS WINDSHIELD. If you are out to save a dollar or two and don't mind if you have an issue, not getting it resolved, than Texpro is the way to go.
