Window was ordered and told 10 days it would be installed. 10 days goes by and nothing. Finally after 3 weeks glass arrives and guess what, it's too small. Had to wait another 2 weeks and now the glass fits, but is dirty in between the 2 panes. Tech installed the dirty glass and I haven't heard from them since.
