They did an awesome job! In addition to a pile of stuff, daughter brought home from college 2 pretty significant dents/damages to her car. Surprise! They fixed it quickly and at an affordable rate. It's hard to believe that they were able to bring it back to factory finishes. So impressed! Highly Recommend! read more

Mr. Ray and his team are professional and efficient. They made me feel comfortable going in for service without my husband. They replaced the passenger mirror on our Lexus is 250. Because of the value & service, we will next have them replace the grill on our Mercedes CLS 550. Thanks Fry Rd. Collision! read more

Mr. Ray and his team did a fantastic job fixing my Honda CR-V after a pretty intense accident. They repaired all the damage sustained from the wreck and completed additional body work the car needed such as buffing out scratches and repairing dents. Mr. Ray is friendly, polite and quick to offer a discount! I will definitely be coming back to Fry Road Collision Center for any more work on my car. read more

I have a 2000 Ford Ranger and was in an accident that damaged the left front fender, door and wheel/suspension. As you can imagine parts were difficult to find for a 22 year old vehicle especially with all of the supply chain delays but Ray was very persistent in sourcing all the parts. My repaired truck looks fantastic and the cost was very reasonable considering all that was needed to complete the repairs. I highly recommend Fry Road Collision, Ray will take care of you! read more

The staff is extremely nice. They repainted the rear bumper and spoiler of my 11 year-old car that had dents and scratches and made the car look like new. They did all this for a very reasonable price. They also detailed the car and cleaned the car seat at no charge. Highly recommended. Thank yo for a great experience! read more

Since this was the only place in Katy with a positive review score on Yelp, I decided to take my damaged Range Rover there. Two men helped me immediately and gave me an estimate within 15 minutes. I liked their respectful treatment, so I decided to let them do the work. I kept my car while they ordered the parts, which only took a day for them to receive. I arranged to drop-off of the car for a week later, as that fit my schedule and they were quite accommodating. The surprise came when they made the repairs of the rear quarter panel, tail light, and bumper, including paint, in one day! The repairs were flawless. Paint matched exactly, everything was tight and installed correctly and two months later, I am still 100% satisfied. Nobody could look at my car and guess that it was ever in an accident. Another good point is that they did not exceed the estimated price. This is the ONLY place you should take your car, period. read more

I am so happy I brought my car here. They were competitive with their quote and the nicest people around who actual care about you and your car. God forbid I ever need bodywork done again, this is where I'm going. No point looking anywhere else! Thank you Fry Road Collision Center!!! read more

Words of appreciation for this establishment and notably Mr. Ray are unworthy!! After dealing with another collision repair company (I won't say any names like Service King) and being disappointed, I took my car to Fry Road Collision Center and right away, it felt heaven sent! Mr. Ray greeted me with open arms and his warm personality melted away all my worries and doubts. He assured me that he would take me of me and they did just that. Mr. Ray told me what his plans for my vehicle were and when things didnt go to HIS expectations, he called and told me how he waited for better parts so everything would look good. When I picked my car up, it looked BETTER than what it did when I purchased the vehicle, inside and out! Fry Road Collision Center is not only professional but empathetic and precise! I will never go anywhere else and will encourage anyone and everyone to go here!! read more

Five stars for customer service alone! My vehicle was damaged in a hit and run while parked in a parking lot. My insurance company had me get several quotes at their "preferred providers". The client communication was horrible at Fogle, honestly the guy was a jerk ! I looked up reviews for body shoppes in the Katy Area and all the positive reviews caught my eye. Rey was communicative, he managed all the correspondence to my insurance company, kept me up to date on repairs, and split my deductible with me. My vehicle repair appears to be seamless and they even touched up all my door handles and made my car sparkle. I checked on my vehicle progress in person a few times during the process to make sure the repairs were conducted as I wanted/expected and they not only tolerated my white glove inspections but welcomed them! I highly recommend Fry Road Collision to any person needing repairs/bodywork/paint. read more

Second time I go to this place to get an estimate for some work and twice they've had the highest quote by a large margin (50%). Wouldn't recommend, even though they're locally owned. read more

I had a mixed experience when I had my Tacoma fixed here. I appreciate that the initial quote was accurate, as well as the estimate of how long the work would take. The paint work was also well done. They also mistakenly fixed an area that wasn't part of the quote or the job, and since it was their error I wasn't charged for the extra work. That alone is the reason for the third star in my rating. There are many reviews mentioning Ray's friendliness, which I agree with. However, he also came off like a salesman, saying things he thought you'd want to hear. For example, he complimented the color of my wife's SUV, saying he'd never seen that model in that color before. We laughed out loud because it's probably the most common color for that particular vehicle. If anyone would know that, it's someone at a paint and body shop... The issue I had though, is that they put the bumper on my truck incorrectly. One of the mistakes they made was installing it completely out of level. I measured the distance from bottom of taillight to top of bumper on each side. One side was nearly a full inch lower than the other. The positive is that Ray apologized and had it reinstalled, so now it's almost level. The other issue is that the bumper is noticeably farther back from the bed than the factory one was. When I asked Ray about this, he first said it was the same as any factory bumper. I wasn't convinced, because it was off by enough to look funny. He then said maybe it was just a new design, intended to sit farther from the bed so that it wouldn't damage the bed if you get rear-ended. Obviously that's a made-up excuse. I've compared the bumper to numerous other Tacomas and not one has a bumper that far back. He should have offered to fix it, but instead only offered an excuse. I noticed other reviews that mentioned customers having to bring their vehicles back due to issues with bumpers. Now I understand why. I would recommend this shop if you strictly need paint and body work that DOESN'T include a bumper. To me the mark of a good body shop is that when vehicles leave, you can't tell they were ever hit and repaired. In this case, you can tell at a quick glance that the bumper on my truck has been replaced, just by looking at where it sits in relation to the bed. read more

My car was involved in an accident with front end damage. I was referred to Fry Road Collision and I ASSURE you I was NOT disappointed! The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. After a recent "fender bender" I was prepared to take my car for repairs to a body shop my family had used, that was until my husband insisted that we get another quote (preferably one closer to our home in Katy). I can't believe I'm saying this, but he was SO right! After acquiring a few quotes we settled on the Collision Center on Fry. Mr. Gerami, was kind, professional and very accommodating. My car was ready in record time, looked amazing and was impeccably clean! Though I sincerely hope we don't have a need for collision repair ever again (or at least, not in the near future) in the event that we do, I know exactly who'll we'll take our vehicle to! read more

I rarely give any business 5 stars unless they really deserve it, and trustworthy mechanic shops are hard to come by. Fry Rd Collision Center is great. I had a car accident and my vehicle needed a lot of work done, and they took excellent care of me and my vehicle. Their service was thorough and timely. I would go back and if you need a mechanic, choose this one! read more

My SUV's windshield was cracked and needed repair. I called Fry Rd Collision and gave them the model info and they said it would be approximately $200 for the replacement, but when I arrived they quoted me $400. They mentioned it would only be a 2 day process so I went ahead and ordered the replacement but 2 days later they mentioned they didn't have the right windshield, so then I had to wait a few more days, then they mentioned the new windshields they ordered had broken and so I had to wait another week. Overall I spent $682 (including Uber fees for transportation) and had to wait approximately 2 weeks. read more

I'm not sure his name, I think it's Ray but he took such good care of me today!!! My trunk wasn't closing and he told me what was wrong and what I needed in 5 minutes. I got the part and he had me in and out in 10 minutes. 10/10. I'll definitely be depending on him from now on! read more

My experience with Ray and his team is nothing short of exceptional. I brought my recently purchased 2008 Lexus IS-F to Ray for a bumper respray and to have the entire car color sanded and buffed. Ray's communication throughout the process was exceptional and he even had my car ready ahead of schedule! I will definitely be using Fry Road Collision Center for my automotive needs going forward and I will be referring my friends and family as well. read more

Ray made the extra effort to get the correct color for my bumper. Apparently there are 5 variants and the first paint job was not quite right. He did not charge me extra for repainting the bumper. The match is perfect. Plus the cost was what he quoted. I highly recommend this company. read more

I needed to have my 1999 Toyota Solara rear bumper cover replaced. While getting estimates I was referred to Ray Gerami at Fry Road Collision Center. I chose them because I got a personal referral for them, their estimate was the best, and the location is convenient. Dealing with Ray was a joy. He was attentive and involved in every phase of the work. They ordered the bumper and painted it the factory color listed on the car's information. Ray showed me how that color didn't match the repainting of my car that had been done, even though I had been told it had been done with the factory color. We both agreed the match not acceptable and they repainted it to match the existing exterior car color. Ray could not have been more attentive and concerned about getting a good match. I was very pleased with the work done there and would recommend them without hesitation. read more

Had my car repaired here after a collision with another vehicle. Ray was professionally and made me feel at ease with the process. He walked me through the entire procedure since this was my 1st experience. The shop did a wonderful job and show no sign of damage. The even took car of a scratch that was unrelated to the accident at no additional cost. The job was done in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. read more

The customer service (Ray) and workmanship this shop brings puts them ahead of the rest. I hit someone from behind amounting to about $12,000 in damages to the front end and airbag deployment. I had my Scion FR-S at another shop across town, but I decided to bring this car to a local shop I could trust. The front office guy, Ray, arranged for a tow vehicle to drive 45 miles to have my car picked up from the other shop free of charge. Working through thanksgiving and Christmas, he was able to have the car back to me in about 6 weeks as many of my car parts were on back order and very hard to come by. Upon pick up, Ray encouraged me to take the car on a long test drive to assess the repair. Mechanically speaking, the car worked as before the crash without squeaks or rattling. Cosmetically, the exterior was flawless with perfect paint matching. Being that this was a lease, I needed the car to look near perfect, so I pointed out a few very minor scratches to the dash where the airbag module was housed. Ray was transparent with the trouble getting behind the dash, hence the scratches from a flat head screwdriver. He offered a full replacement of the dash, but I negotiated for a break on the deductible instead. He further guaranteed that if I was to have any trouble with the leasing company charging me for the scratches that he would replace the dash free of charge. I couldn't have left happier..Ray is a genuine guy that makes you want to come back and tell your friends. I'll be bringing all my cars back to Ray.. hopefully not anytime soon though!! read more

Ray treated us like family! We just moved here from out of state and had no idea what to do with our car when my husband got into a terrible wreck. I found Fry Rd. From getting our truck towed to the shop and dealing with our insurance company and adjuster, to making sure all the repairs were perfection! We called to check on things a few times, but each time, he let us know that everything was already handled! The work was done on time and was flawless. I will never go anywhere else! We took our Subaru Forester to this shop to be repaired after a minor rear-end collision. They did a good job overall the first time but there was a small flaw so we had to take the vehicle back a second time and they fixed it without any complaints.
