I wish this guy would get more exposure because so many places will try and charge you 1,000 to 1,500 dollars and rip you off so bad. I asked the "top 4" dent shops in houston according to yelp for a quote and they were all over 1,300. Lesmys quote for my damage was 300 but obviously i paid him more for his effort experience and flawless work on the damage. Like most of us in the Spring Branch area, I sustained pretty good hail damage to one of our vehicles. I received an estimate from our insurance provider & a list of recommended body shops. As usual I looked to Yelp and other online mediums to see who were being recommended in this area. I saw one name continually come up w/ extremely high ratings. After a little more research to make sure the high ratings weren't a fluke or a scheme, I reached out to them. I had my truck assessed and estimated within a few hours. Their estimate was under than my insurance estimate AND they would be able to get to it the very next morning & stated that it would be completed on the same day. Most other body shops wanted 3-6 days to have my truck. Although I have rental coverage, I thought same day service was an outstanding upside. I decided to give them a shot. They will repair on site if you can pull the vehicle into you garage. Currently I couldn't so I drove to their shop in Tomball/Magnolia area dropping it off at 9AM. By 3PM I received a text that it was done. In all honesty, my expectations were high given the high ratings I'd seen but I feared that they may not live up to the hype. When I inspected my truck - nothing fancy, a 2015 Nissan Frontier - I was astounded that there was zero sign of any of the almost 25 hail dents in my hood, roof, side door & tailgate. In fact, I swear it had been repainted knowing better if they would've had more time. I'm rating them 5 stars. I was absolutely blown away by the work, the quality and the time efficiency. Leslie is the owner and Brian the technician. I strongly recommend you ask for Brian. First off I would like to say I have OCD when it comes to my cars. I do not ride around in my car if there is a dent on them. I had a unfortunate accident at a local grocery store where some body carelessly let a shopping cart run into my new Lexus NX Turbo. Now I have tried private business owner repairs before with mixed results. I usually just take the bullet and pay the 500 insurance deductible and take it to West side Lexus to repair. The kind gentleman came to my residence today. First off he was extremely punctual. I got off work at 5pm. We set a time of 520pm. The gentleman beat me by 5 min! Next the weather is really bad today. I was kind of expecting him to reschedule which would be totally understandable. But he kept his word and came. The business guy was extremely kind and very friendly and we talked all the way through the process. I paid for two dents. But he ended up showing me three dents and a scratch. He fixed all of them and buffed out the scratch on the house!!!!My car is now in perfect condition and my OCD is now gone. I couldn't have asked for better service. We all read these reviews and take it with grain of salt. But this his man is the real deal! He lived up to all the stellar reviews and then some! He took no short cuts. The service was phenomenal. It looked like someone had intentionally run a shopping cart into my husband's brand new Silverado, and he was absolutely crushed. We started looking for a PDR technician and really liked dents-r-us. We were able to text (how cool) him to get an estimate. I was caught on the hailstorm that happened on 4/19 here in Houston, Texas. I was real upset at how many dents were on my car, and I was giving up hope on my car ever returning to the condition it was in before all of this happened. I own a 2015 Subaru WRX, and after finding Lesmy through a Google search, I decided to give him a shot. I recently had to request for a dent repair service for my Audi when my wife accidentally (?) bumped the front fender while backing out of garage. I was skeptical at first as this was my first time looking for a dent repair service. I picked up Dents-R-Us after some research online. Lucky for me Les was nearby and he said he would stop by to take a look and give me a quote. He was there on time and the price he quoted I thought was slightly on the higher side. Any way I did tell him I want the car to look perfect. He said he knew what he was doing and that I did not owe if I was not satisfied. Well what I thought was a minor five minute fix (and hence thought the quote was pricey), took him good one hour to repair. Not only he fixed the dent he also made sure the fender blended seamlessly with the bumper which took a great deal of effort. he also did the head light restoration which had a scar due to the same incident. I was so impressed, that I had him repair one other ding on the rear passenger door needless to say he fixed it perfectly. while I want to commend on his exceptional customer service and great quality.
