Michael with Dent R Us did a great job on removing majority of the dents from my car. Unfortunately because of the hail damage my hood had to be replaced. But not before he tried hard to remove the dents. I really appreciated his hard work and honesty. Thank you Michael. read more

Lesmy was awesome. Scheduled quick, easy quote, came to me, took out 2 dents on my 2 vehicles both on a fender right in a body line. I am very particular, and you cannot tell they were there. Would not hesitate to to call on him again or recommend him. read more

Had a wonderful experience with this company! After a hailstorm he came out and gave me an estimate and then had my car done in 1 day! Even cleaned the inside of my car as if it was just detailed, i was thrilled by this little surprise. I will be going back to them for any future dents! read more

Great experience! I called & sent pictures. Lesmy the owner gives a free estimate. In the end, got a dent fixed for a few hundred cash & it took about an hour to complete at my home! I thought the owner was very nice & helpful. He also provided a referral for a body shop near me for a few items he said needs bodywork which is nice because it's hard to know whom to trust!!! I like that you don't have to leave your car at a body shop & can have certain dents fixed as soon as possible. How does he work? He pounds the dent out from the inside & it looks like it never happened! I agree it looks as though it never happened. I could not tell at all. Next I will call the body shop to fix the rims & a deeper dent he could not fix. Manriquez Collision & Mechanic Shop 2411 Center St, Houston, TX 77007 (713) 862-0709 read more

My car had a huge dent on the side and Lesmy made it look good as new, even though i lived an hour away, he'll drive to your home or place of work bring his van with all the tools he needs and get it fixed in no time. repair took about two hours but keep in mind this was a nasty dent. I wish this guy would get more exposure because so many places will try and charge you 1,000 to 1,500 dollars and rip you off so bad. I asked the "top 4" dent shops in houston according to yelp for a quote and they were all over 1,300. Lesmys quote for my damage was 300 but obviously i paid him more for his effort experience and flawless work on the damage. If you take anything from this review its that he's the most underrated paintless dent repair man in the houston area read more

Les was quick to respond, provided an accurate quote and did a fantastic job. He took care of a deep dent on the trunk of my wife's car, see attached pics. Much cheaper than going to the body shop and repainting which will also depreciate and lower trade in value. read more

Like most of us in the Spring Branch area, I sustained pretty good hail damage to one of our vehicles. I received an estimate from our insurance provider & a list of recommended body shops. As usual I looked to Yelp and other online mediums to see who were being recommended in this area. I saw one name continually come up w/ extremely high ratings. After a little more research to make sure the high ratings weren't a fluke or a scheme, I reached out to them. I had my truck assessed and estimated within a few hours. Their estimate was under than my insurance estimate AND they would be able to get to it the very next morning & stated that it would be completed on the same day. Most other body shops wanted 3-6 days to have my truck. Although I have rental coverage, I thought same day service was an outstanding upside. I decided to give them a shot. They will repair on site if you can pull the vehicle into you garage. Currently I couldn't so I drove to their shop in Tomball/Magnolia area dropping it off at 9AM. By 3PM I received a text that it was done. In all honesty, my expectations were high given the high ratings I'd seen but I feared that they may not live up to the hype. When I inspected my truck - nothing fancy, a 2015 Nissan Frontier - I was astounded that there was zero sign of any of the almost 25 hail dents in my hood, roof, side door & tailgate. In fact, I swear it had been repainted knowing better if they would've had more time. I'm rating them 5 stars. I was absolutely blown away by the work, the quality and the time efficiency. Leslie is the owner and Brian the technician. I strongly recommend you ask for Brian. He has 26 years of body work expertise & he was able to repair what most shops said couldn't be done with suction cups/paintless repair. Highly, HIGHLY recommend. read more

If you have dents or dings this is THE business to call. I just bought a new car and walked out to a major door ding one morning. I contacted Them for a yore and within 5 minutes I received a personal text from the owner, Les. He was upfront and honest about every details for my service request. On the day of my appointment he was punctual and work his magic on my vehicle. Ten minutes later my car was looking brand new once again. It looks as if the ding never occurred! I am beyond satisfied with Les' work all while being friendly, respectful, and very personable the entire time. While I would prefer not to see him again soon, I will absolutely call him again when (and if) I walk out to another dent or ding again. You needn't search any longer for services elsewhere. This is THE business from which you should secure services. You will be 100% satisfied! read more

Yesmy came out to my home today for the repair on my 2012 BMW. I had 5 or so small dents in my hood from some boxes that gave way in the garage and fell on the car. One of the dents was pretty deep and wasn't sure if he would be able to fix it. He did and my car looks brand new again--way surpassed my expectations! I would highly recommend Dents R Us for your next repair-- the owner is kind, courteous, and most importantly does great work! Thanks and will use again! read more

Lesmy, owner of Dents-R-Us, exceeded my expectations. He offered good advice, great repair work to my car and motorcycle, and gave me good options for what needed to be done. After four dents were fixed my car looked great, but Lesmy wasn't finished-he also fixed the finish on my door pillars and cleared my headlight lenses. Then, he charged less than quoted for my motorcycle gas tank because he wasn't happy with his work. I was more than happy.. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Lesmy at Dents-R-Us. Great work and honest professional opinions. read more

Great job on my Porsche 911. Took some door dings out and pulled the small dent on my rear fender. Looks like new.

I was told by at least three paint less dent repair guys that the type of damage that my car had was not fixable...I finally reached out to Les, he was quick to respond, he showed up early and once he saw the dents in person, he even said it would be a challenge but that he will do his best .... It came out PERFECT! I am Really Impressed! I can say without a doubt Les is magic. read more

First off I would like to say I have OCD when it comes to my cars. I do not ride around in my car if there is a dent on them. I had a unfortunate accident at a local grocery store where some body carelessly let a shopping cart run into my new Lexus NX Turbo. Now I have tried private business owner repairs before with mixed results. I usually just take the bullet and pay the 500 insurance deductible and take it to West side Lexus to repair. I googled this man company(sorry I didn't even get your name). I saw that he had stellar reviews. I'm a avid reviewer and always review EVERYTHING that I spend my hard earned money on. I decided to take a chance. I texted him with the pics of the dent, as per his website instructions. The owner texts me back with in minutes with a quote. This was yesterday. The kind gentleman came to my residence today. First off he was extremely punctual. I got off work at 5pm. We set a time of 520pm. The gentleman beat me by 5 min! Next the weather is really bad today. I was kind of expecting him to reschedule which would be totally understandable. But he kept his word and came. The business guy was extremely kind and very friendly and we talked all the way through the process. I paid for two dents. But he ended up showing me three dents and a scratch. He fixed all of them and buffed out the scratch on the house!!!!My car is now in perfect condition and my OCD is now gone. I couldn't have asked for better service. We all read these reviews and take it with grain of salt. But this his man is the real deal! He lived up to all the stellar reviews and then some! He took no short cuts. He was extremely fast and efficient. I will definitely be calling him again for any dings that I get. This is Houston now, so it's inevitable. I saved this guys number into my iPhone (under dent man) so that if any one of my friends that need a dent fixed I would easily refer him. I really can't say enough on how good of a worker this man is. I can tell he works hard for his money and takes pride in all his work. You won't be making a mistake by choosing this company. Do your self a favor and hire this man. He will never disappoint you. I wish I knew his name. But if he ever reads this review, you have a customer for life!!!!!!! read more

My car had big dent and I called Dents-R-US and spoke to Les. He did a good job of taking the dent out. Thanks Les

The service was phenomenal. It looked like someone had intentionally run a shopping cart into my husband's brand new Silverado, and he was absolutely crushed. We started looking for a PDR technician and really liked dents-r-us. We were able to text (how cool) him to get an estimate. He said it would be a really difficult fix, but was confident he could at least improve it by 90%. The dents were really bad so it took a little while, but the truck looks 100% brand new. When I came out to see it, I couldn't help but hug him! We couldn't be more thrilled with the results, completely worth the price. Way cheaper than a time machine! Fully recommend. read more

I was caught on the hailstorm that happened on 4/19 here in Houston, Texas. I was real upset at how many dents were on my car, and I was giving up hope on my car ever returning to the condition it was in before all of this happened. I own a 2015 Subaru WRX, and after finding Lesmy through a Google search, I decided to give him a shot. Lesmy was very patient, and understanding, he came all the way to my house and inspected the damage, wrote up the quote and gave me information on how to proceed with my insurance. He was very knowledgeable, and gave me really great advice throughout the whole ordeal. You won't find too many shops with the thoughtfulness and care that Lesmy and his crew provide at Dents R Us. He kept me informed and assured me I had nothing to worry about. Once the repair day came, he called me and told me he was about to start and called and advised me when he was done. As soon as I got out of work, I went to the shop to take a look at the car and I could not believe it. Lesmy is a magician, I will definitely recommend Lesmy everywhere I go, my car is brand new again, he left it in immaculate condition, and left me in awe. I will go back to Lesmy again for any future dings or dents, he's the man! 5 stars. read more

I recently had to request for a dent repair service for my Audi when my wife accidentally (?) bumped the front fender while backing out of garage. I was skeptical at first as this was my first time looking for a dent repair service. I picked up Dents-R-Us after some research online. Lucky for me Les was nearby and he said he would stop by to take a look and give me a quote. He was there on time and the price he quoted I thought was slightly on the higher side. Any way I did tell him I want the car to look perfect. He said he knew what he was doing and that I did not owe if I was not satisfied. Well what I thought was a minor five minute fix (and hence thought the quote was pricey), took him good one hour to repair. Not only he fixed the dent he also made sure the fender blended seamlessly with the bumper which took a great deal of effort. he also did the head light restoration which had a scar due to the same incident. I was so impressed, that I had him repair one other ding on the rear passenger door needless to say he fixed it perfectly. while I want to commend on his exceptional customer service and great quality. I also hope Les that you continue to provide such quality service to every customer you serve. read more

He saw the dent on the crease and said it would be a little hard to repair it but he wanted to try. If he couldn't repair it then he wouldn't charge me. He tried and tried and voila! Like New again!
