I was referred to Paul. When I took my car in for the small jobs it was fine, BUT when I took my car in for the big work IT WAS A DISASTER. Every time I called for updates, I got the run around. My car sat up there for almost a year if not a year. They claimed the part needed for my car wasn't available & that's every time I checked in. Paul didn't let me know that someone had broken into my car and trashed it. When I went to get my car it was way worst off than when it arrived. This was the only vehicle I had to get around and he wasted my time and money. I had to get my car towed back home and I had to pay for the tow. I paid thousands for my car to be fixed and they tore it up. They showed no remorse and they acted as if it was my fault my car was destroyed. I give him and his team a 0 STAR RATING. Took my car to Tires, Services and more the next day. They drove my car and took me with them. While my car was hooked up, they told me they were not able to find any codes on my car. Checked my oil and filter. I was out of oil! They charged me $30 and my car hasn't had a problem since. Mr. Sergio, you are very dishonest! We took our truck in for A/C repair. CarPro decided to take it upon themselves to top off fluids to the point of them over-flowing. Fluid went everywhere causing a huge fire under the hood, just a couple miles down the road. Now we have a piece of burnt toast on wheels. CARPRO doesn't Carry ANY INSURANCE EITHER! last week I randomly had an issue with my jeep renegade that just started violently wobbling while I was driving. my neighbor recommended Car Pro and so I called ahead to see if they could take on my vehicle if I had it towed there. Sergio answered the phone and told me yes he would be waiting for it to arrive and would have a diagnosis for me the next morning. True to his word he called me- told me parts that needed to be replaced, gave me a price that was extremely fair and said they would have it ready the next day. I had told him the car was in an accident last year and I was still dealing with the lawyer so I'm not trying to spend a bunch of money fixing up everything brand new on a vehicle I don't plan to keep. Sergio was understanding of that and stated exactly what needed to do to get it safe & drivable. In the past, I've gone another places where they do less work and take almost a week. The next day they contacted me about an hour before they closed, so I let them know I would have to wait until the next morning to come get it. I like that every time I called I spoke to Sergio. It kept communication very clear and consistent. when I picked up my car, he was very nice and got me rolling really quickly quickly. I drove to the gas station and I noticed a noise I drove back to him, they put it on the riser for me. he showed me what was making the noise and that it is from normal wear and tear similar to the parts we just replaced on the other side. He said we can get to it when I'm ready because he knows I didn't want to keep spending a bunch of money on the car. He assured my safety driving and was very honest about what I would still need to get done on the car. I feel very confident in the work that they did and I've been driving my car now for three days with no issues on the side that they repaired. It also comes with a one-year warranty of parts and labor. As a woman walking into a shop alone, I don't feel ripped off. I feel like they were being very honest, and I spoke to people in the automotive business who assured me I got a damn good price! read more

Recommended by a friend. Have used them several times now and I'm very satisfied. Paul, the owner, is honest and tells you exactly what's needed to fix your issue and nothing more. Does not try to tack on extra work. Plus, he will try to save you money if he can! Example, I hit debris on the freeway causing damage to a large panel that covers the underside of the car. One body guy tells me I need to replace the panel. Paul takes a look and is able to reattach my damaged panel, saving me over $300! And yes, panel is solidly attached with no issues. I have been going here for a few years and let me tell you why. The employees are always sweet and accommodating. I had to get my intake changed out and they stayed on the phone for a while trying to find the best one for me. After a while, they realized that I still had a factory warranty and that it would be fully covered if I took it to the dealership. The point is that they could've been dishonest and charged me $700 for the service but instead, they chose to be truthful and genuinely help me out to save money. Honesty is a hard thing to find and I very much appreciate it! I will keep coming here as long as they let me! read more

I was quoted some outrageous price at an auto repair place down the street to put a thermostat in. I quickly googled "auto repair" and when I saw the 5 star rating I told that place I'll go get the part and come back. Went and got a second opinion. Paul (owner) was extremely friendly, explained to me what exactly was going on with my car, then offered to fix it at half the price the other guys quoted me. He took my car back ASAP and it was done in the estimated time frame. This shop really lived up to the 5 star rating. Thank you Paul and everyone at Car Pro Auto. I have been here 4 or 5 times and they have always done a good job at an excellent price and given me options with budget in mind. If anything, I have had to ask for more services than they recommend. I.e. oil change, inspection. They show me what they replaced and the old parts. In one case they did my brakes front and back, replaced the rear ones completely for around 250. The place up the road, cough cough auto check, quoted me 700+ to replace the rear brakes. 2 years later. 500 richer, my car still stops. I don't even want to give this place 1 star. I was referred to this place by a good friend of mine who knows his stuff about auto repair. The first time I brought my car here was okay. But when the 2nd and 3rd times came around because what needed to be fixed in the first place broke AGAIN because they didnt take their time to look over everything they fixed I became beyond frustrated. They dont value their warranties and will charge you everytime you go back for something that is their fault. Also, make sure you have an alarm on your vehicle because it will get broken into if they have to keep it overnight. Their lot is in a ghetto place with no surveillance to keep an eye on what car is being broken into. "Yeah it happens before and during the holidays " is what I was told.
