From the moment I walked into the location I was greeted by two gentlman who were readily available to assist me with my needs. As I approached DAVID, he greeted me with a smile early in the morning although I was extremely tired from working as a nurse the night before. I inquired about receiving an EMISSIONS test. He gathered all of my information ( INsurance card) and proceeded to provide an approximate time frame of 45 minutes. Now this was impressive to me because when you enter an establishment clearly in a work uniform it means I am going to work or coming from work. The mere fact he provided me with an estimated time shows he VALUES TIME. I accepted the estimated time frame and provided my keys. He offered me to have a seat in the waiting area and guided me to the refreshment area. I was so sleepy I sat down in those nice comfortable chairs and fell asleep. Literally before the 45 minutes I believe he was done and my car was parked near the front door so I can walk out and right to my car. You talk about service with a smile is an understatement. I am so looking forward to making sure I keep this location in mind for my car needs as well as referring them to others. Then I thought things could get no better than I receive a text from CHRIS the owner who thanked me for choosing them for my services and coming back if I needed more help. I would not recommend this shop. I took my 2018 GMC Acadia in because the A/C wasn't working and…read moreneeded the compressor replaced. After the repair, the replacement compressor immediately started making a loud noise, and I had to bring my vehicle back. Just three days later, they had to replace the compressor again because of the noise. Before I dropped my vehicle off, there was no check engine light. When I picked it up, the check engine light was on. The shop told me it came on when they started the vehicle. After inspecting it myself, I found the intake sensor near the air filter housing had been left unplugged. I reconnected it myself, but the check engine light later came back with a P0113 code. I also discovered the air filter housing was cracked around the screw mounts, which was not damaged before the repair. Even after paying for the repair, they only fixed the front A/C. The rear A/C still blows hot air, so the problem I brought the vehicle in for was never fully resolved. Instead of leaving with a properly repaired vehicle, I ended up making multiple trips back to the shop, finding workmanship issues myself, and dealing with additional problems after the repair. This experience has cost me time, caused unnecessary stress, and left me with a vehicle that still isn't fully repaired. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. Before leaving your vehicle anywhere, take photos beforehand and inspect everything carefully before driving away.
