Noel the adjuster actually showed me my truck where the driver mirror and the passenger mirror were totally different. I had a noise on my driver side, paint runs and then he and shop manager did work I didn't approve and tried to charge me for it. I wouldn't refer this body shop to a dog . My visit to Caliber was to reattach my front bumper to the splash/mudguard and this location offered the service to me free of charge. They also issued me an excellent quote for a complete replacement and were willing to work with me on the quoted budget if the quote was out of my financial range. I would give this location negative stars. Their service advisors do not communicate the status of your vehicle. They leave work early when your vehicle is supposed to be picked up and leave zero information for anyone else to help you. They say one thing and a week later, you still don't have your vehicle. Pretty sure half the people there don't know where your vehicle is either because they refuse to help you because they can't look up the status of your vehicle because they aren't your assigned advisor. OH and the day your vehicle is supposed to be ready, you find out another part is needed that won't be in for a week and a half. No call. No email. No text. Proceed to this location with caution Note - make sure you walk your vehicle when you are done. Something was messed up and needed to be fixed before I left. read more

I was greeted as soon as I walked in and I genuinely felt like I was in good hands . There service and expertise is also immaculate. This location was professional, sincere, and efficient! We've gone back to them twice now, once to get a bumper reattached and door replaced. This second time around was due to the bumper having problems once again(not at their fault). With the lifetime warranty we got from the first time we were there, they were able to take us on the spot, fix up the car, and get us out of there within an hour! This might be a good spot for a window fix but for a paint and body job DO NOT bring your vehicle here ! You come for an estimate I was told 10 business days . 3 weeks come around I had to reach out because on the website notification updated that my car was complete . Which was a lie , so far my car has been in there for over a month . They give me an update that my car would be ready by a certain date and on the date, i have to be the one to reach out they will never reach out and it always seems that there is another problem to why they can't finish on my car . If you want to get lied to about updates or waste tons of money for a rental bring your car here ! This is my first and worst experience ever. People have bad days at work sometimes, and being in customer service myself, I know I've had some so if someone is in a bad mood I take into account the bad days I've had, and I don't hold it against that person. I was hit by a GEICO insured in January 2020, and the repair center that the claims adjuster recommended was Caliber Collision off Peek Rd. I took my truck in, met Jonathan that day and he explained the process to me in a very succinct manner. He stayed in contact through the process, and was open with me on any question I had. He was very amiable through the whole process. When my truck was ready to be picked up, I looked it over and found some scratch marks, which he took back to be buffed out. After I left, I saw that one of the buttons to the window control was missing, so I texted him about it, he asked for a picture and said he'd order a new one for me. I got there this morning and the dealership sent in the wrong part, for which he apologized, and I stated that it's not his fault the dealership sent the wrong part. He has been a bright spot in this process, and I appreciate that! I have definitely recommended Caliber to others, and it's mainly due to my experience with Jonathan! read more

Why bother with the Peek Rd location. This is one of the shops Geico uses. I went there to understand the process, and approximately how long it would take as I am traveling soon so I could plan. I was not looking for an estimate, just wanted 2 mins for someone to talk to me about the process. Apparently they don't do that. You have to make an appointment for someone to talk to you for 2 minutes. The lady at the front said they have too much work to talk to me. That's OK, someone else will get my business. I previously found the Katy Mills location much friendlier and customer oriented, so seems to be just this place. read more

Oh my!. steer clear of this one. Previous experience with Caliber was great but that was at the Katy Mills location. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning at the Peel Rd shop. All very nice and dealt with well but that's where is stopped. I was told I would be contacted Monday afternoon. Nothing. I called Tuesday afternoon and was told someone would call be back, "crickets". I called again Wednesday and the same happened yet again. On Thursday I tried again and to my dismay the same happened, no return call. Unbelievable. So here we are Friday and no movement on my car nor even an estimate for repair. The car was moved to the Katy Mills shop on Friday and I have been kept informed of repairs ever since. Do Peek Road understand the meaning of Customer Service?. I vote NO. The only reason I gave it a one is because it wouldn't let me leave no stars. I showed up right at 730 when the opened. The receptionist was very nice. She called for an estimator...3 times. There was no one in the place. Finally Jonathon comes out. He looks at the car. He was not friendly and he talked down to me the whole time. He told me they would have to order the part. When I asked when they could fix it he looked at me like he couldn't believe I asked that question and stated well today with this duh look on his face. He said the part will be here by noon. I am not in the collision field. I don't know how long ordering a part will take. I told him I had to go to work in the medical center and then he said I could come back on my lunch!!!! Really???? He stood there and said well come back when you want. I took the estimate and left. I called to speak to the manager but of course he was too busy to talk. Again no one in the place. The only good thing was the receptionist. I am currently down the street at another collision place who took my car right in and are fixing it as I type this. read more
