We went there because our insurance said they were a certified shop. But look at my pictures. The damage looked better then the work performed.

Got in an accident with an uninsured motorist so had to use my insurance to get the damages repaired. They sent me to Caliber collision to get an estimate and have the repairs done. Had to schedule for someone to assess the damage and give me a quote to give to the insurance company. The estimate was reasonable for the amount of damage and took about 30 minutes to get the number. Once my insurance got the quote they authorized caliber collision to do the work so I scheduled another appointment to drop it off. The nice thing is they have a satellite Enterprise rental location at the body shop, which was covered by my insurance. So I did it have to go get a rental. They set me up right there and had a car brought over from the branch location about 10 minutes away. I like how they can send you text message updates so I would know the status of the repairs without having to get on the phone or waiting for them to call me. After about 2.5 weeks I got the call my truck was ready and came over to pick it up and dropped off the rental at the same. They have friendly people there and from what I can tell quality of work is pretty good.

This center specialize in customer sevice, claim results, and interpersonal communication. My car insurance company is A Abana Insurance, but the company that handle my claim was American Casualty Company. My first introduction to this center was by a phone call i made to cancel my appt, and get directions. The front desk lady was Allison, a very nice pretty lady who was courteous, professional, and patient. Lets say I was going through alot to have to pay for my vehicle on account of a hit and run. Allison gave me directions over the phone. The person I spoke with in person I didnt get his name. He said he was going to email me the estimate the next day. Almost a week later no phone call,--or email, so I called and spoke with Allison again. She transferred me to the great Shane M. I finally got everything I needed shortly after speaking with Shane, he set me up, and I dropped my car off for repairs. I got my car back less than a week, and they even cleaned it for me. I would refer anyone who has car damage to this place, whether the insurance pay for it or not. I had to write a review on this place and the friendly staff, which is hard to come by.

It has been over a year since I was there before and I was much happier this time. Last time they did great work - the paint was in great shape until the car was traded in- it was just small issues that caused me to drop the rating and I am very picky with my cars. I do have another vehicle going to see them on the 5th with more extensive repairs needed. Someone ran down the length of my van in a parking lot and drove off. So I will have another update from that visit as well. This trip was connected to someone having a "boot malfunction" that sent their small SUV into the back of my brand new car. I had it for a week and it had a nice set of scratches. They were very honest with the assessment of the damage and let me know that a buffing wheel would easily remove the scratches and there was no hidden damage under the bumper. It seems it did its job. They could have resprayed the bumped and replaced the styrofoam stuff costing the person who accidentally rammed me their deductible and lowering the value of my car by showing it needed repairs after something extremely minor. They did the right thing and worked with me on the simple fix. While it was there I also had them remove the pin stripe that was bothering me - it just looked odd on the car. They did an excellent job of removing it then re-waxing the area they worked on. I am almost never happy after dealing with a paint and body shop, but I was pleased with this trip. I recommend them and will return.

However, in my opinion, from the standpoint of someone garnering quotes for a future mirror replacement, the receptionist or customer service associate who answered the phone did not have a good enough concept of (potential) customer relations. After a truly harrowing, somewhat traumatizing freeway experience, I thought the person answering the phone would at least have some kind of empathy or even just a professional, friendly tone. My initial request to speak to a mechanic or service advisor was ignored. Anyways, I volunteered info about the make, model, year and color of the car, but she only seemed interested in the VIN number, which I provided. Any other place asks for all of this info. She actually said I read the VIN number too fast at the end of my reading of it, which makes no sense as I never read numbers that fast out of courtesy. I even took the extra step of making sure she got the letters correctly, but, again, she did not appreciate that. Instead, she rather unprofessionally and abruptly ended the entire call. I've never had this kind of low vibration, low intelligence customer service from any auto-related business. So, I called back and left a message thinking perhaps the owner would contact me either the same day or the next, to no avail. Every other business I have contacted, from dealerships to independent repair and body shops, have had much more impressive and professional communications.

I stopped by just a dent about a week ago and spoke to Hector about a damage to my rear bumper…read more there was a dent in lower right side and the side portion that goes into the fender had popped out. Hector gave me an estimate between 150 and $350 and said that there would probably still be some damage there and I needed to pick up a couple of brackets at the Lexus store. so I ordered the brackets and they were ready today so I stopped by the store. Hector had given me an estimate of somewhere between maybe an hour and three hours so I was just getting comfortable talking to my friend of mine, when Hector came out and said come and take a look. The dent was almost completely gone. The paint had some ripples in it, and there was some white showing because I'd smashed it pretty well. But the side panel was completely flush brand new. It was amazing how quickly he repaired it. When I asked him how much it was and he replied would be $150 I gave him about three hugs the third one was after he told me he didn't need to use the. brackets that I purchased so now I did Hector save me $200 on his own estimate but the Lexus store took the brackets back without any restocking fee so he saved me another $125!!! My old Lexus looks fantastic. It's got 150,000 and no longer looks like a beater from the back! Hector should be swamped. He's honest he does fantastic work and an incredible price with drive-through speed! If you have a dent you need to go to this place absolutely spectacular!! And tremendous value!!!!
