I had to take my car to this Caliber Collision at the recommendation of my insurance company after it was broken into and the door was damaged and window was busted out. I cannot even begin to describe the frustration about how long it took, lack of communication and knowledge of my vehicle and what I had to do to get it moving along and it was never resolved with them. Went through so many employees there who were "no longer working here" and then ultimately, after them STILL not fixing was needed to be addressed, had to escalate with my insurance company and ended up taking my vehicle to a dealership who knew what was going on and they took care of it two days after I contacted them!! I would not recommend this place to anyone. It took 7 months of me hounding them and then I still had to go somewhere else to finalize the repair of my vehicle. What they did repair I settled on because I was just so frustrated. I normally only take time to give good reviews but this was such a frustrating experience (after having been followed and robbed) that I don't want anyone else to have this experience. read more

Got in an accident with an uninsured motorist so had to use my insurance to get the damages repaired. They sent me to Caliber collision to get an estimate and have the repairs done. Had to schedule for someone to assess the damage and give me a quote to give to the insurance company. The estimate was reasonable for the amount of damage and took about 30 minutes to get the number. Once my insurance got the quote they authorized caliber collision to do the work so I scheduled another appointment to drop it off. The nice thing is they have a satellite Enterprise rental location at the body shop, which was covered by my insurance. So I did it have to go get a rental. They set me up right there and had a car brought over from the branch location about 10 minutes away. I like how they can send you text message updates so I would know the status of the repairs without having to get on the phone or waiting for them to call me. After about 2.5 weeks I got the call my truck was ready and came over to pick it up and dropped off the rental at the same. They have friendly people there and from what I can tell quality of work is pretty good. read more

This place is sucks. This place let my car sat in store for two weeks, they weren't even touch my car. When I came to check how far my car is getting fix, they said they didn't realize that my car was in store cuz they didn't see the key car hang in their store. They lost my key and ask me to bring back up key for them cuz they don't have any honda key. Ok, I brought them a key. What happene, It been almost 2 months now, my car is still not finish yet. They lost me car key, and every time I have to call them to check my car status, the answer i get is still fixing and I will call u back but I never receive a call. This center specialize in customer sevice, claim results, and interpersonal communication. My car insurance company is A Abana Insurance, but the company that handle my claim was American Casualty Company. My first introduction to this center was by a phone call i made to cancel my appt, and get directions. The front desk lady was Allison, a very nice pretty lady who was courteous, professional, and patient. Lets say I was going through alot to have to pay for my vehicle on account of a hit and run. Allison gave me directions over the phone. The person I spoke with in person I didnt get his name. He said he was going to email me the estimate the next day. Almost a week later no phone call,--or email, so I called and spoke with Allison again. She transferred me to the great Shane M. I finally got everything I needed shortly after speaking with Shane, he set me up, and I dropped my car off for repairs. I got my car back less than a week, and they even cleaned it for me. I would refer anyone who has car damage to this place, whether the insurance pay for it or not. I had to write a review on this place and the friendly staff, which is hard to come by. read more

It has been over a year since I was there before and I was much happier this time. Last time they did great work - the paint was in great shape until the car was traded in- it was just small issues that caused me to drop the rating and I am very picky with my cars. I do have another vehicle going to see them on the 5th with more extensive repairs needed. Someone ran down the length of my van in a parking lot and drove off. So I will have another update from that visit as well. This trip was connected to someone having a "boot malfunction" that sent their small SUV into the back of my brand new car. I had it for a week and it had a nice set of scratches. They were very honest with the assessment of the damage and let me know that a buffing wheel would easily remove the scratches and there was no hidden damage under the bumper. It seems it did its job. They could have resprayed the bumped and replaced the styrofoam stuff costing the person who accidentally rammed me their deductible and lowering the value of my car by showing it needed repairs after something extremely minor. They did the right thing and worked with me on the simple fix. While it was there I also had them remove the pin stripe that was bothering me - it just looked odd on the car. They did an excellent job of removing it then re-waxing the area they worked on. I am almost never happy after dealing with a paint and body shop, but I was pleased with this trip. Dropped my truck off here for a repair. No estimes te was sent before work was started. Little to no communication about what the status was on the repair. Customer service is non existent in this location. Upon pick up of my vehicle, the repair description of the work completed was missing information, had the wrong information on it, my truck had half eaten cookies all on the inside and in the console, wires were sticking from under my dash, the body work looked like it was completed on the side of the road, the paints glossy finish didn't match, there was still rubbing compound and polish all over my truck along with buffer scuff marks on the fresh paint, rags and papers all over the inside of my truck and my lug nut key was just laying in my cup holder and not placed back in the glove box where it was found. The top everything off, I was told by the rep when I asked about the alignment or if there was any suspension damage that "I can put it on the rack and check if you like".. yep, homie said that. Shouldn't that have already been done? Shouldn't you have an appropriate answer for me when asked a simple question like that? This place is highly unprofessional and god forbid I ever need a body shop again, it won't be this one. read more

The person who estimated my repair was rude and misleading about time requirements needed. A trim strip came off my vehicle and he said it would take two days despite the fact that it's a two hour max repair. They were supposed to call me when the trim came in. Estimated time was two days and initially they wanted me to leave my vehicle while they ordered parts. That was two weeks ago and no update, no call to schedule repair. I had my bumper fixed here in December. It is still looking good and shows no noticeable signs of damage from the fender bender. It only took 3 days to fix and was finished before their estimated completion time. The rental process was easy to claim and return and they worked with my USAA insurance with no issues. Terrible, wouldn't even look at my car and have a rational conversation about costs and repair time. The only answer was "we have no idea until we disassemble your car" at which point the car is not drivable so if you don't like the price or the projected wait time for parts, you are screwed. That's no answer for the largest auto-body shop in town. Someone with experience can look at a car and give a ballpark price, subject to change if they find something additional. Sometimes parts get back ordered, but they can (with experience) estimate X days to repair from when the part arrives. They should know that a front bumper cover on an XYZ car --generally-- takes Y days to get from the manufacturer. Give a person --something-- to work with besides I don't know. ...and oh, yea, throw up your hands, turn your back and walk away bitching about your potential clients is bad form. You will never see my face again, never. I will refused to do business with you until I die. Put that in the old suggestion box! read more

Repairs done took too long. I ended up with a rental for two weeks for what should've been a three day fix. Not only that, but not all the repairs I made a claim on were done. I still have chips all up in my windshield from that hail storm last month. I also found someone else's keys in my passenger seat under the mat. It's for a 2002 Mercedes Benz. SADLY THEY DON'T CARE!!!:(] After being referred to them , I sadly decided to give them a try. I went in on 1/27/15 and spent over an hour while not one but 2 different people looked at the car. I got a quote to properly re attach the front bumper which had been previously done incorrectly. I was told they would need the car for half a day. As I would need to work this into my schedule I made an appointment for 730am 1/29/15. I had the car there at 7am sharp and made sure they had all the paperwork they needed. I finally got a call at 3PM stating they had finally looked at my car and still needed to order parts. When I asked why it was not done as they said it would be and why they were just getting around to just ordering parts, Carlos responded with, " I guess they were just too busy" My first response was to say I would come pick up the car and have the work done elsewhere, but I called them back and gave them the opportunity to provide me with a rental car and do the work as it was their fault it was not already done as promised. Carlos said his manager flatly refused. I am picking up my car now and will never do business with them again and will make sure everyone I come in contact with as a Realtor stays as far away from the as possible. We all make mistakes but to not correct them and make amends especially when given the opportunity is unforgivable. FOLLOW UP: After being quoted $69 and then told $400+ and they hadn't even started by 3pm,even though they told they would have it done by 12pm , I called some local German specialty shops and Craig at C&B 22020 Highland Knolls 281-392-6565 was very open and helpful and said he would recommend Bill Fogle 281-347-2455. Short story too long. They had my car in and out in 30 minutes and didn't charge me a DIME since all it needed was a couple screws and bolts to be reattached properly. I cannot recommend Craig Johnston @ C&B or Steve Fuller @ Bill Fogle highly enough and will be writing separate YELPS for them both individually!:) read more

I will try to keep it short. When i went to pick up my truck after the repairs were finished upon a quick inspection i found a few issues... 13 issues that is! One of which was the bedside was incorrectly installed, smashed in the rear and there were parts missing, a few scratches from the repair etc. etc. etc. i brought it back, after a couple weeks it was ready again, upon a quick inspection i found more scratches, broken components glued back on and issues with the paint. I went to pick it up again and only found a couple issues that i fixed myself. The quality of the work was very poor, the quality control was very poor. It was a simple repair that turned into a disaster and i have a vehicle that is still not 100%. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else read more

This is a scam. Got in an accident in the beginning of January and was promised that the car will be done by February 11th. Got the car on February 25th!!!! That's almost a month and a half. They told me the main issue was my headlight and that because its a German-made car they need to order it from Germany LOL. Each person I talked to kept giving me open-ended promises that did not match up. To cut a long story short, I attached pictures of my car AFTER the repairs. Nice inside as well, was surprised by some of the negative reviews, though there is one guy there who seemed pretty short with people on the phone.
