I've had two cars repaired at this location and was pleased with the work and customer service. However, my recent experience was disappointing. When I called two different times for another repair, both times I encountered a rude attitude from the staff, which was surprising given my past experiences. After reading some other reviews, I was concerned this might reflect a broader issue, I decided to try a different location. There, I was greeted with the same excellent service and communication I had come to expect from Caliber Collision. Caliber needs to understand that initial customer interactions can significantly impact a business. Omg! Michael Calderon is a god send. I came in today with a piece of car falling off (under carriage) after going through car wash. Within 10 mins he put a s rew in and ta-da!!!!! I have found that caliper collision is consistent regardless of where they across the United States. I had a huge body job needed after an accident in New Jersey a few years ago I moved to Texas and I have found the same consistent I think I'm a caliber collision customer for life!! read more

On February 13th, I came back to drop off my car. The second person of contact was David. He was very informative of each step of the process with the repairs of my car and stated the completion will be done by March 3rd. This made me feel comfortable and confident, the work will be successfully done. I received a call back on February 16th that my car was ready to be picked up. we recently moved to Texas found we needed front license plate our 2016 Audi was not designed for one we have plexiglass in the middle I called an auto place they recommend going to a body shop and recommend Caliber Collision on FM 1093. I called spoke with Cyndi she said bring car and they would look, when we arrived she called Oscar, he was very courteous and said yes he could drill to the plexiglass to mount plate, he drove car to shop was back in under 5 minutes, my wife bought a frame he put that over the plate and attached both to plexiglass on grill. They have had the car for 6 weeks. Poor communication did not even start working on it for two weeks later. Because one guy was out no one else can help? Had two supplements because of the communication issues, but three delays on their part. We have been doing all the follow up and communication. Was supposed to be done this week. No follow up from the advisor Now I call and it's at least another week. Seriously poor communication, just be aware. I understand parts and labor may be hard right now to get, but customer service is the issue. read more

I would avoid this place at all cost. When I dropped the car off they said it would be Tuesday of the following week. Then they text me to say it would be the end of the week. Then they said it would be the first part of the following week. Then they said they would let me know something on Monday. On Wednesday I didn't hear anything from them so I called and got a text it would be Friday. All I wanted was a realistic forecast so I could make some plans. This was all to replaced a bumper. Have used other caliber's with good results. This experience was sad. read more

2018 honda odyssey got hit in walmart parking lot, got three quotes for the repair, all within $300 of each other, Caliber guys seemed much more attentive during estimate.... Scheduled repair the following week, and said they ordered new bumper parts etc. Brought the car in and dropped it off, 3 days no callback or text, I called and they said no bumper available in the area, and because of backorder due to covid, would have to go out of the area to get parts...8 days later finally finished, looked great after they said initially they were not happy, and repainted entire area again. Very apologetic. And Mgrs.- cody et al said they would make the delays up to me by repainting front windshield bracket for my 1992 jeep in their dime....true to their word, both cars looked great, and mgrs made a client for life (using/recommending) Caliber Collision in fulshear. read more

Excellent service, honest technicians, clean bathrooms and kitchen if you wait, prompt service! Nothing was too much trouble! I prepaid for a part that my car needed to reduce wait time the next day. They did the repair as planned but discovered that they were able to do the whole repair without that part and they refunded me the cost. The customer service at Caliber Collision is amazing!!! Everyone was very kind and quick to help me out with what ever I needed. It all started with a phone call. I don't remember the gentleman's name, but he was very kind on the phone. He gave me some options for how I should go about getting my car repaired (I could go to Caliber or try going to a dealership. He offered the dealership option because my repair may require a replacement part, and it may be quicker to get it replaced at a dealership's body shop). I chose to go to Caliber anyway since they are just down the road from me. Once I got there, the mechanic Oscar helped me out. He gave me many options to choose from for my car repair, so I could choose the option that suited me best. I chose the most cost effective and fastest option. As soon as I told Oscar what I wanted, he got right to working on it. The service was quick, and best of all...it was free!!! Fortunately, there was a way to repair my car without ordering a new part, although ordering a new part was an option proposed to me. Oscar was kind enough to waive the service fee, and he sent me on my way! I'm super grateful for Caliber Collision and Auto Care, I will be using them again if I ever need my car serviced! They have amazing customer service, are transparent, and they give you options to choose from for your auto repair. read more

I had a good experience at a Caliber Collision in Rosenberg. So when my daughter ran over a parking block and damaged the car I dropped in on the one that just opened in Katy. I took it in for an estimate on the damaged bumper spoiler. Gavin came out to talk to me. He got on the ground to get a better look and said that it looked like it was easily fixed. I was warned!!! I should have listened to the three different people that warned me about this place. I went for a safety check and of course they found almost $1000 dollars worth of repairs. My car has literally been sitting for the last three months due to me working out of state. I checked and my last safety check was 96 days ago and less then 200 miles driven. My registration was due so I swung by Caliber Collision for the safety. While in the waiting room I called my friend that warned me about this place and I said that it was a nice waiting room with free waters. He said Frank nothing in this world is free! And yes it's a nice newer building and they got to pay for it somehow. I said well they told me I should be in and out considering I just had a safety check. He said well call me back on your way home. So sure enough they came up with some BS excuse that my brakes were bad and it was going to be a thousand dollars. I knew better and I didn't listen to my friends or instincts!!! Don't waste your time. Another gentleman came in and they were trying to get him on a new tire that he said he had less than 7k miles on.
