They arranged Enterprise to pick me up, handled my car with care, and repaired it to it's pre-accident condition. *Beware*: Terrible communication, terrible quality control. Them: "We don't just leave you hanging and not communicate like other collision centers" Me: "You are have been literally doing that this entire time" Background: My car was hit with a branch during the derecho in May. I needed back windshield repaired, some scratches fixed, and plastic part behind the seat repaired. Communication: The entire time it was with Best Collision Center, I was called once - when it was time to pick up car. All the other times was me trying to get an update on the process, where things were, timing of when it would be done, follow ups when it was not done when I was told. Literally, towards the end, called on Monday was told, "It is like the next in line for paint" and "it would probably be done Friday". Only for Friday to roll around and not hear anything, then following Monday told "it is next in line for paint, probably done Friday". I asked well that's what you told me last week. They then told me, "oh well let me actually go ask where it is". Yes, they just... kinda guess, finger in the wind on where you are. You have to specifically ask, "can you actually go and look to see where I am, and how long it will take" before they will even know where you are. At no point did they ever call to say here is what will be fixed, (insurance will do that), which I also had to call and find out. Was even asked if I wanted to fix all the damage (perhaps I'd rather have the cash instead of fixing the scratches). Quality Control: The icing on the cake, is when I go to pick up my car. Asked for money (no receipt, when I asked for one, it was like a weird request as if no one had done that before on a transaction that was over 1000 dollars), and handed keys. It wasn't until I walked out to my car, alone, to inspect that I noticed the car had bubbles all over it. No just like tiny ones, but 2-3 inch ones (see images). When I walked back in, they were shocked. What do you mean it has bubbles... huh.. "yeah its after market". Not our problem. "So what do you want us to do?" I want a windshield that doesn't look like crap that is brand new. If you buy terrible parts, that is not my fault. So after a useless conversation, they best they could do was remove the tint, which he replied "that's like 200 dollars for new tint". Okay great... how long will it take, "Umm I'm not sure... maybe end of day, maybe tomorrow. I don't know." Then what's even better, after picking it up their solution of removing tint, I open the trunk to find TONS glass pieces (see images - all of those are pieces of glass). So while being charged to clean up the glass... it didn't actually happen. The idea of quality control is just non-existent. read more

I have been bringing my vehicles here since I got my first Mazda & some jack-ass decided to egg my car which shattered the paint (didn't know an egg could do that). The idiots were kind enough to ruin my left rear door & left rear panel. I got an estimate & gave the OK. After a couple days my car was finished. Not pleased with the finish, they listened to what I didn't like & fixed the paint job. Another time I was rear-ended by an uninsured motorist in a Mercedes. Seriously. I took my car (different model) back & they worked with the adjuster (actually fought with the adjuster for better parts). I had my car back within a week looking like new! My third visit was my fault (and another model) when I backed into a pole. Really upset at my stupidity, I drove straight over to BCC to get an estimate to figure out if I was going to pay out of pocket or use my insurance. I seemed to have caused a lot of damage to my car so we ended up using my insurance. They even called the rental place to pick me up after we got my car checked in. 3 times I have used this place & every time they have gone out of their way to keep me happy. This is my 3rd time using Best Collision and with the service provided I Plan on keeping this as my go to collision shop. I was originally Recommended by Jeff Haas a few years back as there partner repair facility due to an accident and I loved the work they did ! Always fast and always efficient. The staffing is always friendly and readily able to assist. Based on my first visit I had small repair details that needed to be done and it prompted me back to their shop. And on the most recent visit I also chose to bring my car back to service I trusted after dealing with another Accident! First time running into delays which was totally not the shops fault (part delays every where are happening) but the owner Sal was very hands on a In keeping me updated and in the loop about my vehicle ! They communicated with the insurance company directly and made sure that my car looked and drove brand new again !! Even though this was not USAA preferred shop Best Collision went over and beyond for me and helping levitate some of the stress off my back ! I was referred to Best by the dealership that services my Mazdas. Best is works with OEM parts certified technicians and will handle the insurance hardwork for you to approve use of the OEM parts. I just should say I wouldnt trust my car with any other body shop. read more

They've repaired two Mazdas of mine, both of which were hit by someone else. The work was excellent, particularly since the Soul Red paint by Mazda is difficult to match. This place provided me with the most economical price when I quoted price for fixing mazda 3 2014 soul red color doors, which had been damaged quite deep (not only scratch). The result is very good , can not see any problem with the result. Surprising that this place got so few reviews. I knew this place based on recommendation by Jeef Haaz staffs, who told me that this place is very good especially as the mazda's red is quite hard to fix, despite so many other collisions centers are nearby. During my visit there I actually also noticed that one of Jeef Haaz staff was picking up his car from there. Special kudos to Steve as he helped me a lot. Best Collision Center truly IS the BEST! The side molding on my car (which prevents dings) fell off last year and the Mazda place referred me to Best, which put it back on at NO CHARGE. The glue they used has kept it firmly in place. But then this year the other side molding fell off, and once again Mazda referred me to Best. Incredibly, Best fixed it, too, again at NO CHARGE! I have been doing business with Best Collision for over 10 years. Steve and Abel are about the best around. Its a large shop with a small shop feeling in that you will get very personalized help and attention. Furthermore, they will do everything they can to keep your out of pocket to a minimum while getting your car fixed right. I have 6 cars and they are the only place I will let touch them. Time and time again they have gone beyond the call of duty. The last time I was there, my wife hit a tire in the middle of highway and it caused $8k in damage to my car. I, of course brought it to Steve. I went to pick it up and it looked brand new. Steve told me "Since it was here, I had my paint-less dent removal guy pull all the small dings out of it." He did it at no charge just to show me how much he appreciated my business. Also, Steve is also a Veteran, so the shop is Veteran owned. I'm a customer for life. Best Collision Center had my 2014 Mazda3 for 12 days due to an accident. They called me on a Friday at 5:50 pm to tell me that my car was ready to be picked up. They closed at 6:00 pm. My insurance agent had called me the day before and told me that he had talked to Best Collision and that the car would be ready on Friday. Why they waited all day to call me, I don't know. I went to pick up the car at noon on Saturday expecting to pay my $500 deductible because that is what Best Collision told me I would have to pay to pick my car up when they took my car in. They told me the insurance would pay the rest. When I got there on Saturday, I had already turned in my rental car and Best Collision told me that they had not verified with my insurance company if the insurance check was going to be sent to them or to me. My insurance agent was not in on Saturday. Steve, at Best Collision convinced me that the insurance companies always sent the checks to the clients, not to the repair shops. So I put over $4,000 on my credit card to get my car from Best Collision. Needless to say, the insurance company sent the money to Best Collision. Best Collision should have never called me to come pick up my car until they had all of this straightened out. I should have only had to pay my $500 deductible to get my car. Now I have to wait for the insurance company to cancel the check to Best Collision and re-issue a check to me. All because Best Collision did not do their job before they called to tell me my car was ready. read more
