The staff extremely helpful and accommodating, the quality of the repair was better than brand new AND even though I went through insurance they didn't try to over charge like most places do. They didn't talk to me like I didn't know anything, they went out of their way to make sure I knew what was wrong sent pictures and confirmed I was ok with the repairs prior to them starting. I came to Imperial to get an estimate to have both fenders replaced on a Ford Escape. I spent my whole Saturday going from shop to shop to get estimates and this was the only shop that charged $40 for an estimate. After receiving the estimate, they wanted to charge about $3000 for the repair and told me the repairs would take 10 business days. As a working woman, to be without a car for two workweeks is insane! All the other shops I went to that day quoted estimates ranging between $1200-$2000. Although I can't speak on the quality of Imperial's work, I do know there are other auto body shops that do great jobs, give FREE estimates, and have quicker turn around times. I ended up taking my car to another autobody shop that not only did a great job, they gave me a free estimate had a quicker turn around time (4 days), and this shop also gave me a loaner car to borrow....FOR FREEEEE! read more

Took my car here after seeing so many good reviews (all 5 stars) but... 1st-Once you pick the car up THEY ask you for a 5 star review, and a 5 star review only because it "effects their pay" if they get anything lower. 2nd- car was not ready the day they said it was. I was ok with it, as long as the job was done right, I understand things happen. But I started to lose patience when they took 2 MONTHS AFTER THEY TOLD ME IT WAS GOING TO BE DONE 2 WEEKS! 3rd- I had to bring the vehicle back after I found additional damage. So after they kept my car longer, and hearing the guy tell me, "I walked around the car 'x' amount of times making sure it was done the IMPERIAL WAY" so many times, and after they "detailed" the car, I'M the one who found additional damage. So in total they had my for for like 2 months and 2 weeks 4th- I had to bring the car back a 3RD TIME because they didn't put the trunk on right, they did it in 10 minutes. 5th- POOR COMMUNICATION. Like I said, I understand things happen but let the customer know! If it's going to take 3 months, don't tell the customer it's going to take 3 weeks! 6th- Didn't take responsibility, NOTHING WAS THEIR FAULT, they had excuses for everything. Why was there additional damage found? It's the adjuster fault, HE didn't check correctly. Why are y'all taking so long? We realized your rim is messed up, the adjuster didn't see it Why is it taking 2 months? It's the insurance company, can YOU call??? Yes the shop is super nice and they do good jobs on nice and expensive cars, they even had a Supra the first time I went so I was confident about leaving the car with them but if there's a next time, I will definitely take the vehicle somewhere else and just hope they have better communication than this place. read more

First when I had an alignment issue the Subaru dealership could not solve, a Subaru employee handed me Butch's card, confident he could solve my problem. After dropping it off, numerous tests, a couple calls back and forth the issue was resolved when he found a warped control arm. I left satisfied with the work and a nice new set of control arms. Encounter number 2 arose after an accident. The insurance company was skeptical about allowing me to use Imperial. But reviews for their suggested collision centers were awful, and I pay insurance every month not to have them suggest some half ass service station. I insisted on using Imperial, 10k in body work done and she looks almost fresh off the lot. I even had a connection come lose in the door preventing my windows from working, months after, and they took a look and had it fixed within the hour. It's not often that I review a service and give 5 stars. However my experience at Imperial Collision was exceptional. Over a month ago I unfortunately met in an accident where a tire flew off a truck and into my lane. The left passenger side of the car was damaged and the driver side air bag deployed. There was also radiator and condenser damage. After getting over the initial shock of the accident I had to deal with filing an insurance claim and getting my car repaired. I opted not to choose a repair shop contracted with State Farm (my insurance provider). Consequently, I went on Yelp to find a body shop with great reviews. After reading the exceptional reviews on Yelp I opted to have my vehicle repaired at Imperial Collision, sign unseen. I instructed State Farm to move my car to the location. Once my car was received by Imperial Collision I received a phone call indicating I had to sign some paper work etc. The receptionist provided me with a cell number so that I could contact the body shop utilizing a means most convenient for me (email, text, or phone call). Approximately two days after the incident I decided to visit the shop for the first time, needless to say, I was impressed. They specialize in repairing exotic cars and the staff was extremely professional. On my first visit I got to meet Butch, the owner. He was very detailed regarding the quality of work he would provide and advised me on dialog I should be having with my insurance company. I felt at ease knowing that Butch wanted to ensure I was satisfied with all the work to be done on my car. He even provided me his Facebook information so that I could message him easily. It took approximately 4 weeks for the car to be repaired due to waiting on parts and having State Farm sending out an adjuster. Throughout the 4 weeks I was kept up-to-date and received picture messages showing he progress. Butch was just a phone call away and I could always conveniently text the shop cell phone. Upon completion I got a car that looked spectacular. You cannot tell the vehicle was in an accident. The car was washed and polished, and the wheels shined. It looked show room ready. I was impressed. The paint job done on the car also came with a lifetime warranty. Don't take the 5 star reviews for granted, you will not be disappointed. My husband and I came early to drop off my 2015 Mazda 6 (before they were even open-because we both had to get to work soon). Walking in, I didn't mind standing and waiting, but Butch came walking out of the garage, with a coffee in one hand and the other hand free to shake our hands greeted us with such a welcoming feel. We told him sorry we too early... He said he would be happy to help us. He warned us ahead of time, fixing my car will take about a month since they have so many cars that need fixing... And it was SO true, cars were packed side by side waiting to get fixed. (Bare in mind- cars came from all walks of life... From old beat up cars to high end exotic cars like Lamborghinis and Ferraris) But we didn't mind. And this is why - my 2015 Mazda had been rear-ended before and the last collision center did a horrible job. We heard this place is the best place to go to. We went inside and Jessie then helped us with the paper work - which took like 30 seconds. She was super fast even though it was really busy. A month later I come to pick up my car, Butch was infuriated that the State Farm adjuster didn't want to pay for my broken muffler. He told me to complain to state farm and gave me advice on how to approach it. next day, after the complaint, I got a check to fix my muffler - I took my car back to imperial and literally, on the same exact day, my car was ready for pick up. I had to come really late, like an hour after they closed but Butch didn't mind staying back for me. These guys here, Butch, Jessie, Gus, and the entire Imperial Collision team are the hardest work group of people I know. They work tirelessly day and night, deal with shady insurance companies, deal with cars that have been fixed poorly by previous collision centers and yet, are still the nicest people on the planet. If there was an award for best collision center - these knowledge guys and gal would win it every year. I have been in 6 rear-ended collisions, this place is the only place that went above the bar in helping me, with both my car and my crappy insurance.
